I had a excellent experience purchasing a ATV from Nate, his communication is on point. Nate answered all my questions and put a itemized deal together over phone/text within minutes. When I showed up to pick up the 2021 Suzuki King Quad the greeting from the staff was welcoming and accommodating. The two hour round trip was worth the time and for sure a 5 star experience!!! 👍

I drove 5 hours just to buy a 2019 Kawasaki Versys from them. The sales guy Nate was awesome he gave me the best deal of any local shop by me over the phone. It was completely worth the drive. Nate is also very knowledgeable about the bikes he sells and he is very straightforward and not pushy about making a sale. The finance department was also a breeze to work with, Chris, one of the finance managers got me out of there within the hour. The store itself is beautiful and very family friendly and I would highly recommend buying from them.

Was looking for a nice Honda gold wing trike. Brian the salesman got back to me after putting in a request for a trike they had. He was so helpful telling me all about the bike. I live about 350 miles away which I was planing on driving down. I asked him all kinds of question about the running of it down to any spots from pebbles on the paint to the quality of all the chrome. Besides the pictures on bike trader, he sent me many pictures of the bike noting any thing that may have a spot from a pebble. He is a very honest person not of the normal fast talking salesman you run across. I would definitely see Brian if your looking for a cycle to buy. They they go over the bike to make sure it’s right! Went in looking for a SXS and we were helped promptly. Mason showed us the units that were available and we fell in love with the Polaris ranger. We picked it out Saturday did paper work Tuesday picked it up Wednesday. Great people great service and clean facilities and clean bathrooms.

Just purchased a 2021 Six Passenger Club Car Electric golf cart, used Mason as the salesman, who was most helpful and always willing to answer questions and help. This was a fantastic experience and most of it done remotely as I live 3 hours away but was able to find inventory with RH Powersports. Very worth the drive! The challenge and complexity of purchasing a road legal golf cart was made simple with Shary in the accounting department. I not only saved months from waiting on inventory but Shary was able to get this inspection and street legal status done much quicker than local options on Amelia Island. Their parts department with Jason, Jessica and Brad were fantastic and worked well with the service department getting the accessories installed in a timely manner. My cart was delivered yesterday and now the fun begins. These people are the real deal, no need to look elsewhere.

Beautiful facility. Great selection. Nice people. Purchased an ATV. Had some reservations about what I was going to have to spend. Chris, the sales manager listened to my concerns and we were able to come to terms that were satisfactory for both of us. I appreciate their willingness to work with a buyer if given a chance. I looked elsewhere, but for what I purchased here, convenience, staff, and support, this turned out to be the best deal. Kudos to Kelly, my salesperson, a very knowledgeable, and polite young lady.

Very good experience. I wanted to pay cash and the price quoted on the phone was exactly the same when I got there. They offered extended warranty and prepaid maintenance, but didnt keep trying to sell me on it after I said no thanks. No pressure and was out of there in about 30 minutes.

AJ got me set up with I think the only Triton PWC trailer available in Florida! Im 400 miles away and he did all of the legwork to make sure I never had to drive up there or be inconvenienced. I want to rate it 9 stars just on AJ and Kelly, but the inflexibility of their bosses negotiate on prices is why I rated them 4 🌟. AJ, Kelly I will buy from you 2 again regardless of what shop your at, Boss people if a customer comes in 3 times and spends almost 45K you might want to be more flexible on pricing.

Always a good experience here, they do things for the motorcycle community like rides and meetups. I brought a friend and new rider up there for a helmet and some basic gear, they were helpful and the prices were pretty close to what you find on the web.

The people at Red Hills Powersports are absolutely amazing. I was traveling through Florida and got a flat tire in the middle of nowhere. I called a tow truck who towed me 80 miles to Red Hills Powersports. They were able to quickly change out my tire and set me on my way. All on a Saturday afternoon. They were so courteous with a special shout out to Jason Vaughn who handled my entire process. I can’t say enough good things about this store.

They very nice in helping me even though I didnt buy a bike at the time am on the fence about what I wanted.

They have the best customer service. They dont mind if you look around, and always ask if you need something. Theyre very helpful if youre new to riding and theyll help get you fitted for all your gear. Hands down this is the only place I want to get gear from.

I took my bike in for a diagnostic check. It needed a couple things replaced. I decided to fix the bike myself. I had questions on the process and I wasnt sure where to start. Evan went the extra mile and called me back 2 extra times to give me information from his own research. He guided me through the process and checked if I needed special tools. Im in much better shape because of him and my bike will ride another day! Ive always had great experiences with the staff and I plan to always bring my vehicles to them. Dont hesitate to use these guys!

These guys know what true customer service is. Within 3 days we were able to work together and accomplish a purchase on a Slingshot with no issues at all. And prepare for shipping to Tennessee. If I could give these folks 10 stars I would. My experience here was nothing less than exceptional and A.J. and Chris were phenomenal!! I had contacted dealers a lot closer to me but got nothing but a load of B.S. and ridiculous out the door pricing. I chose these folks because of their positive online reviews and Im here to tell you, all those reviews are 110% accurate. The whole process was so easy, it blew my mind,. They had the bike that I wanted but I had to get through the negotiating and sales part, which I was not looking forward to. Very quickly, A.J. and I agreed on a price that I was very happy with and completing the sale with Chris could not have gone smoother, we were literally done in five minutes and that is no lie. They will not try to sell you anything you do not want or pressure you in any way during in the sale. I have never had a bike (or car) purchase that was this easy, start to finish. Ever. I just bought a Suzuki SV650 from Red Hills this week and was totally blown away by the customer service. I made the purchase from out of state and they were totally accommodating. UPDATED REVIEW:Well, its been a year and I thought Id update my review. I just traded my first bike I bought from back to them in purchasing my new, 2020 Honda CB650R. And boy is it amazing. As usual, Brian has been the absolute best to deal with. We were in contact throughout the whole process and while the bike took longer than we both wouldve liked to arrive from Honda, as soon as it did I got pictures of it right out of the crate. After over two years of coming by Red Hills I can confidently say Ive made decent friends with most everyone here and will not be going anywhere else for my motorcycle needs. Worth waiting for the quality job during the busy season to get done and warm welcome and atmosphere when hanging out with the staff. Definitely a recommend for anyone in the area!PREVIOUS REVIEW:Ill be getting a bike soon and the guys here have been phenomenal. Dont have vehicle for you to see

Dropped of my 17 Suzuki SV650, I purchased the bike new from a out of state dealership, for warranty work ( bad headlight switch no lights). The techs did determine the switch was bad. No big deal, right?Well, when they went to order the switch they found out that the part was no where to be found in the states and the part would have to come from Japan and it would take at least a month or two (Shame on Suzuki).The warranty department rep searched all of his resource but to came up with nothing.The techs came up with a temporary fix for the switch to get me back on the road until the new switch arrives.I would like to thank all those involved from the person who wrote up the work order to the techs and the warranty rep for keeping me in the loop and getting me back on the road. First class service from a knowledgeable and friendly staff. Great job!!!Update 08/16/18;The switch came in on 08/14/18. I was contacted by Jason and brought the bike in to have the switch installed. on 08/16/18 . The techs jumped right on and had me back on the road in no time,Big shout out to the warranty rep techs and service writers. Top notch work gentlemen.

I recently bought a motorcycle at Red Hills Powersports and I could not be more happy with the purchase/buying process. The staff was amazing and were there throughout the process to assist me with any questions I had. I was impressed with their range of products, customer service, and product knowledge.

Had a ABS sensor recall on my GSXR 1000R. Called a dealer in November and informed them that that it needed to be replaced. They told me I would have to bring my bike in. Took a day off work, went to the dealership with back and recall notice and imagine my surprise to find that they only needed the notice to order the parts. Imagine my disappointment three months later after not hearing from them as to the parts arriving or bringing my bike in to have the sensors replaced. Call Red Hill, told them over the phone about the notice, they asked for my VIN, ordered the parts, called me back two days later to schedule a date for the service. Went in for the replacement, sat in a comfortable chair and dranked three cups of coffee and was out within 2 hours. Second time they have service this bike, and Im satisfied, extremely satisfied with service.

Very nice building and every area has a slick look to it. But very very over priced. Checked on some ATV tires and they were 300 dollars more than Discount tire,same tires. And I dont think they care.

My friend and I went in to trade in his Indian Roadmaster for a new model. The sales person was clueless on what was going on and sales manager too busy to talk to us. We hung around for a little while. Very disappointed.

This was by far my best buying experience in Tallahassee. Top notch customer service over multiple visits. AJ really took great care to answer any questions I had, made sure I was informed and having a great time all at once when I purchased my bike. Jason helped me pick a helmet that fit just right, Evan kept me laughing and had helpful tips that werent really covered by other things. Reeci made sure I was covered at the end of the process. LOVE MY NEW MULE! Rides and handles great. Makes me feel safe. Compared other models, but they just didnt measure up. In my opinion the bed size & capacity, V-TWIN engine,is really smooth & quiet plus a 3-YEAR WARRANTY. Others like Polaris, Kubota, John Deer did not come close. Brian in sales helped to make a deal I just couldnt turn down. Jason the operations mgr. has promoted a good customer relations attitude with his staff. After meeting the service dept. adviser & manager, I feel all my service needs will be in good hands. Everyone was very kind & helpful. I do recommend.
