I waited six weeks for a simple WRITTEN ESTIMATE from another dealership before deciding to talk to Tallahassee Harley Davidson.kris Wolff was professional, honest and sympathetic. After viewing my photos and estimate from my insurance company? He agreed to help. Within 72 hours? My motorcycle was at his shop in Tallahassee and there was a written estimate emailed to my insurance company. Kris kept me informed and up to date on everything that transpired! I am overjoyed at the progress that we have made in a very short time! I feel like he really cares about his clients and goes above and beyond to make things happen and I cant thank him and his team enough for restoring my faith in Harley Davidson and for making mefeel like Im part of their family! Wow, what great customer service, as soon as you walk in you feel welcomed. I have been to plenty of Harley dealers and this one is hands down the best one I have been to. I want to thank Willy for being a great and professional salesman and getting me a dream bike I wanted. EXPENSIVE. Sales girl was really annoying. Just dying to make that commission. They also had way too many employees working for absolutely no reason. They were all standing around doing nothing.

I am glad I chose Tallahassee Harley Davidson! Here’s why:About a month ago now, my wife and I stopped in to look and we caught the Harley bug. Mutt our salesman went above and beyond to get us on a gorgeous 2006 Ultra Classic and we love it! Mutt handled every obstacle that was placed in his path and was (and continues to be) great. Whitney in finance was great too! Ricky Miller was great as the GM. The whole team made us feel like family.Anyway, a couple of weeks ago the wife and I went for a long ride. We experienced some problems when we are on the way home. My heart sank a little when it happened. I let Mutt know what happened and THE NEXT DAY, MATT (Ted Matthews (a different person)) was at my house and picked my bike up. The very next day, the service department called me to let me know what the problem was, what they did to fix it and when I could expect the bike back. They brought the bike back to my house (WITH A FULL TANK OF GAS!) the day after that. They did this FREE OF CHARGE! (…they didn’t have to because it is a used bike) This is why I am very happy with Tallahassee Harley Davidson.

Had an electrical issue with my 05 Heritage while traveling through Tallahassee. They took the bike in immediately and had me back on the road in a matter of hours. When the same problem happened again the following day and 100 miles away, Tallahassee Harley management stepped in with a most unusual and unexpected correction and apology.My recommendation of the dealership and it’s personnel is entirely unqualified.

I bought a bike there, not a Harley but still got treated like a valued customer. Id recommend it to anyone looking for a nice dealer experience.

Not very friendly staff. Stopped in to get out of the extreme heat while riding and would have loved a cold bottle of water. It was available, although warm.

Here’s why my wife and I have bought 5 Harleys and spent 4 to 5k in parts and apparel over the past two years:Jeremy - my sales guy, absolutely awesome salesman willing to do whatever it takes to take care of his customer. He has went the extra mile for us on his DAY OFF no less just to answer a question.Nicole - formerly in apparel, another absolutely awesome HD employee that believes in customer service and friendship. An awesome person and very enjoyable person to do business with.Justin - our sales and parts guy, the primary reason I bring my friends to Tally HD....in my humble opinion he should be the man in charge of it all.There are 3 others whose names elude me at the moment....a blonde sales lady, the lady in charge of apparel currently, and a guy who I THINK works service (young guy with beard very friendly) who deserve to be mentioned.Joe, who just left you guys, is the one of the main reasons we kept buying from you guys. I’m not sure why you all parted ways, but it doesn’t make sense to me.I’ll leave my review at that for now. Of all the great people at the several HD dealers we are very familiar with, the three names above are why we keep coming to Tally HD, those names and only those. A group of us from Valdosta went for a ride to tallahassee harley. One of my friends had a issue they got his bike in tore it down and couldnt fix it that day so they put it together so he could ride it home. The next week they sent some one to get it fixed it and took it back to him. Great service

This was the best experience at Tallahassee Harley-Davidson Ive ever experienced!Being new to the area from North Georgia I had previously owned six other Harleys.After two disappointing visits and missed calls to Ocala and Tifton, I was ready to go back up to North Georgia.I saw Tallahassee Harley was under new ownership and thought it would give it one last try down south. One call was all it took! Within minutes I was in direct communication with the Sales Manager, Jon Buck! He really listened to my needs and acted immediately to my needs.The deal he cut me was great then we had a slight hick up on length of term. He immediately went to work again to make it happen. Jon made all of this happen within hours, all off site. We really got a great deal and the service was beyond phenomenal and he even had it delivered to my home in Valdosta due to weather free of charge!I will be a Tallahassee Harley customer for life!Thank you Jon! Retail staff is great. Sales staff is the same as always. Used bikes are priced way above regular retail. Had one marked $9300 that retails for $6400. But I guess thats how Harleys always going to be. They drank their own kool-aid.

I have purchased 2 Harley Davidson RGS for this dealership and both experiences have been great! My 1st was a preowned 2017 RGS 107CI with 2k miles that I bought in 2018 and I was very pleased with that being my first Harley. It was beautiful. Well I just traded that one in for a brand new 2020 Moded RGS with the 114CI. I am a very happy rider! This was a even better experience. I highly recommend this dealership! Financing is painless! No hassle, straight to the point. Hopefully they see this review and send me a free HD shirt! 😉🤣
