Wasnt busy when we got there, so it made it nice that we could check out the menu without holding anyone up. The young man working was extremely nice. Even made menu suggestions, which were spot on! As we say there, the place got a little busy, but the man kept a smile on his face and powered through it. I dont live in Tallahassee, so chances of ever going back are slim to none, but if I could, I definitely would. Service was everything here! If you work there and reading this, please tell the man helping us on 5/2/21 at around 1245pm that we appreciate the experience.
I love mac and cheese and I definitely Park mac and cheese tallahassee! They have tons of options! Kid friendly meals and kids eat free on Monday!!! Their bowls are huge! Come hungry or come prepared to share. As a person who enjoys all different types of mac and cheese you can keep coming back over and over and getting something new every time!

We were there right when they opened for lunch at noon, the very first ones in line. My sister is Gluten-free and was excited about those options, but they were out of GF pasta and GF bread. She settled for a tater tot bowl and liked her dish well enough, but it wasnt exactly what she wanted. I got the chicken Parm Mac & cheese bowl - the flavors were good, but it was barely warm and really should have been served hotter than it was. Overall, it was okay, but neither of us were blown away. I might eat it again, but Im not gonna go out of my way to return, especially with Gaines Street parking being what it is...
We really enjoyed lunch at I ♥️ Mac and Cheese! We fed two kids and two adults, and we got a cup of cookies. The price was great, even after my husband added an extra cup of Mac to his meal. All of the food was excellent, and the staff was super friendly. This was our first time visiting, and the staff was knowledgeable and enthusiastic with their recommendations. While we were eating, the employees came out into the dining room to turn on a truck race on the tv because they had learned that one of the trucks was carrying their logo. It was refreshing to see the excitement and pride as they found their truck. It really speaks to the culture of the workplace when your team values the organization this way. Thanks for a great lunch, we hope to visit again!!
The Best Sandwiches in Tallahassee. Their customer service is amazing and the food is even better. I would reccomend IHeart Mac and Cheese for anyone to try. Their late night hours are a lifesaver after the bars and clubs close. Thank you guys for everything:)
Pretty horrible service recently. I have come here multiple times and it seems to be getting worse. The last time I visited there was only one worker and the wait was absurd. I understand the wait if there is only one person working but the worker named Jamey was extremely slow and disrespectful. I was shocked by how rude he was when speaking to me. Definitely won’t be coming back in the future even though the food is good.
This was my first time here and I LOVED the customer service I received. It was the cashiers first day (great job Jessica!) and she did awesome. Everyone was so friendly and answered all of my questions regarding my BYO bowl. Definitely coming back!
I was so excited to try Mac and cheese in a different way as I love Mac and cheese offers. We stopped by here on the way to Tampa even though it was far from the interstate.My disappointment was Elmo not changing gloves upon our arrival even though we saw him wiping his mouth with paper napkins, my kids still wanted something, as I continue with their order and I was still thinking/worried to order or not, I saw him scrolling down on his phone with same gloves.. e. his service was excellent but need to be trained on cleaning.
I really want to support local business but I think they are still working out the kinks. Heres what happened for our experience.What we ordered (through doordash):1. Buffalo chicken mac n cheese bites w/ Ranch2. Philly mac bowl.1/2 broccoli and 1/2 pasta with a side of bbq sauce3. Custom mac bowl. Pesto, veggies, cheese over pasta.4. Cup o cookiesWhat we got:1. Small container of mac n cheese bites maybe 6 pieces? Cold (not their fault since delivery). Very little flavor and no side of ranch. I want my buffalo chicken to have a little heat, we really couldnt tell that it was buffalo chicken.2. Philly bowl. None of the veggies (mushrooms) or meat (short rib) were really present other than a little onion. Again very little flavor. Did not provide the request of broccoli or side of bbq sauce.3. Custom order. More veggies present here but no pesto, which was disappointing. Again, no flavor.4. Cookies were good.So here are some tips I think could help. I think the assembly is done incorrectly, all the sauce and toppings were towards the bottom. I would increase toppings. Def need to teach staff to read requests. The portion of pasta was quite a bit. Im sure prices are due to being a new business but the price for bowls should be $8 not $12. And heres the most important, fat does not mean flavor. These bowls need a hit of acid and salt to increase the flavor. There is plenty of fat present however still remains flavorless, the consistency is also not right, it needs to be creamy not chalky.Anyway, I was really sad about this, we ended up having to toss the whole meal so that was $40 down the drain. 😢😢😢Hope it was a fluke since I have read some nice reviews about this place and I support businesses that enforce wearing a mask.
Friendly service with upbeat attitudes. Great location near FSU football stadium. Hope to get one of these in Iowa someday.

Took over an hour to get a sub par sandwich that I ate in less than 5 minutes.The team constantly just stood there watching the issues of people getting incorrect orders while the line was stagnant.My food was made and ready shotly after I ordered, but I continued to wait in line to pay while my food got cold.

I went to try this place for the first time (9/20 around 11:30 a.m.) only to find that they were closed, despite their hours being listed online as 11 a.m.-10p.m. on Mondays. Unfortunately, they dont have their hours posted outsider.
The lady working at the cash register at 8:30 PM on June 17 was so rude. I was actually baffled. It was my first time eating here and she was completely condescending when I ask questions about the sauces. She yelled at another customer who ordered a sauce that was on the menu but apparently not available in store. I have never in my life had an employee act like that towards me. The most vile behavior I have ever encountered in Tallahassee. I will not be back if she is still there. The man working alongside her even apologized for her behavior.

This place is like Chipotle for Mac & Cheese a.k.a heaven on earth. You build your own mac & cheese or your own grilled cheese with mac & cheese ON IT. Like whaaaaaat. So good. They have options for keto guidos too so don’t worry. I personally build my own with chicken, onions, celery, & a lot of hecking cheese. Then, I get buffalo sauce & ranch on the side to poor on top. It’s top tier & as a registered ranch connoisseur, their ranch is *chef’s kiss* 10/10. They are asking everyone to wear masks right now until at their seats to eat because they care about your safety and their staff members safety. Go show them some love & if you aren’t going to show them some love, show them some grace. We’re all doing our best & they’re doing even better than the best because they’re blessing us with heavenly mac & cheese!!
We ordered off door dash. It took literally 2 hours to arrive. When it arrived, half of our order was missing. Food quality was mediocre at best. Tater tots were raw and cold. Chicken was rubbery. Bad job.

With 3 people in our party of 11 with dairy allergies, we were SO EXCITED to find this place on our through Tallahassee. Planned the whole afternoon around having lunch here, caravan’d over, paid to park and as soon as I saw the printed menu, it was not the same. Asked the girl behind the counter for vegan cheese and she said they were out….although it was not on the printed menu so ……can’t speak for the food the menu online did not match the printed menu and there was no vegan cheese. Pretty lame.
The staff were friendly, but that was the only positive thing about my experience. My grilled cheese was not only made incorrectly, but it was burnt (not browned, blackened) to the point where the cheese was solid and crunchy through most of the sandwich. The tater tots were also mushy and nearly raw.
I called before I ordered the Lobster Mac and Cheese because I am allergic to mushrooms including truffles. The person on the phone said they could leave off the truffle oil. I ordered through Grub-hub and was very pleased to receive my Mac and Chees done great!
The bowls are really flavorful and very filling, so you certainly get your moneys worth. The cheeseburger bowl is a highlight.

Was not a fan of what I ordered. I did the BYO with mac base, buffalo sauce and pepper jack (thought the cheese would have been shredded at least). After the bowl went through the warmer and was brought to the table, it was not hot enough temperature wise and the slices of cheese that were placed on the top, were on the bottom (bc it was flipped into a plastic bowl) and it was basically a glob of barely melted cheese. Anyway, for the price I was let down. Would I try again, maybe not. My girls ordered different things and were pleased.

It was my first time going to this place, and the way that the worker treated my girlfriend was actually unbelievable, she was condescending throughout the whole order and her attitude was actually incredibly upsetting, I understand it was close to closing time, but that is no excuse to treat customers so badly. Completely shocked at how this establishment treats their customers.
I heard good things about this place. Unfortunately they were closed when I went by but the owner is very responsive. Cant wait to give it a try.
My first visit and it was ok. Just ok. It needed more cheese sauce. I thought it was a great concept, but a tad expensive for what it was.
One of the employees named Stephanie D, who I think may have been the manager, was very unprofessional with us as customers due to an outstanding payment on the app. I also witnessed her reprimand the cashier while I was checking out, which from what I witnessed was unwarranted— anyways, that should not take place in front of a customer under any circumstance, especially when the customer is trying to pay. The other employees were respectful and professional and I appreciated their help. The food was very good and I had a pleasant experience apart from her.
Very disappointed first time trying. Did a to go order online. The got two for my orders wrong. On the online order system you Must select a veggie but I put in the special notes please no veggie because I just wanted a classic Mac and cheese also it did Not have the baked topping that I ordered. The grilled Mac cheese sandwich I ordered was also wrong. It had pulled pork in when that was not order. The sandwich was really good! Just what I want in a grilled cheese. The tatter tots where way under cooked and soggy. But to give them benefit of the doubt I do I really crispy tatter tots.I was the only person in the restaurant when I picked up so all these errors cant be blamed on them being busy.I might give this place a second chance because the sandwich was so good. I did not eat Mac cheese I ordered because the broccoli was so limp and gross it ruined what might have good. But I will not order online again or if I do I will check it carefully before I leave.

Lots of different options for you to choose from. Its not just Mac-n-Cheese, but also grilled cheeses and other bowls. I had the Philly Mac-n-Cheese and added a bit of the mango habanero to give it a sweet little kick. Definitely recommend.
Dont do it. Very rare that I dont leave a good review (I love food). Not too many restaurants survive on poor food quality, so I predict this place wont last past summer of 20 at best unless they up their game... a lot.It was edible. Thats the best I can say about it.A giant bed of mediocre mac and cheese and a tiny portion of protein mixed in that you can barely find or taste.I hate to pan a place, but after eating at The Mac Shack (Frickin Amazing! By the way), or Craft M&C on my stove for that matter, this place was a big disappointment.Sorry guys, but you need to take a serious look at what youre putting out. If youre the owner, please only reply after youve made changes and Ill give you another shake.
STEPHANIE wants to be rude to customers about wearing a mask, yet she has her mask on UNDER her nose...while preparing food!! Laughable! Clearly she needs to be retrained on how to properly wear a mask while preparing food.Also, not that it matters to me, but may matter to others...customers should be told of extra costs BEFORE an item is made...not after while at the register...and when a person orders a BOWL of soup, that’s what they should get...not a tiny ramekin.
Great service! Delicious food! One of the best tasting and healthiest bowls I had in a while. They are quick also. Parking may get tricky around busy hours on Gaines. Walk if you can. Well worth your trip if you are hungry.

Please do not support this business. An organization I am in did a fundraiser here and we were supposed to get a share of the proceeds. Many of our members came and we had a great turnout, but we never got any of the money. After months of emailing, they still never gave our organization the money. We were so excited to support this new business but we will never go back here again.

Loved the Mac and Cheese options, they even have non-pasta options for those interested. The atmosphere is casual and the staff is friendly. They even offered suggestions for first time visitors. I had the Pepperoni Pizza and I thought the combination of melted cheese, marinara, and pepperoni bits was great.
Employee yelled at me for not wearing a mask even though no other customers in the building were wearing masks.

Ordered Mac n cheese for birthday party for wife. Ordered ahead of time and it was ready and piping hot out of oven when I arrived. Very pleased, very good service, friendly, Ill definitely be back bringing birthday girl and my little people.
Visited for the first time tonight. I got the Philly Cheesesteak and my wife got the Cuban. We are EXTREMELY impressed, just disappointed we hadnt visited sooner (lol). We will definitely be back!

I bought the loaded tater tots on uber eats because the picture looked amazing and it looked like a giant bed of tater tots with toppings. I got It and it was the smallest thing I’ve ever seen. 7.95 for like 8 tater tots smothered in cheese sauce. Not worth it at all and the size from the picture was HUGELY misleading along with an insane price for how small this is. Literally could fit in my palm
Soooooooo good! You can make up your own dish or choose from their concoctions. For the healthy and gluten free folks they have a gluten free noodle option, cauliflower, broccoli or quinoa base option instead of noodles. That means everybody in your group can eat here and love it

Got the buffalo Mac and it was Ight. Could be a little cheaper for what you get but hey to each their own.Asked the worker for ranch and she looked at me like I had two heads, ended up never getting ranch, it was kinda cap.
They ran out of water cups and refused to give us their fountain cups to let us put the water in instead so we ate our meals without water. Poor service and management. Food wasnt anything special either
