First let’s start off by saying they’re super unprofessional, they broke my tv putting my fireplace into my tv stand and I never got reimbursed for it traded or anything of that sort. The manager Carlos is so rude and only cares about making money not the customers satisfactions I had to lawyer up unfortunately because I kept asking for updates on my tv and they would ignore the question or say that the county manager will get in contact than a women calls me PRETENDING TO BE THE COUNTY MANAGER, just to find out from another store that the county manager is actually a man and it should have taken 48 for them to contact me. If you’re thinking of going to rent a center i would just say to avoid THIS LOCATION AND THE MANAGER CARLOS. Btw if you don’t make a payment for 2 weeks because you lost your job due to covid they will ask you to return everything they don’t care about there customer just money. TAKE YOUR MONEY ELSE WHERE

Ive been a customer for years and new management took over last year and it’s been horrible. Recently I lost my job and got COVID, so I fell behind on my payment but instead of your Tampa Store location working with me, they sent a threatening letter to my parents home and wouldn’t give me an extension. All they care about is getting their money.

What a terrible experience!!! Nick a sales associate pretends not to be able to hear every time I call yet answers all of my questions. I make payments 4-5 at a time. I asked to speak with the manager Carlos and I was advised he is too busy I still have 4 months left of payments yet on Friday my last payment will post. I have been more than a model customer. Nicks attitude will single handedly prevent me from EVER spending another cent there!!

Leo was great,young man chris was outstanding we have been customer at rent a center since 1995 a very long time starting at the festival plaze so we have always been very happy with all our furniture every thing pay off.just got a beautiful bedroom set it gorgeous i love it would recommend anyone that will up hold theirs contract.thanks for outstanding service Leo & Chris Im very ☺ Mrs.King😳😳😳😳😳

We love our rent a center in Pennsylvania.. But we are moving to Florida after my little girl graduats in 2022..

Good selection a bit pricey

This is the worst RAC around and they are all pretty bad bad as far as cutomer service. The new manager that took over the store this year has a poor attitude and is more worried about the stores numbers than his actual customers. Hes there for himself and not for the customers. I am suprosed RAC would allow this person to lead one of their locations. The old manager was a much better with customer service. If RAC doesnt quickly fix this manager issue up I will be returning a full house of furniture I have at 3 seperate locations.

WE CALLED THE STORE NOT ONCE NOT TWICE 3 TIMES TO ASK IF THEY WOULD WAIT FOR US PAST 7PM WHICH I UNDERSTAND THEY DIDNT HAVE TOO WHICH IS WHY WE CALLED 3 TIMES SINCE WE WERE COMING FROM SHELDON AND LINEBAUGH 3 TIMES WE WAS TOLD YES COME ON IN WE ARRIVE AT 7:06 AND STORE IS CLOSED WE CATCH AN EMPLOYEE IN PARKING LOT WITH UNIFORM AND ASK WHAT HAPPENED WE CALLED HE SIMPLY SAID HE WAS THE GENERAL MANAGER AND WE DIDNT SPEAK TO ANYONE FROM THE STORE AND WALKED AWAY WHAT A DI@K !!! I WILL NEVER RENT FROM THEM AGAIN OR RECOMMEND THEM I WILL BASH THEM EVERY CHANGE I GET
