We have been customers of SRI Systems for over 25 years and have always been extremely happy with the security and audio systems that were installed. Bill and his wife run an excellent company and have always been attentive to our needs with great service at very reasonable prices. I would high recommend this company to anyone seeking the services that they offer.
Stay away and save yourself the headache that comes with this company! They are the worst at communication.They left me without alarm monitoring for extended periods of time on at least two or three different occasions without notifying me or following up with the issue.The most recent time, which was just a few months ago, I called to explain I had a noise going off around the components of the monitoring station and I had to unplug a few things to get the noise to stop but I was under the impression that the monitoring was still going through on their end. I was told Bill would call me to figure out what was causing the noise so that part of it could be fixed but I still to this date have not received a call from him or the company to follow up on things. I ended up just plugging the components back in and have now been experiencing the alarm going off randomly at different hours of the day. So its now been two or three months since I made my original call and decided to contact them back to see if someone can be sent out to fix the newest problem that has popped up. I find out that I haven’t been monitored since that original call and then she tries to bring up the fact that my debit card didn’t go through on the most recent payment. I had fraud on the card at one point and had to get it changed out but if the payment didn’t go through wouldn’t you think to call and let the customer know that? No instead she said well I just thought you knew it wasn’t being monitored so I didn’t come after you for the payment. I’m sorry but what the heck????? I as the customer am under the impression that my bills have been paid and that I am receiving monitoring, why would you assume I didn’t want the monitoring when I called asking for you to fix a problem???? And why would you not follow up with me to make sure the problem was resolved and monitoring could continue so I as the customer can keep paying you??? I guess they really don’t need the business. I will never use this company again and don’t recommend anyone else to use them either!
Great people and great service. Theyve provided my house monitoring for years and I recently upgraded to a Sonos sound system in my living room. 5 stars.
