Purchased this beautiful wig from this store and the young lady installed it there. I love their products and customer service.

Owner has a nasty attitude but they do have good hair selections. The customer service could definitely be better. Feels like a lot when I have to ask one of the girls or owner to grab hair for me that I either can’t reach or just want to feel.

I agree with the other reviews who were dissatisfied with the customer service at First Lady, because its completely nonexistent. Maybe they’re affiliated with the other one in Brandon, because the employees are just as rude. I walked in and the two people working completely ignored me for the first couple minutes while I stood at the counter clearly waiting for help. A young lady (with some serious attitude) finally offered to get me the hair that I asked for. It seemed like I was annoying her by asking questions about the hair that was really expensive. She just said it was “good hair” but didnt give any details as to why. (Sorry for not wanting to waste my money.) I had just walked into the store, so I still dont know what the issue was with her. I ended up buying the hair and leaving without bothering to look at anything else. Overall, the hair was just “okay” for what I paid. In hindsight, I should have left and took my money down the street to Solid Gold Beauty Supply near 78th and Palm River Rd. I don’t know if they’re affiliated with them too, but I’ve had nothing but good experiences at that one and its much better organized with better quality products, so I doubt it.

It rare you find a beauty supply place with good customer service. The owner is so nice! They cancelled my daughters hair appointment and they let her exchange the hair, no questions asked, for another type. Thanks for being great!

I showed up at 7:20 and they close at 8:00 and they closed it as soon as I got here

I’ve been coming here for years and haven’t had any problems until this morning when the owner was really rude. He doesn’t like people taking a long time to choose hair supposedly. Felt like the Menace to Society movie when the Asian lady followed the guy and told him to hurry up and buy 😩. I will be taking my money elsewhere and buying from black owned beauty supply stores from now on.

Great selection and excellent customer care. The owner and all of the women that work here are always extremely helpful and kind. They offer discounts and the prices are very competitive. Excellent beauty supply store all around!

Decent prices. Wide variety. Great customer service. Nice people. Very friendly, helpful, and clean. Impressed with how the store is always clean. Cashiers and hairdresser always have a smiling face. It is refreshing. I have bought many wigs. All great quality. And price. I would recommend this hair store to anyone in the area.

Good service and reasonable prices

Dont even waste your time going to this store. If something happens to your purchase they are unforgiving in correcting the situation if the circumstances were clearly out of your control and actually the fault of them not stocking products properly. I drove out of my way for an inconvenience that could of been avoided had they properly sealed and placed their products. The person in charge was rude and would not even consider my complaint. If I ever need anything from a beauty supply store, I would not even have thee most cingular thought or curiosity to consider ever coming here again. #Worsefirstexperience ever! Worse customer service satisfaction ever!IF IT WERE POSSIBLE I WOULD GIVE 0 STARS AND WARN EVERYONE TO BE EXTREMELY CAREFUL. THEY DONT CARE ABOUT CUSTOMER SATISFACTION. THEY ONLY CARE ABOUT YOUR MONEY. THEYLL TAKE IT AND KEEP IT REGARDLESS IF YOU GET FAULTY PRODUCTS AND REGARDLESS IF THE SITUATION IS RECTIFIED.

They provide the hair care products that we needed plus you can make an appointment to have your hair styled if needed. My son just needed a styling sponge for the short twists he wanted to do. They had it in stock.

Always get exactly what I want and Mesha does me right every time! Ekram is my favorite of them all! The human hair last a very long time! I just need to figure out how to maintain it after I wash it! Lol

They have the most up to date items and their prices are higher than most other stores. Its ok for a neighborhood store but if you have another option, I would check there first.

Nice place, they get touchy when you touch the sample hair... How am i suppose to know what ot feels like or how it look if i cant run my fingers in the sample hair. Prices are ok some hair is a bit pricey. If i go to JLo that same hair would be half their price.

Went to get a needle Thread and clips for bundles......well the needle doesnt fit through the whole of the clip........Went in to see if I can get a refund and he said its 8 and they are about to close......So like f my project.....never shopping here again and dont recommend anyone else.
