Ive been to this hair store before but lastnight I had a great conversation with the beautiful Alize ! She was very helpful with my questions even with my kids as I was trying to put on a wig she made sure my son didnt drop my lil one and made him sit back in the chair with her the right way. She was a real sweetheart and her vibe was on 💯! I will definitely be back to Elegant Beauty Supplies from my experience with her ! If you’re going to work in a beauty supply store you should represent beauty physically and internally, the female cashier with a supreme mask and heavy lashes did not represent either today nor did she offer assistance instead she chose to gossip with coworkers and remain on her phone while cashing me out all while having a bad attitude! Some females are bitter for no and doesn’t deserve to be on anyone’s clock with a bad attitude, Elegant should be more selective on who they hire to represent their brand.

I dont know the ladys name who helps me but she is always there and slightly looks like Alecia keys to me lol but she was a wonderful help and I am so thankful she helped me find the perfect color match for my wig. I added 18in tracks to my 14 in wig 😍🥰

I’m so tired of the terrible customer service. I walked in today, at the Florida ave location, with my four babies and my husband. As soon as we walked in, instead of greeting us, the cashier with the blonde bob immediately yells “Can I have y’all bags!!” We DID NOT have any bags, just my purse. She did not apologize either. I thought it was rude and prejudice. The customer service is always bad when the boss and the young man is absent. I’m done shopping here

This place is beautiful! Not to mention, the worker Jamar is absolutely wonderful. His hospitality was beyond impressionable and thanks to him, I was more than elated to become a VIP member! Had all the products I was looking for and more. Pricing is same as most area beauty supply stores, but they offer a loyalty program which offers discounts and rewards. The cashier and store associates were nice, friendly, and helpful. Id come back and shop with them again.

I am so damn tired of the cashiers letting people just walk up and skip people that have been waiting in the line. And Im hoping to God its not because Im not the average type of customer. Still, Ive lost count over the past 5 years of shopping here. I kept coming back because it is conveniently located to my salon. But Ill just go to the store in the plaza across Florida avenue and happily pay the extra dollar

Awesome and knowledgeable staff! Very clean, and huge selection of products at great prices! Get the VIP discount card if youre a frequent flyer! This location is the superstore, but there are others around town as well. Check the weekly flyer for great deals each week.

I love this store! It has a large array of hair and skincare products, vast selection of hair for extensions, crochet, and wigs as well as fashion accessories. The store is always exceptionally clean, provides great customer service on every visit and even has a membership program for discounts.

This is a great place. They dont have all of the hair brands that I like, or a wide array of color choices, but I am generally always satisfied. The staff here is always really friendly.

Them having that loyalty card you pay for is a RIP off to take more money from you when the card expires. The prices are outstanding with and without the card......its a total SCAM....Im paying you money just to shop at your store!!

To be honest I would An Elegant Beauty Supplies for my mother to pick her up something she asked me could I stop and get her but the staff and Elegant Beauty Supplies surprise was very friendly stores very neat very organized and the prices are very reasonable is definitely a spot that I wouldnt mind going by 2 again

I walked in and asked if they could direct me to the Curlkhon HAIR. She said we don’t have that here I said yes you do I got it the last time I came to town I proceeded to pull up the picture to show her. She said I need to know the brand and I said it again out of her frustration she asked the assistance if hey carried it and she said no. I asked where is your crochet hair located and she said oh hair I thought you were talking about PRODUCT. She told me what isle to go to and then proceedsedTo talk about the way I talked as if I wasn’t there. I called my hair dresserAnd asked for another hair store in the area cause I was not spending one dime here. Rude and not focused on the customer. The sad part they didn’t have a clue who they were talking at.

Asked if they had extra short eyelashes.The package she gave me said extra short then short. I asked why did it have extra short and short on the package.She assured me that they were extra short and the short was for the outterside. I purchased them walked next door to get them put on and was told that they werent extra short they were all the same. I walked back to the store just to find out they dont do refunds. So they keep your money and get something that you dont need or came in to purchase. Very upset due to the fact that she assured me that they were the right product. Never again.I wish that I could find a Brown business.

I come to this location all the time to buy my lace front wigs, i love this store . They have numerous styles and options. They have great prices . Going tomorrow to buy a new wig & my lashes, plus other goodies. I will be joining their membership club . Great customer service also . yessss. Ladies stay Jammed &&&& Glo 💋

Ive been to a few Elegant supply stores and this one made an impression on me out of all of them. I loved my experience in here tonight Im not sure of both the young ladies names that helped me but they were very very polite and helpful given that I had zero clue what I wanted I am a VIP memeber and I will be back again! I went to get a closure that they had on a coupon in the paper sent to my home. I know they have the papers in the store. I just went and asked the associate for the closure she asked me to show her on the paper. I showed it to her she went to get the closure as Im picking it out she tells me I have to have the paper that came in the mail because they mark out all of their coupons. Even though the coupon was not expired. Such a bad policy. Defiantly lost a customer.

Rude service today March 1, 2016 @ 10:30am. I called ahead to ask if they had a certain brand that I needed. The girl was rude and shouted in my ear asking about the brand I wanted. When she notifies me that she has it. She hangs up in my face.When I get there I ask up front for the brand I called about. She immediately has an attitude and says I didnt ask to bring it to the front. I tell her Im just asking for directions around the store so I can find out where it is. She does not direct me to the area and brand Im looking for. She just tells me what Ill.After all that I buy the product and before I leave she tells her fellow coworker that the hair Im getting is ugly.So needless to say that will be my first and last time going to that beauty supply store.

DO NOT BUY EVOLVE WET AND WAVY VIRGIN HAIR FROM THIS STORE. MY CLIENT PURCHASED THIS HAIR FROM THE STORE ON 8310 N FLORIDA AVE. A WEEK AFTER INSTALLING IT THE HAIR BECAME EXTREMELY DRY, TANGLED, MATTED AND UNMANAGEABLE. SHE CONTACTED THE CORPORATE OFFICES FOR FALSE ADVERTISEMENT AND WAS APOLOGIZED TO AND TOLD IMMEDIATELY TAKE THE HAIR OUT AND RETURN TO THE STORE FOR A FULL CREDIT OF THE AMOUNT PAYED FOR THE HAIR. UPON TAKING IT BACK TO THE STORE SHE WAS DENIED THE CREDIT BECAUSE THEY SAID THEY COULD NOT DETERMINE IF THAT WAS INDEED THE SAME HAIR. IF YOU VALUE YOUR MONEY DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME! I HAVE BEFORE AND AFTER PICTURES OF THE EVOLVE WET AND WAVY AND WAS TOLD THAT SAMRA DISTRIBUTES THE HAIR

Great product foe the price and well worth it. Just dont go there expecting to get treated kindly. The manager was highly rude. Use to go there all the time about 3 years ago. Guess things change however we has a price discrepancy that by the way was handlws proper but on the end of the other price discrepancy the manager because no tag there but an old tag boosted the price up. Thus causing me to put one back. Needless to say the attitude towards the customers unacceptable mostly everyone was treated like they didnt have any money. Its horrible when no explanations ate being explained especially when we travel from Pasco County New Port Richey for support. Lord I am very disappointed. Hey at least I got what I needed.
