If I could give to this product and the manager 0 stars,I would. The eyelashes extension glue only lasts 2 days,and then it doesn’t work. 🚫🚫🚫 I got a complain from a few clients,because after 2 days the eyelashes fell offf. It’s not worth it.

I have been seeing Tracy for several years to do my lashes and I can tell you that she is the best!!! She is a perfectionist, she is very professional and it has been a blessing to have her not only as my lash princess, but my friend. You would love her!

Very poor customer service, first I had a consultation with Natalia 10/22/2019 but the next day she canceled the appointment without any reason or explanation. I tried to contact her to find out the reason for cancelation but she would not return any of my calls or texts. I tried to reach owner of salon but she kept referring back to Natalia because she did not want to be involved. I took my business elsewhere that was more professional and treated me like a real customer. I would not recommend this business to anyone.

I placed an order online, but the next day realized that I had ordered the wrong thing. I emailed customer service asking if there was any way I could change my order. Not only did they reply quickly, but they opened my already packaged order to fix it for me. Very kind and considerate!

Terrible customer service.I drove over an hour to pick up supplies, got to the store and was told I cannot buy anything. But if I “order online” she’d be able to get the items for me.VERY disappointed with the customer service.
