While I was in line everyone there mentioned he has the best wigs in town .. no one haggle over prices they found what they wanted and left very happy.. I will have to give a f/u review once installed

Terrible customer service. Incredibly rude. I refused to buy from there after my initial interaction with them. Go to 1NY beauty supply in St Pete if you want to speak to people who are actually friendly and want you to spend your money with them.EDIT: Their response alone shows how unprofessional they are. Geez, I want to support my people. Black owned businesses have to do better. The way you spoke to me initially was rude and that’s why I took my money elsewhere. You need to take some classes on customer service before your business goes down because of it. SMH.
