Have had better service from MAC stores- this is by far the worst experience.
Its not every day that you meet people with as generous and gracious hearts as the management and artists at this store, especially Magdalena and Brianna. As part of a special wish reveal for a local Make-A-Wish recipient, Brittany, the store donated a makeup session for her and her sister. They accommodated last minute schedule changes and made the girls (and their entourage) feel welcomed. Thank you for a bright and beautiful experience; the girls makeup turned out amazing. I have no doubt that Brittany and her sister will remember this moment fondly and will use the techniques you taught them often, especially when they set sail on their wish-come-true Disney Cruise, made possible by Make-A-Wish Central and Northern Florida.
I love this MAC Store!! The staff is extremely helpful, knowledgeable and nice. I usually try and ask for Lauren (she is the store manager) she always takes time to help me out and picks the best colors for my skin tone - ones that I normally wouldnt chose for myself and has great recommendations on new products that are on tend and how to use them. Check them out!
So many colors for your face. Workers are nice. Most of them very helpful most. Get one if the helpful persons and you will be happy w your time and money spent
I really appreciated the service I received from Nikki. I came in to see about makeup options for my brothers wedding. As bonafide MAC virgin and a self described minimalist when it comes to makeup, I wasnt sure what to expect. Nikki was helpful, assuring, encouraging and beat my face. It was a gorgeous, yet natural look. I felt no pressure to purchase anything yet was driven to do so by my experience. Suffice it to say, my makeup was perfect for the wedding. I will return next time Im in town.
Nikki has quickly become a great friend. When I walk into the MAC store, I feel like they see me rather than the next sale. It makes my day and the staff is soooooo helpful at picking out the right makeup for me. Nikki is especially amazing at makeup tips and can do very striking eye makeup.
I am extremely disappointed everytime I go to this MAC location. No one EVER assists me or my mother. I dont NEED them to as I have been purchasing MAC for many, many years and am familiar with their permanent line-up and I keep up with their new releases. I end up being the one to helps my mom and shows her what she might like and what might work for her, but thats not my job. That is the salespersons job. They all just sort of stand around and talk to one another. My second issue is that they never have anything in stock. I kid you not, when I was their the other day, everything my mom and I wanted they didnt have. And a bunch of it was just products in their regular line-up. Not just the limited edition products. I dont know who is managing this location anymore, but it needs a serious over-haul and some customer service training. Get it together MAC.
Nikki was very nice and helpful. She helped me to relax after a mean man at Regis salon did my hair for an event. She did an excellent job on my makeup and even helped me fix my hair that mean man made look like a cone on the top of my head!
It was okay, when I first walked through the doors I was not greeted by two employees that was standing by the door, instead they were talking to each other. I do think that store is locked excellent customer service at times they do need to work on that because they are independent store. theyre not located inside of another store so the service should be excellent besides that it was okay.

Horrible customer service, and lack training. I went in and was not help there where two employees on the floor and nothing. I ask for help and the employee said that they did not have that color I was looking. The manager came out and help me only after she came out I found my products. They need to couch that employee on customer service. And the mac way.
Went to the Mac stand alone store and got treated rudely by employee (possibly the manager). I asked one if she could do my young girls eyes so I could by product. Next thing I knew another approached and said they had a noon appointment and couldn’t. Hmm lots of employees there doing nothing. I left. Bad mistake- huge mistake ...went to Morphe they did the girls eye makeup - (incredible) and I bought a brush set for each of the girls and product! Yes I know where I’m going next and telling everyone about it!
Obviously I love MAC products. But my god are the people that work here snobby. I walked in, I was the only customer in the store. There were two ladies talking in the middle of the store that worked there. They paused their conversation briefly to take one look at me and then continue talking. I actually needed the assistance. I work at this location and it saddens me to see some of these reviews. Bc you always want to give everyone your 100%. Im writing this onlyBc some of the things I see are awful. Mac does a get a bad rep TRUST ME. I strive my hardest to be the best I can for others. Not a day goes by in that store I try to put someone before me. Mac does NOT test on animals. I will attach a photo with a description on how when we make a product that you are buying from this location it has NEVER touched an animal. Im a huge animal lover. I just wanted to post this and say at mac international we do care about you and we always welcome you to come play. I mean you can come look for me I love meeting new people and playing with makeup. Ive been with the company since I was 19 years old and I love everything about them. So come visit me ❤❤
Poor Service. Stopped in this place earlier today (Friday) afternoon and there were 4 associates all doing makeup. Only one acknowledged me and told me they were doing appointments and to wait and one of them would be with me. I was the only customer in the the store and needed assistance and waited almost ten minutes for help. I couldnt help but to feel that they were racist when a few Caucasians entered and two of them dropped everything and ran to their feet as they saw me waiting way before they entered the store, blatantly looking me in my face and bypassing me and never assisting me. Ended up leaving the store without making a purchase :(
I had never been to a MAC cosmetics store before, I had only ordered things online. I went to the store to pick out a foundation, but apparently I didnt know that its a sin to get into the drawers (after NO ONE offered to help me) (Is this a makeup store or a freaking jewelers??). The guy that saw me said in a really snotty voice excuse me maam we cant have anyone in the drawers and proceeded to get what I wanted like it was the biggest task of his life. They wouldnt even let me touch the product until it was paid for. Only when I left the store did I find out it wasnt the right shade. 100% never going there again, and after hearing other peoples horror stories Ive been completely turned off from the brand.
Unless you look like them (race wise) and spend oodles of money that particular day, they will ignore you and spend 15 minutes chatting up the customer in front of you and act like you dont exist. That happened to me today with sales rep Lauren C. Sad day for Mac, especially since I was there when they opened Flagship store in Toronto.
I had an issue with a tattoo that needed coverage and even though I didnt find the right product for myself Simone was not only extremely pleasant but so helpful and really genuinely tried to help. Because of her I will be coming back to this location for all my makeup needs. Thanks Simone!
She took the time at the end of the day to help me pick a couple new lipsticks.
Came to the store for national lipstick day, planned to get myself a free lipstick and shop around for more because I can never walk near a Mac Cosmetics store and not buy something. So I walked in with my twelve year old niece since she also likes to play with makeup and as we got to the counter experienced the rudest customer service everrrr! She slammed the product down on the counter with the receipt flying off the desk and gave such a rude look all because we asked for another for my niece. As we turned my niece asked “did I do something wrong? Did I make her mad?” Totally ruined my nieces experience. At that point I was done didn’t want to continue shopping around for more lipstick like I had originally planned. If your staff cannot handle a simple free lipstick day I can only imagine how rude they will be during Black Friday and they probably shouldn’t be working retail or customer service at all! Will not be shopping at this location again!
Customer service is lacking. Walked in without being acknowledged and waited for someone to help me with lipstick. No one glanced my way or said they would be right with me...finally had to walk up to someone restocking to just get a lip color and walk out. When I went to the register, she asked me if the person restocking retrieved the color for me. She noticed that I walked all the way to the end of the store to get his help but didnt notice me waiting for assistance and didnt bother to ask if I needed help with anything else. Ugh.

Love love this store! But the only downer is one time, this employee mismatched me. I ended up walking out of that store with foundation 3x lighter than me.
Went to this MAC location with the girlfriend as she needed to pick something up that she had forgot to pack before traveling.We wandered throughout the store with nary a glance our way. No hello or hi, no acknowledgement, and no help whatsoever. Service is...lacking.We left without getting anything. Perhaps because of the lack of attention, she felt she no longer needed whatever it was prompted her to go to this location after all.
I felt so ignored. It felt like my presence was completely disregarded and I was left in the dust to figure out what I needed, ended up leaving with nothing.
Walked into the store hoping for a makeover. Walked around the store looking at products for 15 mins. Not only was I not able to get a makeover, not even 1 of their employees acknowledged my presence in the store. I guess Ill be spending my money at Sephora.
I usually hate going to this store because everyone just seems to want to get a sale and not really take the time to help you, in addition to being mean and rude. However, I had the pleasure of working with Roni and she was AMAZING. She took her time to explain things to me and I didnt feel rushed or forced to buy things that i really didnt need. She also taught me some techniques on contouring. Ronni is a great makeup artist (the best in my opinion) and the nicest Mac employee that I have ever worked with. She made me change my opinion of that store...well, kinda! I will probably only deal with her from now on.

I had to wait even though I had an appointment. No one even acknowledged me for 10 minutes. And when a associate finally started my session she stopped a million times to help other customers even though there were several other associates that were in the store. She made me look like a clown most of the makeup did not match my complexion.
