The service here is horribly slow and they don’t have what you want. When you ask for things they act clueless

This place it is not big enough. Its missing a lot of products and the line are too separate 😕 it makes it look like empty. Prices are no too bad a littler big hight.personals 👎 no friendly at all.

I ordered an online pickup order with this store and attempted to cancel it. After I believed it was canceled, somehow my item was marked as picked up by ME (which I never did?) and now I am being charged for an item I never purchased. Literally shop anywhere else.

Worst customer service ever. If you ever want to feel like you are a huge inconvenience and that your presence in a store is so annoying then by all means shop at this store. The woman who waited on me was the most miserable individual. On top of that they charge now to put your things in a paper bag. So pathetic. I will not be going back to this Sally Beauty and dont recommend them either.

Nice store, open layout, staff was nice, but limited amount of items compared to other Sally stores.

This Sallys Beauty has all sales staff who are bilingual, speaking both English and Spanish, for those customers who prefer to speak Spanish. It is located in a shopping mall and has plenty of off street parking. The mall is very difficult to get into for westbound traffic on Hillsborough Avenue abut easy if you are traveling eastbound. There is no traffic light to get cars into this mall. This Sallys is laid out somewhat different from other Sallys in that its product shelves go no higher than 4 feet, which means you can see the entire store as a Customer and staff can keep an eye on you easily, too. Staff was constantly out and about in the aisles offering customers help, which i appreciated.

Love this location. Everyone is nice and the store is always clean

The manager was the best with helping my friend and I. We came in clueless on how to get her desired honey colored highlights. She told us everything we needed to buy and how to do it. We came home and the results were better than we expected. Will deff be coming back here for anything we need with beauty.

Easy shopping

I called the store last minute looking for a professional dryer. The manager was great she waited for me. 2 minutes till closing time she didn’t rush me and she helped me thoroughly.. Even though she didn’t have the one I wanted she called the other store on waters checked stock and had one put aside for me there.. This is good service.!!!Thank you

Very poor costumer service.

The staff does not want to help customers. When I finally found and approached a worker to ask about when a product might be in stock, she acted like I was disturbing her. Workers would practically hide from customers. Many of their popular items were either really low on stock or out. Which is a shame, because the store aesthetics are great, seems clean.

They had all the products I needed and asked if I needed help. They also gave me a free tote with my purchases and signed me up for email discounts.

All three ladies who helped me were friendly and professional. They gave me great hair color advice and my normal hair color has been restored! You girls are awesome. Thanks so much!!!

This is the 3rd Sally’s I’ve gone to looking for a particular nail product and every location seems to carry only defective bottles. I let the staff know about the issue and she stated it’s a problem that comes from the manufacturer. If you’re aware your product is not usable why keep them on the shelves? Complete waste of my time

Walked in the store and was not greeted by workers so I walked pass them to shop. As I was shopping I noticed that it was no one speaking English but I smiled at the workers because I didnt know what language they where speaking and I felt smiles where smiles in any language,wrong, the Sally workers look at me as if I was in there way by shopping. While still shopping two other people that spoke the language they spoke where greeted at the door!!! Really, anyway making my way up front I stopped by the hair brush section a worker gets in front of my view of the selection of brushes and talks loud Spanish words not saying excuse me or a word to me. So I just walked to the front to pay for my items and a worker that came to ring up my items didnt say anything or do you have a Sallys card nothing so I said I have a Sallys card give her my card paid for my stuff and left the store. The only reason I purchased the items was because I am from another state and finding this Sallys was on my way home. NEVER EVER WILL I SHOP AT THIS STORE!!!! The worst of the worst!!! Zero stars for this store unless your Spanish dont waste your time!!!

Ive been going to Sallys Beauty Supply over the past 5 years every 2 weeks for hair extensions and this has to be the worst store Ive ever been too. The staff is rude, unhelpful and half of them cant speak English. I recommend new management and new employees ASAP!

Worst customer service. They dont speak any english and look treat you like you are interfering with their socializing time. Tried to call Sallys customer service corporate but was on hold for an hour so i hung up. Sallys corporate needs to check out this store. Something shady is going down there.

I dont recommend the person who attended me. The customer service here is terrible. As i was asking her for advice on hair dye she barely answer my question and left me as clueless as i was when i entered. My questions were never answered. The woman also had attitude.

Loved it the first time I walked in BUT I think especially the manager needs customer service skills!! How dare you speak to a customer the way I was spoken too. In shock! She was so sweet the first time I met her. I am extremely upset at the 2 stores in citrus park location on citrus park dr and the one on hillsborough ave. I have been a long time Sallys customer and can not believe how a manager can feel she can intimidate a customer like she did today. I AGAIN went and spent money in a Sallys store yet again because I am very loyal to Sallys and have been. The one store I bought about 55.00 total with tax less coupon and the girl says Oh we are out of the free tote bags.So she said the store on hillsborough is a bigger store they should have some to go by. So I know Ana the manager which has always been nice with me and she turned into Dr Jekyll when I asked if I can get my free bag that I just came from the other store that had none left. To make a long story short she made me so embarrassed I will never ever be able to go in that store again. She in a loud voice I will do it this time but dont make it a habit to buy in another store and expect my store to give you the free item that its not fair to me. I WAS IN UTTER SHOCK! How in the world are you even having the nerve to speak to a customer in such a manner?!?! In the last month I have spent about 150.00 not to mention had to exchange some items due to horrible advice from some employees. I will probably do my shopping online you guys really need to evaluate who you have managing your stores. At first she was very sweet, very upset she sort of raised her voice in front of her employees and other customers are you kidding me?!?! How embarrassing goes to show you how peoples true colors are! Will never walk in that store again!

Worst sallys ever... Cant speak English, weird acting but what irked me is that they were following me around the store as soon as I came in. I was literally looking at nail polish right by her desk and she just starred at me the whole time. I felt highly uncomfortable. Then I walked to the back of the store after I asked her where the gloves were and another lady followed me to the back hovering over me.I dont even look like the type to steal nor did I give them probable cause... That was weird asfI will never be returning to this location and will learn to stay my azz on the cleaner, English speaking side of town ... North Tampa!

The Manager is very rude and is not helpful at all. All she does is talk on her phone, she barely knows English. This Is way stores close down because of these lazy idiots. She thinks shes in Cuba, that manager needs to be fired immediately.

I am a customer of them, I can say the treatment is super special and very attentive and the great products you give with which you are looking for so much color, product, and equipment, I recommend it with all security they deserve 5 stars.

We went in search of the pencil to paint the hair and when we arrived it was almost impossible on our own to find it but we immediately received help from the staff who very attentively attended us. We discovered a neat and clean stocked store with phenomenal discounts on their quality products. We will be back for sure.

Second time I come empty shelves, the staff was asked and their answer was today the truck arrived, we do not know if there is that product in the boxes. Bad faces.
