This is a big hair store but never seem to have exactly what Im looking for. I usually have to settle for something similar which works out fine in the end but sometimes I just to be able to get the exact item I came for

I purchased a human lace front from her the hair was pretty an non shedding hair but he offer that they have someone that put on lace fronts for you. NEVER go there to let anyone put them on for you the girl cut my lace wrong it waz coming up the next morning. I ened up having to go pay the next person to put it on for me... I waz so mad because i spent a lot of money for my lace.

I shop here all the time and always loved the store and the staff until I just recently had the most rudest encounter with one of the guys working in the shop. I made a mistake and purchased the wrong hair needed for my hairstyle...80$ worth to be exact. So I return the very next day with receipt in hand apologizing and just wanting to get the correct hair. The guy was so upset over the return. Mind you I knew I wasnt going to get a refund I just wanted the right hair and my store credit. He rolled his eyes and kept scoffing and just making it unbearably obvious how displeased he was. I was so embarrassed already and he just made me feel even worse about the innocent mistake I made. Im just gonna go find another place to get my beauty supplies cause that was just crazy. He was tall and slightly chubby!

This store has the largest selection of synthetic wigs, weave, and braiding hair that Ive personally seen in the area. Im able to find random synthetic hair Ive seen once online here and at a great price. They also have my staple braiding hair in my favorite and NEW colors and weave that I havent been able to find in years. They also have a nice selection of products, including edge control and adore hair dye since thats what I mainly come in for besides hair. Their virgin hair selection is beautiful. Ive never been disappointed and that above all else keeps me coming in. They also have a nice supply of makeup and eyelashes. Everything is fairly priced and the employees (maybe owners Im not sure) are great about answering any questions and working with you. They also have good sales that you can find out about on social media. 10/10 would recommend

Been sitting for 30 minutes because they say they open at 9 it’s 10 minutes after and still no one is available. Closed and DARK! They need to get the hours together and be available for paying customers!

Drove 30 minutes to this store because it stated they open to 10pm online and even on the doors outside the store. I arrived at 910 and the said they stop at 9pm. Update your hours online and outside the door

Customer service was never very good here on my experiences but they had the lace front adhesive that I needed and they were open after 8 so I wont complain. 😆

Great selection. Less than awesome service. The guys running the place seemed disinterested in customers except the ones the watched with suspicion. Counter guy didnt even get off his personal phone call to answer my question or ring me up.

The prices change at checkout. I have been in this store numerous times because of the friendly staff as well as the variety of merchandise. However, the past two visits I noticed that the amount at checkout was a little off. I questioned it both times and they re scanned everything and sure enough the price was off by 3 or 4 dollars.i thought it was a simple mistake at first cuz dude was really nice(Ahmeed) about it. But the second time the man didnt apologize he just started talking about a 10% sales tax(is it 7% here though????), meanwhile the price went down by $3. I realize now that they are scamming folks who are just letting them do the marh.= I will not be coming back.

I gave them a two because I have come a few times and the service is not that great. Today I got there at 755pm and they have a sign saying they close at 8pm I needed a shampoo and that was it. Pulled on the door and it was locked then the girl looked at me through the door and said “we closed.” Now unless I can’t tell time all of a sudden I had 5 Mins to run in and out. The time before last I approached the register and waited for the guy to finish his text message convo before he decided to ring me out. I’m sorry if I interrupted. He put his phone down then picked it back up and kept going with his texting. He did the very same thing to the guy behind me too. With a line of people I thought that was slightly rude. But what do I know? Just was a paying customer. I’ll find another place with better staff and less of a drive for me. Too bad used to like this place.

This is a horrible store I went in on Thursday of last week and had a lacefront and salt and The girl who installed my lace front she ripped it I went back on that Friday and inform them that my lace front had been rippeds they told me that the girl doesnt come in till 3 want to come back in at 3i have eyes tell that I was going out of town and I wouldnt be back until MondayWhen I went in on that Friday they told me that they will have to talk to the manager and to call them back so you know Im just getting back in touch with them and now theyre telling me they have to talk to another manager I spent over $200 in this store that and I cant get any kind of accommodations for their sorry ass workers tearing up my lace front it cost me 50 bucks I am infuriated And I told the guy that I talk to on the phone that just dont worry about it I will not be shopping at that store again and nonchalantly he replied ok and hung up
