Ordered a custom hank-on jib bag and tiller cover to match my OEM mainsail cover for a 2010 Precision 18 sailboat (Ameriseam was the OEM supplier to Precision Boat Works). Delivery was delayed, but the impressive quality and workmanship was well worth the wait!

Customer Interaction FailI had them do all the seating surfaces and Bimini cover when I restored my boat a few years ago. Nice size $$$ job and he was happy to have it.I lost the Bimini boot a 3 months ago. Contacted him for a replacement. He said it would be 3 weeks.3 months and I can’t even get him to respond by either phone or email. Have tried half dozen times.I’m sure it’s “Covid” related. Pretty poor of him.

Just picked up the pontoon. Jim and his team did a great job replacing all 3 fabrics on the boat. They were the old factory ones and had been ripped and beat up by the sun and wind. Wow! We went with a color change to black and it looks awesome! It was a fast turn around also. Great job and we will see you next time.

Had a Bimini made for a pontoon boat. Was completed as promised and at a reasonable price. Workmanship and attention to detail was top shelf. They added zippers so Bimini could be placed on aluminum bows without dis assembly of the Bimini. Installed in 15 minutes. I’m the first one to complain when you get sloppy workmanship, so when you find someone that goes above and beyond, they need to be reviewed.
