Terrible staff. Two (TWO) senior employees tried to tell me they didn’t have SWEATSHIRTS in their store while they were standing directly in front of them. It was truly an unreal experience.

Recently purchased a new Tahoe T16 boat for 25k and wasnt happy to find damage on the hull where gel coat was missing. Spoke to shop and unfortunately they said boats sometimes come with gel coat issues and to bring it in on the next service for repair. However after dropping 25k on a new boat the last thing Im thinking about is spending more for a service and repairs.

They have some really nice stuff

Purchased a Tahoe boat here end of March of 2017 with premium warranties that cost me several thousand extra and less than two years later all they do is say its not covered, nothing is covered after a year, theres no warranty on corrosion after a year. After one of the guys printed out my work order which clearly states 3 year Corrosion warranty they said Well I dont know, a manager will get back to you about it. I never received a call back about it. The Boat and trailer have several issues due to poor workmanship. Bass pro and tracker boats bill a high price and provide a low quality product. They install inferior parts on the boats and trailer that are not marine rated. Their boats and trailers will not withstand the test of time and the elements even when vigorously maintained.The trailers lights went out after a couple months of use, theirs rust everywhere, even though they claimed it has some kind of Galvsheild technology. this trailer was not meant for the water. The wiring used for the lights is not marine grade; its the cheap aluminum kind you use for a regular trailer. Even the screws and bolts they put on this Tahoe 450tf are not meant for marine use, they rust right off. I have cracks in my flooring, the cushion seams are falling apart, the glove box hinges are loose, the dash lights are dead, the windshield is loose and offtrack, trailer wench hooks rusted, trailer to truck harness hooks rusted, just to name a few problems with this boat and trailer. I paid $36k for a problem and Tracker boat / Bass pro warranty is worth nothing. Neither that nor the additional warranty provided by White River Finance called Premier protection plans. Be ware this company sells low end products at a high end price and has no integrity when it comes to honoring the warranty they sold you. Not even a follow up. I received zero service from Bass pro / tracker boats except for a 20 hour service oil change that cost me $200. Then i realized that wasnt even necessary until 100 hours. Terrible products, Zero Service; Beware!!
