My experience was several years back and it was not good for me, my bill was over 2000 to have water removed from the brand new tank that I installed, they said they had to do it twice (maybe not done right the first time?) I had asked to save any parts replaced so I could see what they were and they could not find my bad parts that were replaced. then there was a brass thru hull fitting for my fuel line that was gone and the hose was routed thru the hole. so when I take my robalo home you would have thought that they would have screwed the gas cap on to prevent any water from getting into the new tank that I installed,

Found a 2021 Key West boat on their website. Went to take a look at it and Ian was wonderful!!! We ended up buying the boat and Ian was so gracious with working on the paperwork and everything. Not only did we get a new boat but the safety gear they gave us to go with it was amazing!Perry drove almost 3 hours to deliver it to us. Once he got to the ramp he went over everything from bow to stern and in between. We just picked up our new boat today! Its amazing to find a place that treats you with so much care. Ian was fantastic and went above and beyond in making our boat purchase a reality. We knew we would have a wait but when it looked like our motor was not going to come in they jumped through hoops to get us another one...and I feel like it is a better motor. Our agreement was for the boat packages with a Suzuki 250 and they ended up giving us a Yamaha 250. I much prefer this motor and I know its pricier. They did not ask for a penny more.As we went outside to go over the boat with Rob I was expecting him to just show us the ins and outs. Not only did he do that but he spent quite a bit of time answering our questions and giving us tips and tricks to prolong the life of its different parts and systems. Im sure he had better things to do but he pleasantly took his time and went into detail about what we should and should not do.As we were getting ready to hitch up the boat out came Ian carrying a big box of boat gear...that I needed! I do not know if this was included or if it was a gift. I know I was not expecting it so it felt like a gift. Whatever it was, it is appreciated and seems like just another nice thing from a great company the likes of which you do not seem to find very often. If you are looking for a new boat, motor, supplies, service, etc. I would suggest you do yourself a favor and give them a call. I dont think I could be more pleased with them.I should also mention that they were about 9k less for the same boat and motor combo than the closest price I could find in the South East US. And that is before the upgrade to the Yamaha. So whether you are looking for great service or great price, call them. If the service is half of what I got you will probably be happy.P.S. Recently purchased a Sylvan pontoon from Outcast. Ian and the rest of the sales team were extremely knowledgeable and the customer service could not have been better. We had been looking for our new pontoon for a couple of months and the Sylvan, as configured by Outcast, was a perfect fit for our needs. Price was very competitive particularly given the high level of customer service. Perry delivered our boat and thoroughly went over all aspects of the boats operation and maintenance. The landing that I had picked out was not accessible due to the tide level and we had to find and drive to a nearby public landing which resulted in a much longer check-out ride than we had initially expected. Perry ended up spending a couple of hours overall and was very patient and knowledgeable. Based on my initial experiences, I can highly recommend Outcast Watersports, Ian and Perry.

We had a phenomenal experience with Outcast Water-sports employee Perry. We retrieved our boat from our service provider. As we were departing, Perry, who was there delivering a boat for Outcast, noticed us and yelled that our boat was sinking. The boat plug was not engaged. Perry ran down, jumped aboard our boat and inserted the plug. It was very difficult and he got wet during the process. We were so impressed and appreciative of his valiant efforts. Husband & I decided we wanted to look into getting a boat. Knowing NOTHING about boating, we decided to do some research and found Outcast Watersports on Google. Drove to their Tampa location and started browsing the boats on their lot. Ian greeted us and kindly answered all of our naive questions. Asked us what we wanted in a boat and immediately took us to see a boat that checked EVERY. SINGLE. BOX. There was zero pressure to buy. We left thinking we were going to continue our research and check out a few other places. We did, but two weeks later found ourselves back at Outcast with Ian. He hooked us up with a complete package at a reasonable price, and before signing any contracts even brought the boat over to make sure we could get that bad boy in our garage! (We did not want to pay for boat storage or a slip). He modified our ski tow so that it was easily removable, as that was the only thing too tall for the garage. After our boat was ready and the few mods we asked for was ready, we arranged pick up where the mechanic gave us a complete overview and then took us out on a local lake with the boat to show us how to trailer, launch, run, and load the boat back up. The mechanic decided the configuration we had for our prop was not to his liking so they are coming out to adjust some things for us!! AMAZING service and AWESOME people at that dealership!! They really know their boats inside and out and they are impressively patient when it comes to making sure they have answered all of your question regardless of how many times you visit before pulling the trigger to buy a boat (6+/-)for us. Though I can not tell you everywhere not to go beside Boat and Motor Superstore(avoid), I can tell you where you should go and where I will always go for all of my future boat needs and that’s “Outcast Watersports Inc.” They are family owned and operated they have the best prices, boat packages/options, top tier customer service, and knowledgeable staff. I can’t thank them enough for taking care of us and making sure my family was satisfied in every way.

There simply is no one better at what they do. Their knowledge about watercraft and associated goods, customer service, and prices are all of the highest tier one can find around. Staff is knowledgeable and courteous and service has always been top notch. I have no idea why anyone would look anywhere else besides Outcast Watersports for any of their boating and/or service needs. Cannot recommend them highly enough.

Just purchased a 2021 Key West 219FS and the time spent going over the boat was very helpful. I hope to enjoy this boat with my family and friends for many years.

These guys are great. They did great maintenance on our boat that hasnt been used for 4+ years. We had a problem getting it started after we brought it back home. They helped figure out the issue without making us (boating novices) feel dumb.

I am 74 years old and have been around and owned boats all of my adult life. I can say with out doubt that the Tampa Outcast marine center is the best boat dealership that I have ever dealt with; plus the service follow up by James and Jeff of their service department has been excellent. They are both patient and knowledgeable when working with me thru any issue that I may have with the new Key West 1720 boat that I purchased from them. To me the value of any new boat is about 30% price/70% service. I have no problem recommended these people.

I was trying to service my boat trailer and realized I didnt have the right parts. I ran up to outcast and they had everything I needed. Fella by the name of Jeff helped me out behind the counter and seemed very knowledgeable. After talking with him I realized Im way over due for a new water pump on my Yamaha so I managed to snag one while I was up there as well.

Ian was wonderful to work with ....very personable and pleasant. He paid attention to little details. Things like that help to make such a huge investment sit a bit easier. Joel was great with our ‘walk through’....very patient in answering our many questions. Thank you!!

Everyone at Outcast Watersports is nothing short of awesome! From sales to service they make the experience seamless and pleasant every time. I have several friends I have sent to Ian for the purchase of a boat and so far all 4 people have been very happy with both the price and the service they have received from Big John and Ian both. As for service, James and Steve are always ready to help in anyway. Theyre very knowledgeable and even when theyre covered up they treat you like your the only customer there. This staff at Outcast Watersports deserve a lot more that 5 STARS. Dont even bother going any where else for a Key West boat or service, you will be doing yourself a disservice.

My wife bought me a Key West boat on 30 March 2020 from the Bartow, Fl office. They sold me a boat with so many problems. The leather seat covers were faded with red spots. The speedometer stopped working properly, the battery for the trolling motor was not installed properly, the lower unit was faulty, the boat lower unit took on water and they blamed the issues on the propeller hitting a rock underneath the water, they had my boat for three week with little to no progress (JUN 24 - now). The sale person (Andrew) got irritated because I questioned why it’s taken so long. Don’t spend your money here...

From the moment we walked in and through the entire process, Jon and Ian and their team were amazing! Perry did a great job of prepping the boat. These guys are really awesome. I dealt with Ian for the sale and Elvis for my demo and walk through. Both guys made me completely comfortable through the whole boat buying process. Ian had a superior knowledge of the boats he sells and the accessories they should be outfitted with. I put my trust in Ian and couldnt be happier with my new boat. Several years ago I had some ethenol issues with my motor. Everyone Else I knew who had this problem needed very expensive repairs. We are talking thoudands of dollars. Outcast worked on my boat refurbushing injectors cahnging filters plugs and several other things. I lleft with my boat running like new and not feeling like I had just been robbed. Would definitely recommend them to anyone. Also will be in the market for a new boat soon. Will be headed there way

Today we picked up our Key West 230 BR, From our first stop there shopping until today. Everything has gone RIGHT. No hidden anything. Jon has been wonderful to do business with. Hes a great guy and we traded some crazy fishing stories.The boat arrived just as we ordered it. They took us through all the electronics and every detail imaginable. Everything went smoothly. Id recommend them to anyone. Its worth your drive regardless if you are from a different state even.I shop prices and know boats. They blew everyone out of the water and then some.
