Purchased my first boat here, very bad experience, they are careless and did not tell me things and issues with the boat, trailer was in bad shape without brakes and lights and they fixed 1 light only. Ive been waiting more than 3 months for my tag and Ryan keeps telling me its the pandemic. Ive had it with these people... If they were honest and truthful it would be a diferent story, but they got the money and now they just dont care. Very disappointed.

Bought my first boat from Tampa Bay boat company. I went to several other dealers before I made any final decisions. By far this place was the best experience I could ask for. Bryan showed me the boat and answered all questions. Ryan the owner is awesome and even with the 50 phone calls to him he was just as nice as day one. Horrible experience, looked at an Andros they had in the lot and Ryan the sales guy knew nothing of the boat. When asked, could you tell me a little about the boat he said “I know nothing about the boat” He did mention the previous owner took meticulous care of the boat but trust me this was far from meticulous. He just stared at me and didn’t speak while I looked over the boat, extremely uncomfortable. Would not recommend anyone to this place.

Great people and great experience. I newly moved to Tampa bay and I found Tampa bay boat co on suzuki marine website. Called other places around but the people of Tampa bay boat co were very friendly on the phone. I went there to do the 100 hrs maintenance for my boat and also to fix the stupid mistake I did when I connected the battery to the engine in reverse polarity and the engine wasnt working at all after that.People there were very nice, David from the maintenance team is a very knowledgeable guy, they did the maintenance and I got back my boat in less than 3 days and they fix the problem that I did, it was a fuse that was broken and they showed me where is this fuse and how to change it next time if I got the same problem, they did not charge me for changing the fuse, they charged me for the 100 hrs which was reasonable price compare to the other places I went before. overall great people, I recommend them, they got my business and I will surely get back to them for any problem in my engine or to sell/buy a boat.
