Hussam (Sam)….what a VISIONARY! Sam took my vision of what I wanted and expanded on it tremendously. He was able to design me a gown that was breathtaking and elegant in a very short amount of time. He was friendly, encouraging and reassuring. The boutique was clean, bright and filled with staff that is always willing to assist. Wonderful experience!

Sam is an amazing designer, friendly, courteous and talented. The whole boutique has a very professional staff and our experience at Arden was beyond excited. Unique designs and great prices too.

Let me just start off by saying that I am beyond disappointed in this company. I purchased a dress online and brought it to them to have a belt added which I purchased from them. I left the dress and the belt with confidence that it would look great for my husband’s military retirement ceremony. When I arrived to pick my dress up, it was thrown in a bag and burnt from ironing. When I pointed out the burns to Sam, he completely denied seeing them and said he never ironed the dress. This dress was brand new, never washed or worn. I even showed him pictures of what it looked like before i dropped it off. Once he acknowledged the fault, he only gave me money back for the alteration. Now I have a completely ruined dress and nothing to wear to my husband’s retirement ceremony.

After visiting 4 different bridal shops, I am so relieved to say I found my dress in the right place, at the right price. Before my appointment, Jessica texted me to confirm my visit, and to get an idea of which dresses I liked from the website. I messaged her several styles and on the day of the appointment, she greeted me by my name. She was accomodating, patient, and thoughtful. I made her pulled extra dresses even though I ended up not even trying them. I am so glad to say I did not overpay for my wedding dress and still is everything I wanted and more. Jessica, Sam, and the other young person were helpful through my appointment. I cannot wait to wear it on our wedding day.

As someone that works in the wedding industry, I had a long list of bridal shops to choose from when it came time for my own wedding. However, I only went to ONE bridal shop & that was Arden Bridal & Boutique. To be honest, I wasnt even going to go wedding dress shopping at first. I looked online & was *this* close to pulling the trigger on a few online purchases. I decided Id just go look one day & walked out of Arden Bridal with THE most perfect dress & THE most amazing experience to top it all off. I felt like an actual princess. Jessica & the rest of the staff were professional, but NEVER pushy to make a sale. They were just happy to help me find what I felt best in. Truly an incredible experience & I cannot recommend this shop enough. If youre a bride considering skipping the dress experience PLEASE do yourself a favor & just stop into Arden Bridal to try on a few dresses. You will be so happy that you did.

I just want to take a moment and BRAG about my experience at Arden! My mom made an appointment with a large group and Marie went above and beyond while handling a large crowd and helping to keep me calm. While I haven’t made a decision on a dress, if I had to buy based off of the personality of someone’s help I would’ve bought that day! I highly recommend working with Marie! She may be newer to the company she doesn’t lack in customer service. I will be back to see the entire crew at Arden!

I heard about this place from my wedding coordinator Angel. I am so glad and happy that I went here. When I went here to pick out my wedding dress and it was nothing short of amazing and a great experience. I cant remember the girl who helped me with trying on dresses but she was very patient, sweet, caring and understanding when it came to my grandma and her million questions.Jessica was also very helpful about checking my measurements and letting me know that they can probably get my dress in petite or something because I am a little on the shorter side. She was also very easy to talk to and coordinate with. Thank you girls for the wonderful experience.

Friendly, helpful and responsive staff. I was nervous about buying a sample dress online sight unseen. But they were very helpful and answered all my many questions, especially about shipping. I found my dream dress in one day! I planned on shopping around but my dress was the 3rd one she brought to me, I tried on more but nothing could compare to the dress I picked. I love it sooo much! What a wonderful experience I had shopping at Arden Bridal and Boutique for a Mother of the Groom dress! They carry a great selection of dresses. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. Sams insight on style and color and Jessicas input helped me pick the perfect dress!

The staff was exceptional!! We were on vacation and my daughter and I decided to just look at prom dresses. She found one she fell in love with but it wasnt the right size. The girls measured her and we were able to order the dress and they were going to send it to us in Western New York but it came prior to us leaving! Jessica called us and said she would even wait for us if we werent going to be able to make it prior to the store closing, which we did and now there is a very excited senior ready for her prom, thank you Jessica and the rest of the Arden Bridal & Boutique Staff!!!

This place is AMAZING. I called last minute, about to give up on finding THE dress for my wedding and Jessica picked up the phone and was so kind, proactive, and encouraging. I had already spent 10 hours looking at dresses and it was either too expensive or too many alterations had to be done, etc etc.When I came here Jessica already had the dress pulled, helped me get in it, it fit like a glove and it was SO beautiful. They said it ships in 10 days and there are only minimal alterations that will have to be done to it.BRIDES, 10/10 recommend.

Perfection in every way! From the moment my daughter and I walked into Arden Bridal we were given such impeccable, friendly and professional service! They have beautiful dresses in their inventory and my daughter found her dream dress and veil in no time. Jessica and Marcella were incredible with great suggestions and ideas. Jessica and her team at Arden literally went above and beyond at their store in Tampa. My daughter is doing a pageant. They helped us pick a beautiful dress that my daughter loved. However, that is not the end of the story. Days before the dress was due for approval, the shop that had the dress for alterations completely ruined the dress and delayed in notifying me. I contacted Jessica. She put into motion everything to help us not only get another dress, but to also find someone to get it altered and ready in a 24 hour period. My daughter actually loves the second dress even more. I cannot thank Jessica and her team at Arden enough. Without their help and expertise, my daughter would not have made the approval date for her dress. She is thrilled and feels like a princess! Thank you so much!

Not only did I buy my bridesmaid dress from Jessica at the sister store in Clearwater but 2 years later I then bought my dream wedding gown from her. She makes sure that you are completely in love with every part of the dress before you buy it, and most importantly NO PRESSURE! She answered all of my crazy questions and was very informative. She’s got connections for vendors too! She gave me her full, undivided attention as well as my privacy when I was changing, but was right outside the door when I needed assistance. Had a great experience! Everyone else had no prom dresses and after finding the perfect dress here it took my stress away.

Needed a last minute dress to get married in.... due to family illness and moving, I had been unable to take care of this. With less than one week to wedding, mother in law had a stroke and I was over it! These ladies brought me in and took all the effort out of it. They showed me what they had in my size and within minutes I had a dress. They then recommended a seamstress who worked around my schedule to have my dress altered on dang near every seam within 2 days. I so thankful for these guys.... they were truly my blessing. 4 days and Im changing my last name!
