Mina was amazing! She altered my wedding dress exactly how I wanted and in a timely manner. I tried going to boutiques near me and although they had great reviews, they said they couldnt open the back of my wedding dress. As soon as I mentioned to Mina, she has no doubt she could do it, and she rendered the details beautifully as if that was the way I bought it. I would recommend her for any future brides. This place was amazing! From the moment I walked in the entire staff was very welcoming! Mina understood every detail I wanted in a dress. She made my dress shopping experience so memorable! When I arrived for my appt she had a handful of dresses in the styles. Im so indecisive and she really helped me narrow it down to find my perfect dress. She was so patient with me and SO helpful.The whole experience was a 10/10.

I found my wedding dress with Mina! I went to many stores and tried on lots of styles and I have to say, Mina’s selection is dresses is above the all. Even the pickiest of brides will appreciate the delicate details of her dresses. Highly recommend! I also had another dress altered and the adjustments were perfect.

-The purpose of this review is that no bride or groom ever has to experience what we went through. On February 27, 2021, My fiancé walked in to get a custom dress done. Before agreeing to anything, my fiancé gave her a picture of the dress she wanted to be made. She told Mina, If you cant do it like the image Ive provided you before Sept 3, I understand. Just let me know Minas response was, I have six months plenty of time, Mina mentioned that it would be :-$2700.00 to do it with a deposit of $500 today, and the rest as the dress is being created.- A veil would also be provided with the leftover material.- The price did not even include the necessary material she would have to purchase to make the dress -To ensure the dress fit appropriately, she would have to come back for five fittings. My fiancé agreed and provided her with the deposit, she did her measurements, and Mina moved forward on making her dress. One week later, the material for the dress and the rhinestones were supplied to her. Two months go by, and no answer from Mina. At this point, My fiancé is now a bit worried, so she calls her and gets no answers, so she leaves her a message. She calls her again in June and askes her, When her first fitting was? Mina responded with a panicked voice, Oh yes; you need to come in right away with your second deposit( she obviously forgot)When my fiancé came in, On June 16, her expectation was to have a dress to put on. When she arrived had two pieces of materials were pinned up to her body. Mina told her thats all she needed.July 12, she tells her to come in for a second fitting with more money. When my fiancé arrives to see the dress, My fiancé expresses concerns about the wide straps, unlike the picture she provided. And the dress not contoured to her body. It looked like she was wearing a box because it had a bunch of material in the front and the back that she could grab with her hand that filled her fist. After expressing how she felt, Mina took offense to it and told her that it would cost her more money to do that. And that the vail that she wanted would also cost money. At this point, the expectation my fiancé wanted to feel Say Yes to the Dress experience was gone! It turned into Say Yes to HELL. It was a fighting battle to get Mina to understand and to do what was evident (make the dress fit correctly) without charging money for it, primarily when it did not involve adding material; it was removing material. After countless times of my fiancé expressing how the dress fit, Mina insisted that it looked good; at this point, it was apparent the concern of the customers was gone. It was more like pay more or it or leave it as is. I called and expressed to her that money was not the concern. Making my fiancé happy was my priority. For Mina, it was dollar signs, and the service didnt matter.On July 15, after letting her know of promises she made to my fiancé that she didnt keep on the countless text she sent stating otherwise. I got a call from a young kid in his twenties. That stated he worked for Davids bridal and was co-owner( her son) that tried to patch things us by saying that Mina had a language barrier and sometimes doesnt understand or comes across the wrong way. I mentioned to him customer service does not have a barrier. (Receiving money was sure not a barrier)This experience was so bad that my fiancé decided she never wanted to walk in that place again. Now, I, the groom, have to go pick up my fiancés wedding dress. I told her that I needed the dress done with the rhinestones in two weeks with a month left. She stated that my fiancé told her the wedding was in November. Another lie we had to forward her the text she sent, stating that she knew it was September 3. Suddenly, after all the lies and lack of service, they tried to come back and fix things after the damage was already done. On August 2nd I picked up the dress took it to get the rhinestones put on that were falling off and zipper completely sewed on. It was lying after lying in it for the money! 0 stars ⭐️

She exceeded my expectations. The quality of her work is fantastic. Every encounter with her was a pleasure and I received my dress in plenty of time for the wedding. I now know that there is a wonderful talent close by.

Mina is great at her craft. I had her do my suit and tux for my wedding and she blew it out the park. She’s aware of today’s styles and her tapering was on point. Safe to say I found my new alterations spot in Tampa! Her pricing is competitive but for the work that she does you won’t be disappointed!

What an amazing bridal shop! After searching different shops, I decided Bridal by Mina boutique .Mina, my consultant, was so incredibly sweet and asked awesome questions.I highly recommend this shop to any bride.

Mina is so warm and genuine. She isn’t a sales person that is going to tell you something looks great just in order to sell it to you. She wants to make sure you look and feel your best on your wedding day. She has great customer service, amazing wedding gown AND TUX alteration skills, she is fast, efficient, fairly priced, and has a great variety of wedding gowns in her shop. She even makes her own dresses! She offers great advice on hair make up shoes undergarments etc. Just a small example: I had decided on wearing my hair down but she showed me how beautiful my shoulders looked and the detail on my dress around the shoulder area and when she showed me myself with my hair pulled back I had to change my mind! It looked so much more elegant and gorgeous! She really knows what she’s doing! Like I said she also altered my fiancé‘s tuxedo and my grandmothers dress for our wedding. She’s great and professional.. there isn’t anything she can’t handle.
