The girls working were so sweet and helpful. I ended up finding my dream wedding dress there. Totally recommend going.

Over price low quality clothing i paid $100 for a dress valued at $40 online but couldnt get it online because was a last minute buy and when my daughter got to The Homecoming Dance there was a hole in the back of her dress and all the glitter of the dress stuck to my car seat glitter just fell off of the dress glitter everywhere ......the shimmer in the dress was glitter

Although I didnt find my perfect dress they were awesome. Great service and lots to.choose from in plus size gowns.

The store has beautiful dress and a variety of dresses to choose from, the pricing for the dresses is also great! The staff was amazing too, great customer service. 10/10 would recommend on going! :)

Not very helpful this Time need plus size dress for daughter. Once we said plus size and Mermaid style the young lady just pointed to the corner for us to look. Last time the same thing happened but an older lady I assumed Store owner was more attentive and helped us. This time turned away during Senior Prom dress shopping

Went shopping for my prom dress here and it was a great experience. The staff was super helpful and patient. I wouldnt have gone anywhere else for my dress!

My daughter who is going through cancer treatments went into the store with her mother, I waited outside. A representative came to assist to her purchase shoes for her prom. When they asked for the shoes in her size the employee acted like they were going to the back to get them, but began helping another customer find dresses. After waiting a bit, her mother again asked the employee for help who blew her off again. After two more attempts and trying to get help from another employee my daughter decided to leave sad and shoesless.

Horrible customer service; buyers be aware, their items have a 7 day return policy which they dont let you know. Items sold are cheap and will break before the 7 day return period. Overpriced items; found the same dress for my daughter at Macys $200 cheaper. Please stay away and save your money. Would give them ZERO stars but one star is the lowest.

Went in to try on dresses. I was refused because we dont have a wedding date yet. Why cant I buy a dress before I know the date of the wedding? That make no sense! You lost a customer.

Nice location, in the middle of the mall. Friendly, knowledgeable staff. The prices are reasonable. Unfortunately they just didnt have the size we needed.

I have gotten 2 prom dresses from here both times left me beautiful and satisfied they are very helpful.

Came in a purchased a dress here. It did not fit and the tags were still on the dress. I did not get a chance to wear it and spent 100 bux. If you value customer service and want a decent dress svae the trip and go elsewhere. Poor customer service and dresses are not cut properly to fit.

-0 stars!We were part of a big order gave 10% to order the dress from catalog. They gave our little girls one dress from the same designer to try it to order that same size in the dress we wanted from the catalog.The dresses didn’t look same as the catalog they are cheap poor looking. For $87 the dresses fit horribly and the sizes run small. When we told the ladies the dresses didn’t fit they tried to blame my sister like she was being difficult but you can clearly see the dress was to small and made mark on her arms.The store staff refused to order bigger size. She said dress are final sale since they are ordered from the catalog because they didn’t have nothing in the store. They refuse to help us they want us to pay the simstress to fix the dresses.This place is a scam and it’s unprofessional DONT GO HERE!
