This company has wonderful customer service,I had to get an alarm system and 3 cameras installed into my home. I was surprised that the products and services was an affordable price for one, and two, how quickly they were able to send someone out..I was thinking it would be scheduled out 2-3 weeks but they got to me within 2-3 days. which was such a relief to know that my home is being safe and secured.Thank you A-1 company for all of your hard work.

I just had a security system and cameras installed in my house by A-1 security alarms. To my surprise, Steve and Braddock the owner wanted to come by the house and check the installation himself. Not many owners will reach out to you like he did I am very impressed and I highly recommend their services

Great service.. This company is not like any other company, it not a corporate or a franchise it is a privately owned busneiss. I love working with companies like this. when youre getting service done or have any questions you can just call the office and you speak to the same people and it feels more personal. Its better than working with a large corporate company to where youre getting tossed around to eight different people to get a problem resolved.

I have used A-1 for both my home and business alarms and fire systems.We had the owner of the company Steven Braddock come to the business to assure everything was done properly and professionally. I would give them a 5 star rating for everything they did for us.

These guys were AH-MAZING!!!! I was fortunate enough to deal directly with the owner here. He walked me thru the entire process. Everything was exactly as he promised. Terrible. Terrible service, terrible owner, terrible employees. All they care about is charging you. And they have this crazy $45 trip charge, which they charge you even after they screw everything up.BEWARE
