Brian did a phenomenal Job very detailed oriented making sure to ask lots of questions to make sure I was satisfied with the service walk through everything with me to make sure I was comfortable before he left. I would highly recommend safetouch for peoples security needs

A pleasant experience. Brian was here at the agreed time frame. Went over the scope of the installation with us. Then went about doing the job in a timely matter, then went through the steps of operation, answering all of our questions. It was a job well done.

I hate this company. We have had nothing but problems and they are completely unhelpful. When you call for support they want to troubleshoot over the phone. And I dont mean unplugging something. I mean getting a ladder and pushing a button on every device. If this doesnt work, they charge $125 for a service call. They say that the warranty only covers normal wear and tear or malfunction. It seems that a camera not recording anything is not considered a malfunction. That is correct. They consider a camera not recording to be functioning properly. We have had items stolen from our back porch twice now with no recourse because this service that we pay for is, in their opinion, functioning correctly and not recording anything.

Love the service and products just had smoke detectors installed and added to my monitoring.

Customer service is poor. My contract shows equipment warrantied through the end of the contract period. Doorbell camera failed, I sent in a service ticket and didn’t get a call back until two weeks later (+/-). Tech could offer no assistance in getting camera back up and operating. A few weeks later I spent half a day going through the “fix it yourself” process with no success. Called in and the person on the phone tried to refuse to send a technician out unless I paid $125 even though my system is under warranty. She said everything is covered but the camera. Camera is listed on the contract and nowhere (even in the fine print) does it say that my camera isn’t covered. After arguing for awhile they did agree to conduct a service call at a reduced fee. It’s unfortunate to have to argue with a service provider to get what you pay for. I’ve always paid them what I agreed to, if I could cancel I would. A few more months and I’ll most likely be going with SimplySafe or one of the many other alarm companies. Be sure to send in a cancellation letter well before your contract ends or it auto-renews for two additional years!

My technician was quick and professional. Made sure I was squared away before leaving and provided me with the resources needed to operate my new system. So far, Im happy with the services Safe Touch promises to provide.

They have poor customer service and set things up so they have to come out and charge fees. When they set up security cameras, they won’t tell you how to update IP address or reset your password. Which you will have to do if your internet changes. They say a technician has to come out to do it for a fee. They also had to come fix a sensor that had never worked and I needed a new cable, so they charged me the service fee on that trip too even though they were coming to fix their mistake just because they brought me the cable. I am just disappointed that they keep trying to charge me service fees, especially just to reset my password. That should not cost $125!!!

Alarm went off checking batteries. Would not stop. Safe Touch tells me to undo master plug. Where? Might be in a closet or low moisture area. WHAT?? ALARM STILL SCREAMING. I have 5 closets and lived here 22 years. My closets are full. Sorry sir you will have to find the plug. Been on phone while I write this. I can submit a letter to terminate my contract but it will not terminate until it ends 2021. Do NOT sign with Safe Touch.

For the past 3 to 4 months the alarm was not able to be monitored by Safetouch due to the 3g upgrade not being done. Not only did they keep billing me each month, but they nor the alarm panel let me know there was any issue. So much for feeling protected. They have a good ad, but other than that they fail as a security company in my eyes.I got a voicemail yesterday when you attempted to reach me. It asked me to call you back. I tried 4 times over 4 hours and each time was on on hold too long to wait. Your web site does not even have a link for customer service for email or chat. Please have someone in management call me. This is horrible. You need to keep trying to reach me this time! This seems to be the only place I can get a response from you.

I have used other companies. Although the equipment was the same, the service was not. Safe touch is more professional in the way they do business. The installer was a real professional. He was kind and courteous, and although it was a Friday and getting late, he stayed and made sure that I understood the system completely. I highly recommend them.

The tech had a puzzle to solve. We had new windows installed and didnt mark any of the sensors when they were taken off the old windows. He patiently worked his way through and got all straightened out.

Dan is the Man! My wife and I have been Safe Touch customers for 10 years and we dont have a bad thing to say about them. We just had our system completely upgraded today and Dan was our installer(technician). I cant tell you how impressed I am with his knowledge of computers and setting up security systems! We ran into router issues that I thought was going to be a big issue. Dan plowed right threw it and moved on to a great demonstration of our new wireless security system. Dan is very patient and makes sure you understand everything about your system and how to use it. I highly recommend Safe Touch if you are shopping for a decent system. Before Dan we always had a service tech named Chris who was awesome as well! This place hires the BEST!!

Have been a customer for a number of years. Moved to a new home. But after a nightmare with the wireless smoke alarm we found it have been positioned by the technician in a site that meant it would go off at every opportunity. To much moisture, slight singe when frying. Called for a service after the alarm would not shut down post some burnt toast. Panicked frightened dog, wife at her wits end as followed the panel instructions to silence and abort fire service, the alarm would immediately go off again. Asked for the alarm to be changed to a heat detector rather than a particle detector to be informed that this was not possible. Booked a service and technician arrived and upon questioning we asked why would it be placed in such a location? Technician asked for a description of the installer and intimated that it was probably done out of laziness and for speed. Had the alarm relocated and it’s been fine. I’m never one to write comment but the anguish, stress that my wife and how frightened our dog was has driven me to do so. Prior to this experience we have had nothing but a great experience with Safe Touch.

My experience so far has been great with this company. I spoke with Gail on Tuesday to set up an appointment for a consultation. She was so extremely sweet and polite and had someone come out the next day for me! Wednesday, Bobby came out for the consultation, he was so thorough and took his time explaining everything to me. He was awesome and so patient.Today, Thursday, Javier was able to install my system. I was so glad he was able to come so soon due to a cancellation. He was quick, so polite and thorough. Alarm system is nice. Cameras are on a separate app and are without motion detection, which was told they would have motion and would all be on the same app. Doorbell camera has a lag to it compared to Ring and is no comparison to the Ring doorbell. Recommendation stick with Ring cameras and don’t use Safetouch unless it is for alarm services only. Don’t waste money on their doorbell camera. It’s a joke and a waste of money.

This company loves to take your money but when something happens your on your own. My company was broken into the alarm never trigger. So all they want to do is send a technician to sell you in more services they would not cover if something does happened. Mind you I called in the morning they said they are dispatching a tech at 10:30 am now its its almost 5pm and still not a single call at all. So if you want them for your business good luck. I guess registering 3 businesses with this company dont mean a thing I am just another number its time to look for another alarm company that cares.
