I ordered a bonus pack from Omaha for a relative to be delivered at a specific time and for a specific reason. Initially, the estimated delivery date was perfect timing. They charge you a shipping fee that is not included in your purchase price. They lost my package. They have no idea where it was, neither did FedEx. As a result, my recipient missed their event. So, Omaha honored another shipment. Honored? They lost my package. Unfortunately, it will arrive well past the event and negates the reason why I ordered in the first place. When I asked them to discount my order (how about waiving my shipping fees?) they refused and will re--ship ... thats there Guarantee. They didnt (even) provide an overnight shipment. Seriously? Wrote them and received an arrogant response. Poor customer service... you can find other vendors that possess a greater understanding of satisfied customers. I should have reviewed this site, first. With a 2.9 out of 5-star rating ... that pretty much says it all. Would not recommend.

After years of giving Omaha Steaks items and packages as gifts, we decided to splurge on ourselves. Glad we did, because there was not ONE ITEM in our package that impressed me, and I will never send anything from them again. I’m almost embarrassed we thought it was such good quality. The steaks were comparable to what I buy at my local store, and the chicken breasts were minuscule and tough. The hamburger products were all grey in color, as if they were previously frozen and unfrozen, repeatedly. The pork chops needed either to be marinated or tenderized to be tender, and even the scalloped potatoes were so unnecessarily garlicky, unappetizing. Never will buy - or gift- again.

Not at all impressed. Unfortunately we had $75 gift card that had to be spent. Why anyone buys frozen meat at these prices is beyond me. Not only that, we had to spend $20 to buy a 2nd item to get the 4-5oz $74.99 deal. We ended up getting nasty frozen green beans and some mashed potatoes that make Stoufers seem gourmet.The filet mignon is $50/pound?!?!?! What in the world. It’s frozen meat. 1.25 pounds of frozen meat for $75. I’m going to be frustrated over this for quite some time.

Just went to the Omaha Steak retail store at 13129-F N Dale Mabry Hwy #410, Tampa, FL 33618 on 9/6/21. TERRIBLE experience! Lady that works there is rude and told us that shopping in the store is not allowed per company policy, even though we had masks on, and that we had to stay near the store entrance to place the order. She said that we had to look in the catalog and place the order without looking at the products. We left the store and told her we would shop elsewhere.

We received a gift card from our company to Omaha Steaks so we went into the store to purchase some things. We were there less than 5 minutes and were reprimanded at least six times. We had to stand outside until the two people already in there left. They have a max limit of four and with three employees they were already maxed out. We were not allow any further in the store than just inside the front door. We were yelled at for every step we made and what we touched. They need to just lock their doors if they dont actually want people to come inside.

We visited this store on Sunday. No other customers in the store and the mgr/sales person could not brush us off and have us leave quick enough. We will order online as we have for the past 10 years. No Thanks, service was very off putting.

Considering the price points for this product, their service employees shouldn’t be so rude and crass. Manners are expected when shopping in the luxury item category. Visitor beware. You will need to put up with employees poor attitude.

Sorry. Very disappointed the steaks were so small that we had to fix two for my son. I purchased gifts for my sons and their families for Christmas and they didnt want to hurt my feelings but finally asked me not to do it again. I also had purchased the burgers and they are not even the color of beef. Would not recommend dont waste your money.

Just called the Dale Mabry location because my brother bought me the holiday sampler. I had until Jan31 to pick up a sweet package of meat. I dropped the ball and called the morning of Feb 1st hoping they would accommodate. Well guess what... yesterday I had 100$ worth of meat and today I have a pitiful 39.99$ gift card. Does anybody want a gift card? I don’t.

Called them to place a rather large order, as gifts for neighbors who saved our property from a forest fire. The order came to just over $500. When we asked for free shipping, the girl on the other end of the phone (who barely spoke english) refused to wave shipping. When we asked for a supervisor, she said sorry, they cant accomodate you.Well never use them again.We went to Acropolis. Wonderful cuts of meat, great prices.

Meat arrived 5 days after shipping from Miami to Bradenton Florida. No ice. Warm. Im on hold for 20 minutes now. Customer service sucks. Got mad about refund and put me on indefinite hold. Never again. 4 times on hold. Still holding.....

The sales person, Melissa, was so awesome. Very nice and helpful. Hope shes there next time I go. The sales this week/month are very good. I would tell you what I went for but then they would always be out of stock. I dont like everything but the things I do do.like I continue to buy. There are lots of things to choose from, there is something for every one

Ive been sent a few of these packages from family members who live in Omaha. None of the products (beef, chicken, potato, pastry) have ever met my expectations in terms of tenderness or taste, particularly given what my family spends on it.

I love this place! The service was amazing, the product is beyond comparison. The meat was juicy, full of flavor. They gave me beef jerky as a gift and even that was good! I highly recommend it.

Waste of money. Cuts are small, tasteless and tough. If you calculate the cost of these you will find you are paying more than twice what you buy from a butcher or grocery store. I would only send these to someone I dont care about. PS. Ive tried this meat more than 5 times as gifts. I do not recomend these for anyone with tastebuds!

My wife was nice and bought a little pack of basically most things they have to offer. Unfortunately every single thing I have prepped and made was low quality and some of the worst I have ever had. I think you are better off getting burgers from Wal-Mart or that giant tube of hamburger meat. Overpriced for what they sell. Never again, Im not even going to offer these to my neighbors. I dont hate them this much.

I had a nightmare experience ordering from Omaha Steaks, which is disappointing because I was excited about it...I paid with paypal, which was a mistake on my part. I called to see if I could pay with my debit card and the lady said it would be no problem, but she didnt mention that I would be double charged until a week later when I received my refund...Then I come home a week later on the expected delivery date and dont see my package... I called ups and they said it was never sent, and to contact Omaha. Omaha said they sent it but asked for it to be returned because of a hurricane warning. The hurricane wasnt coming anywhere near my address, but I dont blame Omaha for bad weather. I do, however, think it would have been courteous to send an email letting me know that I wouldnt be receiving my package until 14 DAYS after I ordered... I specifically didnt go grocery shopping because I thought they would be here.So, I was fed up, cancelled my order, and then they erased ALL of my points, some of which had nothing to do with my cancelled order...I guess Omaha doesnt want me as a customer! 👎

Only getting 2 stars because the gentleman that helped us was efficient and not pushy. On the other hand Melissa was awful. She completely ingored us and only spoke when I opened a freezer door. That was to tell us that they would get anything out for us. Her voice is very fake and loud. If there was another location in the area we would have left.

I have ordered from them many times. When I need something I order. What i dont like are the many sales calls to try to get me to buy MORE stuff. When I say I dont need anything, they keep pushing and pushing. If I need something I will call! I dont appreciate being harrassed to order food. I know when I need something. And trust me! They send me flyers constantly to remind me! I dont need phone calls too!

Great service and products, but the reason why im not giving it 5 stars is because there customer info system is incredibly flawed. I refuse to believe that, even after giving 10 pieces of personal info just to buy a frozen animal, they cant verify whether my Blue Card for chicken tenderloins or not. You lost a 30 dollar sale. I lost it and theres no way to still honor the Blue Card. Clearly, i havent used it. And if you cant look that up, theres no need to own all my info

On 8/01, The Morning Blend (abc) in Tampa, had a guest speaker showing the new skillet meals, and said, each meal was $1.00 on 8/01 only. They looked delicious, so I made a 60 round trip, only to have a bait & switch take place. The rude young man stated it was buy one @ $1.00 and next bags were $14.99 each.We have discussed using Omaha Meats in the pasy, I thought this would be the opportunity to see if it was worth it. MOST DEFINITELY NOT EVEN WORTH THE TIME IT TOOK FOR ME TO POST THIS REVIEW!!! A a previous review stated, Omaha Steaks must not want my business!

Erica saved the day!!! We made a mistake with our order which was a gift for a sick friend, and we needed the delivery on Thursday instead of Friday. The initial consensus was that we couldnt change the order when I called in today because it was either already out of the facility for delivery or in process of being shipped. Erica worked some magic and called me back an hour later and confirmed that she was able to make the change. She was very kind even though I was a little hot under the collar at first and she handled me very professionally despite my demeanor and attitude. She filtered through all of that and instead focused on the goal of satisfying the customer. Very rare in todays business world. She is the type of person that makes an organization look good. My husband and I have been to the Tampa location several times. Melissa and Blaise have been very professional, courteous, knowledgeable, and friendly. They both have made the whole experience easy and relaxing. We have tried many of your products and have chosen the ones that we truly enjoy. They both have won us over as ongoing customersThe foods are portioned controlled and delicious. I’ve read some of the other reviews and am shocked. This is definitely not the Melissa and Blaise that I have come to know and respect. They both make an awesome team! Definitely 5 star worthy!!!

Received a gift package for Christmas and when picking it up at the store they demanded I give all my information before they would give it to me. Then charged me money because I had to pay for the next step up in ribeyes because they didnt have the right size. Steaks tasted like rubber. Threw all the other stuff away cause I didn’t want to waste anymore time with it. A pack of ballpark hotdogs would have been a better gift. The whole experience seemed very used car...

Hmmm....This place is very tricky the way they sell the products. Expensive and kind of dishonest Salesperson by trying to squeeze money from the customers. I dont think this is a good business practice. The Salesman/Saleswoman should maintain the customer satisfaction by helping as much as they can to improve relationship. I must think twice to buy from this place. Feeling high dishonesty and highly bad business practices.

I only went here because I got a gift card. Everything is way over priced, even with their so called sales. I spent $50 on these tiny frozen strip steaks that have no flavor. None of their steaks have real grades, just their made up grading scale. I can get 60 day dry aged prime tomahawk ribeyes locally for half the price as this garbage. Omaha Steaks are only popular because uneducated people shop there and they spend a lot of money on marketing. I hate Walmart, but I would take a select Walmart steak over this stuff any day.

The Ribeye steaks are terrible they taste like round steak. Called them they sent out 4 more but same things. Publix and Walmart have such a better tasting steak. Will never buy them again. The crock pot meals are good though.

Delivery was on time from UPS. Meat is highest standard and Ribeye steaks are juicy, tender, cut it with a fork or as a sandwich, if you can wait until the bread is out of the bag.

Ordered on December 16th for Christmas Dinner delivery...nope did not receive on PROMISED date, nor did my friends...no Christmas Dinner for anyone this year..maybe Easter. Not sure how far in advanced you have to order to get in time...ignore promised date, just cross your fingers!

Ordered Beef Short Ribs, and they were very very fatty. Fat was wrapped around meat. Also very tough. Cooked for over 7 hours and meat never got tender! Waste of Money.

Customer service is horrible. After speaking to 3 supervisors, I just gave up. Emails that say FREE SHIPPING are NOT TRUE. E-CARDS can only be used on certain items and NOT what I wanted to order. The so called Floor supervisor could care less. GOODBYE OMAHA
