I cant say much about the entire store, but I just had the worst publix sub counter experience of my 20 years here Tampa! How could a person be so bad at making sandwiches and have their colleagues stand by and watch the customer suffer and wait, for nearly 30 minutes, while several other customers receive decent service during that time? I will never go there again!

Neighborhood Publix, always clean and well stocked, with pleasant employees. Staff willing to go into the back to find items when no stock on shelves.Pharmacy staff excellent and helpful. Meat Dept. will custom cut meat to your specifications. Bakery staff offers to retrieve items not on display. Deli pre-order online is hit or miss, many times items are still not available 20 minutes after time quoted for pickup.Store typically busy but much easier checkout than most grocery stores as plenty of lanes usually open.

I am a Publix only type of grocery shopping. However, everytime I come to this particular store; which is quite often, it seems they are usually out of a lot of items. Sometimes I try to ask a nearby associate to maybe check in the back but typically I choose not to because they have been mean or rude usually. Its rare to get a good attitude from people at this store. I am not one to bash or give anyone a hard time (not the Karen type) but I think Im about fed up with it. Its not just on occasion anymore. Its multiple instances. Maybe they need a kind boss?!? Sorry guys but hopefully this helps promote change rather than more negativity.

Like bumper carts and services have diminished. Too many people in the store at one-time. Older version of store much better.

Consistently terrible Deli and Bakery. Deli i have pre ordered Boars Head meats three weeks in a row now and each time at my pickup time I wait 15 mins after my pickup time and inquire when my order will be ready and two of these occurences my order wasnt prepared yet and had to wait longer and the other occurence they had it sitting on their desk behind the counter not at the pickup station. Bakery I had a pre ordered loaf of bread with specific instructions to have the loaf sliced, I arrived an hour after my pickup time and they hand it to me unsliced. Too many inconsistencies and poor service will avoid this location now.

The worst Publix around. Advanced ordered subs are ALWAYS wrong AND LATE. The butcher cannot cut a steak evenly. We now go 5 miles out of our way to another Publix. This one messed up too many times.

First time in the store location today. It was raining and the parking lot was difficult to maneuver, but inside the store was great-- exactly why I love Publix!! Finding everything was fairly easy and checkout was a breeze.

I love this store because it is very clean and when I cant find something and ask where it might be the store staff is always happy to show me exactly where it is.

Publix is a nice store anyways but this one takes it to the next level... this one makes me want to move to this neighborhood.

Personally I do not like shopping at Publix, they are typically out of what I go in for or I can never find anything in the store. However, I did order cakes from the bakery. The online ordering process was a nightmare, you cannot make changes to your order online or by calling. You need to cancel and resubmit order and payment if you wish to make changes. The cakes were actually pretty good though.

I love this Publix. Almost always have my favorite soup, the Vermont Broccoli Cheddar and an awesome Salad Bar. People are extremely friendly.

Nice store, shop there a lot. Worst thing about it is the traffic access in and out of the parking lot — it’s Linebaugh or right on Countryway. We have a large family and I feel like we save $$ shopping there so I put up with the traffic. The store itself is nice and laid out well. We use the Pharmacy too — got my COVID vaccine shot there today! Better beer selection than Winn Dixie. Publix is a good store and I believe I will buy a nice winning scratch-off there some day.

Deli section where the roast chicken/cooked food were seemed understaffed, waited about 5 mins and decided to leave after we got several glances from the staff and no help.

I actually love Publix but I must say it’s very disturbing to see how they treat their older employees. Every single time I check out at a Publix there’s older employees on the express lanes. They do not have help bagging and the younger kids do. Not sure how this is fair. It’s very upsetting to see!!!!

Three separate times I ordered from the deli. On a pickup order they never received the order and I had to wait in a five-person line. To hear that they had none of their ingredients I needed. I will virtually go to the citrus Park store versus ever shopping in westchase ever again this is happening Im multiple occasions

Great store in any neighborhood but this Publix has the best ice cream I have ever eaten. Dont remember the brand but it was chocolate ice cream, the most creamy chocolate ice cream with the thickest but gooey fudge I think. There will be an update I promise with the exact brand with a picture. They also have this 1 product ( check the pic ) they usually have it in other areas but I see Publix is an equal opportunist corporation.😁 Clean and very shopper friendly staff

LOST: ESPRIT De PUBLIX. Reward for its return. Shopped on a quiet weekday morning, might as well been 2AM for all the Renowned Public staff were absent when I was shopping at 11AM. No Hi May I help you? or Did you find everything?, in fact no words at all. Using a mobility cart and at my regular 4 star Publix they always escort me to my car and to return the cart for others to use. Not this Publix, passed manager staff on my way out, if they even seen me, it was to walk around me, had to leave cart in a driving area in the parking lot.It is a Publix and had some good points. A nice drop off loading area out front due to a failed marketing experiment that was 25 years before its time, I remember it. A very nice eating area which beats the hole in the wall of other Publixs. (wheres the coffee?). A publix well suited physically to the high end demographics of the area. The customer service area is in need of improvement.Retrying old marketing experiment of grocery pickup at two local stores, not this one.

These folks need to learn to take down signs in time for ad changeover I got charged for a BOGO three times! I should have only been charged once get it BOGO I got there to shop At noon the new ad breaks at 7:00 a.m. Thursday morning. Publix were shopping is a rip off.

Use to like that store more, but it so crowded now. Things they usually had in stock now a really low, I guess management has to do restocking more often and/or hire more people.

Everyone is always helpful when I go into the store, to helping me find products, getting products from the back, to helping me bring my purchase to my car.

I like publix, but I no longer go to this one. Staff is rude. Stockers treat you like you are invisible and move right in front of you blocking your selection. On more than one occasion I have had to reach through a stockers pallet to get my selection. The baggers overpack the bags as if there was a contest to see how much they can load in to a single bag. On more than one occasion my bag has burst before getting it in the house.And as bad as the store itself is, the pharmacy is worse. In over 12 months time they messed up our regular, unchanging prescription each and every month. I finally moved our prescriptions to Costco. They even charged my wife for a flu shot that was covered by our insurance at 100% (and this information was already in their file).My advice is to find a different store, even if you live next door to this one. Publix is a brand that usually takes pride in their customer service, but this particular store gets an epic fail.

Very clean store. Well stocked shelves. Even on a Sunday, employees were busily stocking shelves and the produce section. Well laid out. Friendly staff. The parking lot could use a few more cart drop off locations, and there were a few carts randomly left between cars. All in all, its a very nice grocery store.

I love Publix, but this location is my favorite. Its 5min from where I work and they have a new hotbar/saladbar/soup station right in the front of the store. Theres plenty of variety and the hot bar theme changes every day. I can grab lunch here for a month straight and never eat the same thing twice! The store is very clean and the staff is extremely helpful. Prices are great and the store keeps adding new products. Their subs are out of this world! Highly recommended.
