The owner has no idea about the installation process, and has no control over it. They installed my backup camera under the rear window. When I went back to the store asked what happened he told me that someone must pulled the camera by force. He couldn’t admit that his guy who was in charge of installing the camera in my car didn’t pay attention to the fact that the wire has to be around the window not under it😡. His mistake costs me an extra $119. Please, don’t go to This store. They are terrible.

First off he sold me a 10,000w power akustic amp that doesnt even do that rated its 2500 watts then when I brought it in sealed still after looking at reviews online he got mad at me and said I opened it burned the amp and now Im trying to get over him and only after a caused a scene and customers leaving the lobby he finally said he will sell me somthing else that does what rated cause he has a 0 refunds policy. ect. tried to call my bank just to refund me my money qnd they denied the claim so I ended up actually having to come back here but RUN DO NOT COME HERE !!!!

Very very rude people. Closes sooner than they are supposed to. Liars. Told me hell wait 10 minutes for me to come get something I needed but did not wait, closed early and left instead, I went over to the auto zone who had what I needed for cheaper.

I purchased an amplifier along with 2 door speakers. Not did they have my truck overnight, but most of the next day. Then I got there it still wasnt working. Finally they got everything working, for about 2 months. The Crunch amp just stopped working. The manager has no customer service skills, they sold sub-par equipment and refuse to own up when they should at least make an attempt to correct their mistake. I will never go back or recommend anyone to use their services.

Good for the quality sound systems. You might be better of buying your own stereo and then getting it installed at the shop. It costed around 200$ for my lexus Is 300

I went in to get my key entry replaced. Before charging me the owner or employee advised me to go to other places and gave me the prices to look for. And then said if all of those fail then come to me. Smh you don’t get that level of customer service and morals nowadays. HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PLACE

I believe I was speaking to the owner of the shop and I went there asking to rewire my System which he couldn’t date and charge me for it but I explain to him what my problem was and he told me go buy yourself a red cat battery and if after you buy that battery you still have your problems then come back and see me he came out he looked at my wires for me told me they were fine whoever did it did a good job I recommend this place to anybody especially if you’re not from Florida and you don’t know where you should go because you don’t want them to take you for money this is the place to go I went somewhere else and they try to charge me $500 to rewire my car my system, to yes this is a great place

I HAVE HAD SOME WORK DONE THERE BEFORE IN THE PAST AND IT WAS A PROBLEM WITH HIM NOT HONORING THE WARRANTY ON THREE AMPS I PURCHASED FROM HIM WITH A WARRANTY AT THE TIME OF PURCHASE. SO ME PATIENTLY WAITING, THEN HE TOLD ME I CANT LOOK AT YOUR VEHICLE RIGHT NOW, ITS GOING TO TAKE TO LONG AND IM TRYING TO MAKE SOME MONEY ON OTHER VEHICLES WHEN THERE WERE NO OTHER VEHICLES THERE. Ive been going to place for years had an alarm install about two weeks ago after having my alarm installed my vsc light came on took it to two mechanics they both said who ever was working on your car mess something up, Audiomax was the only person that did any work on my car took the car back to the owner he was very rude stating the mechanics didnt know what they were talking bout, dont bring your vehicle here very bad business, also the day of my appointment he told me the day before it would take 90 minutes it ends up being 3 hours dont believe they knew what they were doing, go at your own risk

Went there to ask a few questions on some installs the middle eastern guy completely lost my business, very rude very disrespectful, long story short basically told me if Im not buying from him dont ask his opinion. Mike one of his installers Ive worked with before but he wouldnt even let him speak to me. This guy kept ranting & raving about how hes been open for 30 years clearly he needs to retire & let some1 else who is a people person build this business back cause hes destroying it, until he leaves I will never return nor willing referre anyone here complete trash!!!!!!!!!

They do everything and will hot rig whatever you think you cant get into your car..The owner is cool but dont get on his bad side or try to double talk yourself into a deal with him when he makes up his mind, that is the end of story.. First time here. Misdiagnosed and charged $48. They said my amp blew but it came on the next day while I was driving. Obviously something is loose. I almost purchased a new amp for $200 SMH

I took one of my cars to this shop 3-4 years ago.They hooked up my radio no problems all good.So some months back or a year ago, my other car radio stopped working or something because you couldnt hear anything but could see the radio working, changing stations, CDs were working etc.Figured since I took my other car there and didnt have issues, that it would be good to take my other car.Took my car they had it tore apart, back seats out, front passenger seat out .They ripped on both sides of the car in the back the headliner . First they said it was the radio but the radio was still on, you could see it playing the stations and the CDs. They brought in another radio the same as my factory radio, hooked it up finally realized it wasnt the radio.They then said it was my AMP, in the end realized it wasnt that. Ultimately it was the subwoofer.They replaced it after I sat there for and hour or hour 1/2. My car was the only car they had to work on.Low and behold week ago my radio was playing, you could hear everything coming out of the speakers and all then all sudden we hear absolutely nothing .We went back to this place since they were the ones who supposedly fixed it before, they told me that they dont work on those type or cars (Toyota) and I would have to go to the dealership . They dont work on them but you do and did before but now its messed up and you dont want to touch it.The owner or whoever the older gentleman is, he is very rude. Walks away when youre talking to him. Dont care about customers, the installed there were rude as well. They are explaining to the older man why we are there but instead of telling him the issue on front of us, they walk a little bit towards the back so you cant really hear and explains what they want.Mind you while I was there, another customer was there said this was his third time there for the same problem. So there you have it folks. Their work is not reliable and they dont want to fix a problem that got messed up after they worked on it before. I would never suggest or refer anyone to go to this place ever.Stay away, go someplace else .

Horrible customer service will never recommend anyone here! Been here before years ago purchased a stereo had it installed in my moms car; figured Id give them a try for myself had questions on items, prices & tried asking recommendations & instead this middle eastern man or elder man with accent whatever ethnicity he is was extremely rude kept walking away as I spoke to him & spoke to me rudely even in front of his co workers & my family including my 14 year old child. What kind of customer service is that when your asking questions cause your obviously trying to know your options & your going to spend your money....and your told go elsewhere?! Because he doesnt want to explain the products or answer questions...my opinion shouldnt have this type of business best sitting his old behind in the back & only write checks with no customer interaction! Clearly he doesnt need my business or anyone I may know cause Id definitely not recommend this place! Hes lucky I kept composure & didnt tell him how I really felt; clearly thats unprofessional, rude & he should learn how to speak & treat customers & overall people!

I took my car there to have a car stereo hooked up they pulled it in hooked up radio pulled it out went outside try to get speakers to work would not work can I program my radio speaker still wouldnt work I went to pull it back inside car would not start pulled it out on rollback its been two weeks and the mechanics still cant figure out what they did wrong!
