This store is selling fake fume vapes. It cost me $20 and they didn’t want to exchange the product or even return me my money. What a shame. The manager was very rude.

A few of the fume vape pens I’ve purchased here have been fake. Never accepting green light fume pens.

Just visited the newest Smoke Shop Zone on West Kennedy and it is my new favorite spot! The space is bright and clean, housing a HUGE selection of products, and hands down has the BEST prices I’ve found in Tampa. Highly recommend!

Super friendly and awesome staff, massively larger selection of lovely products than I anticipated, and the price point on everything was perfectly fair.Stopped by on a whim as I live right down the street. I was in search of an old style pen charger for this old all in one oil pen I keep laying around. They didn’t have the chargers to sell as a stand alone but they were determined to make sure I walked out of their store happy, eventually helping me find an inexpensive way to use something I already had and step up my mobile oil game with a pretty neat little Addy that fits on a vape I do have a charger for. I spent all of maybe 10 bucks more than I intended when I walked in but got something better and more versatile than what I was trying revive.

This place is cool this place is huge this is one of the largest smoke shops Ive ever seen in Florida theyve got a huge variety of hookahs their glassware is amazing definitely worth checking out plus the music in here is cool.

Just visited the Kennedy Smoke Shop Zone and it is by far the best smoke shop in South Tampa. Huge selection and very reasonable prices. Melissa was extremely helpful and awesome!

Knowledgeable staff is always ready to help and point you in the right direction! You would need a directory for this place if they were not so helpful. Sadly I was sold fake Fume vapes today. I did not try them in the store but when I got home and open them the taste was wrong and I noticed immediately! Went to the Fume site and verified they were fake. Not going back.

They are selling fake products in this store and they say they cant do anything about it once you buy it. They sell it for more than the market value KNOWING they are fake and tell you they cant change it or give you your money back once you open it. DONT GO TO THIS STORE!

The large indoor humidor is a must to stop by before headed out for a night on the town. Gordon and Dave, the two guys running the place, are great! Very knowledgeable and helpful. Yo, this place is where its at when it comes to finding what you need for your smoking adventures. The staff is well knowledgeable and are willing to help at the drop of a dime.

The young girl with glasses needs to learn better customer service skills. First, she was 35 minutes late opening the store. I waited the whole time in the parking lot and finally decided to leave after 30. Once I called to find out if it was open, I went back AGAIN to exchange the faulty filter I purchased the night before. She made me feel like it was my fault. So I showed her it wasn’t. She exchanged it, which is why I gave 2 stars instead of 1, but the experience was already destroyed. Needless to say, I’ll take my business where it’s appreciated from now on.

Sells fake/refurbished Puff bars as new. We bought 3 because they were buy 2 get 1 free... well none of them lasted even 24 hours. They were taken apart and compared to a real puff bar and nothing looked the same. Fake lithium battery. Even the coloring and weight of the puff bar itself was off. Buyer beware.
