Love getting my cigars here because of the great customer service. They always cut them for me at no extra charge. Open late and great location. I tell all my friends to come here. I love this pace because the owners give you personal attention and always take care of me and my friends.

Fourth time I’ve come here and the vape was burnt// died within an hour. One day will charge me $12 next day $10 next day $12 and say that never happened when I have bank statements proving that they keep changing the prices whenever they see fit.

I originally went to seek help with hookah parts. I was very impressed with his knowledge of what I needed for my type of hookah. There were lots of high end hookahs that were amazing. There are snacks, drinks, pipes, tobacco, vape stuff .. the place is small and packed with the ESSENTIALS! If you need anything they dont have at one location they are willing to bring it to another. I love this place I will always return.

Googled a Cigar shop near me and stumbled upon this one. The employee was very nice and greeted me and my daughter upon entry. Also was very helpful. He had everything I needed for me and my buddies to smoke on the golf course the following day. And cut the cigars for free. No complaints here. Added bonus he had my Bai - coconut drink! #WINNING

Love this place! Been coming here for years to get hookah shisha. The owners are super cool and always help you find what you want. They have such a nice high quality selection of everything. I just got a vape there recently and they were very knowledgeable and helped me set it up. I was impressed and extremely happy with it. It’s in a great location right on South Howard. Amazing customer service always and the chillest atmosphere. Especially with the nice cat in the corner. I always recommend them for all my friends. Definitely best smoke shop ever.

Awesome smoke shop! We go to the location in brandon however its closed on Tuesdays so we drove out to the location in Tampa because its the best smoke shop around.

The owner was completely rude.I came in while caught out in a thunderstorm looking to buy some CBD products and I discovered that my phone was messed up from the rain when I took my phone out to see if I could afford to pay two times what every other tobacco shop in SoHo chargeshe kicked me out into the rain after 5 minutes of trying to get it to turn on. The store was not even busy there was no excuse for how rude he was I will never spend another dime there nor do I recommend anyone else give a penny to that jerk.

Bought a Yocan evolve plus vape pen. Item doesn’t work correctly. Took back to get store credit or get help to fix it. Owner or whoever acts like the owner doesn’t want to help. Says call the manufacturer for help. Stay away from this place.

You guys carry HJ Flats and decent hookah tobacco selection, great place to have in SOHO. Convenient parking and great places to eat nearby as well.

Worst. Merchant. Ever.I recently purchased a vaping device from Soho Urban Market and Fine Cigars. Within 3 weeks, the device stopped working, so we took it back to the shop. At this time, the shop owner banged it on the desk a couple times, then checked it again and said ‘Here, it works now, see…’ and gave it back to us.Within a week and a half of that, the tank somehow exploded, getting sticky tobacco liquid all over me. I ended up pretty sick from it.I took it back to the shop again, and the owner then said it was outside of 30 days, and refused to exchange it. He pointed to a ding on the side(which wasn’t there anyway the first time we took it back) and said that was probably why it didn’t work anymore.I explained that we had already been in the shop before, and what he did, and that the tank had actually exploded on me, causing a real safety hazard, and he didn’t care at all.It’s bad enough this guy doesn’t stand by his products, but the fact that he would leave that device on the market(he suggested I just buy a new battery and keep using the same device) knowing it is defective and a safety hazard is amazingly poor judgement and bad business sense.

The staff here is excellent! This is my new go-to stop for all of my vaping needs.Came in around 10pm needing a replacement coil for my vape. I have a Melo III Mini by Eleaf (part of the iStick Pro series). Well, to make a long story short its crappy design made it IMPOSSIBLE to get to the coil inside the tank.It took nearly an hour but through it all, the gentleman behind the counter (Willy or Willie, my apologies for misspelling) was an aid every step of the way. Later his brother showed and was able to get the blasted thing to open. I was so relieved! I ended up buying a new tank all together (one with a FAR better design) but kept my mod.All-in-all my experience was top notch. The most helpful staff you could ask for and a superb selection of tanks, coils, mods, liquid, etc.P.S.They also had a super friendly kitty that my boyfriend just absolutely loved, haha. Will definitely be back! Thanks guys! 😊
