An amazing mall with a lot to offer. Not just a place to shop but find out about the past (wife was born in Germany & lived there when the wall fell). Love the indoor market feel as it is just like the outdoor markets in Europe, just better climate control. Also some favorite stores, food court places, & places for kids to burn some excess energy.

I have lived behind the citrus park mall for two years. They indicated they would be having trick or treat for the kids this year. All of the stores basically did not participate nor was the customer service for all the local kids friendly. Parents and children were looking for a safe place to celebrate the holiday and it was a huge disappointment. I will drive to the international mall from now on as the treatment I saw most kids receive was absolutely poor. Management needs to increase the communication across to the stores of the activities. Interestingly ever store had a job available sign! Poor companies are suffering because people are not putting up with poor treatment anymore for 7-8 dollars. I rarely write reviews but the energy in that place really left my eight year old with no hope. Society really is getting bad and it is only going to get worst. #nohopeforhumanity

Overrated shopping mall.Most stores only carry the stores overstock of unsold merchandise that wouldnt sell.You may find a very good deal if you keep looking once a month I will go here and look for that deal.

Took my service dog in-training today so he could experience the hustle and bustle. We had a good training session. The mall was clean and not crowded.

Hadnt been to this mall in years until today. Some new interesting concepts have been added, including museum, art galleries and animal education experience, to help transform the mall in the face of retail closures.

Decent and spacious mall! Food options at the food court could be better.

Many places offer different things, but this particular Mall has a piece of my heart. It was the very first Mall I remember attending to as a 7 year old. The structure of each store and the glass high windows that let the light in really make it such a pleasant atmosphere to enjoy.

Nice mall with various clothing, accessory, shoes and novelty shoppes and kiosks, as well as a great food court choices and restaurants. A nice carousel and play areas for the kids. Right now, masks required for shopping.

This is a great mall without a doubt. It’s located in a decent area of town and offers a ton of tasty food places as well as great stores. They have Bath and Body Works, a Macys With the Backstage, Forever 21, As well as a BJs, Chick Fil A, Planet Grilled Cheese and a Red Robbins. If you need to get shopping done it’s a great place to do some shopping and grab a bite.

Far and above, my favorite mall. Great anchor stores, great food options. Covid seems to have shut down some stores, and they no longer rent electric chairs and scooters (huge disappointment). Its hard pushing your own wheelchair end to end. But the 2 tiered merry-go-round is still spinning!

I love going to this because with the mall and surrounding strip malls you can literally go to this one area and get all of your shopping done. I actually live closer to a different mall and still choose to drive over here for the convenience. The only thing that I dislike about all of Florida is the lack of walkability or pedestrian friendly areas. Id much rather walk to the stores within the Town Center but its not pedestrian friendly.

Upgraded recliner seats were nice in the theater. Only issue we experienced was some teenagers talking during the entire movie. Prefer to stay at home and watch movies.

It has it all and more. Stores are above outlet prices, but below fancy places and you can find almost anything you need.

Cant believe their shortened hours. Hope they will expand them. Some creativity n marketing would help. Empty stores could easily be open for entrepreneurs but no one returned my call on an available space they offered

Nice size mall I still like the malls that we can shop inside and walk in the air conditioning instead of just the store fronts great place to go. Love Red Robin to eat at.

Im a senior and when visiting my son in Tampa we spend a lot of time at this mall. Its convenient, clean and seemingly well run. I particularly enjoy all the young people and families. Makes me feel young again 😃.

Nice mall. Great store choices. Our only issue was Rue 21 over charged us. Charged for 6 pairs of underwear when we bought 5 for $12. To far to drive back. Just make sure you check your receipts before you leave the store.

Excellent there is a Berlin Wall Museum for free.

Love this place, it never disappoints and its always clean! What i appreciate is the special parking spaces for families with small children, that to me says, they are considerate of those whom have to deal with all the struggles of infamts, strollers and bags, lol! Wish more of the businesses would accommodate like this with front and center parking.

The best movie theater experience Ive ever had. The place was empty. My family n i had the place all to ourselves. The pretzels we ordered were made as we waited. The beer was overpriced, $7.51 for a slim can was ridiculous but hey, atleast it was cold. Snacks werent that expensive. So it evened out.

A pretty big mall with lots of stores, has Merry Go Around in the middle.

Im definitely loving the back to school sales and other deals. Just looking at the other Shoppers in their own happiness,being out & about, friends and families laughing, the food court, friendly smiles and its nice & sunny. Cheers shoppers.

This center, from what I heard a while back, is set to be closed. Good thing as I dont think anyone particularly will miss it from what I saw. Small amount of shoppers. I was there on a weekday as I prefer to shop when it isnt so crowed but it was a surprise to me as well. The people in the kiosks were totally absorbed on their phones or tablets, certainly not caring if anyone that was walking by was even slightly interested in their product.... with the exception of one young man. I dont remember the exact name of what he was selling, but it was something to do with refresh & renew for your tennis shoes. I was wearing sandles & was not a candidate for this product at the time but he was approaching everyone about the product & actually applying it on one of them. That was from the time I was near him then walked from there to Dillards & back. He at least was earning his keep. If you know anyone hiring there that needs someone to just sit in a chair, stare into space, talk on the phone or play games...give me a call. I could use the money.

What a nice mall. We are from NPR, FL and our Gulf View Mall is run down and it was so nice coming here and seeing everything open and shops full and water actually running in the fountains! My daughter was like this is what a mall should look like.. Definitely going to come back. The cleaning crew is awesome too. Very nice and clean and I did not catch her name but the lady walking around with the cleaning trolly also helped us find stores. Thanks ! 😊

Quick Edit: this is for I fix and repair by the food court.The folks here are very friendly and informative. My Samsung had a swollen battery so they ordered a replacement and fixed it within the week, even letting me know the best time to come in and get my device.They help with a variety of cell phone issues that usually can be done fairly quickly. And what do you know, they are located at the food court in the mall! Grab a snack or do some shopping. You wont have to sit around and wait!My phone is running great again. No longer does this galaxy overheat in my hand. I have already recommended their service to family and if I run into anymore issues I know where to go! 👍

Pretty nice Mall. Plenty of places to eat and shop. Plus you dont have to feel like you need eyes in the back of your head like you do at University Mall.

I love this Mall. It has every store I can possibly need. The food court has good options and it has great parking. Ive been coming here for over 10 years.

Need a one stop shopping dining and treats also everything for everyone in the family the mall is always first chose and you can spend half a day here eat shoe get a massage and get all the hip things that are out now.enjoy a day of spending in one place.

Very helpful staff. Rob did a great job explaining how the beds work and the differences between all of them. No pushy sales tactics, the beds sell themselves. The store is very clean and I love the build your own pillow area.

I usually love BJs Brewhouse, but this visit missed the mark slightly. My meal - Southern Comfort, was very good. My spouses meal - Bacon Cheeseburger wasnt cooked appropriately and was unable to eat it. The server apologized, but didnt offer a resolution. We left feeling a little disappointed.

This is the most kid/family friendly mall I have ever been to. My 2 year old son loves the carousel and the play area.

Gorgeous shopping mall!! Very clean and beautiful decorations throughout the mall. They have very nice stores. A wide variety of different types of stores that sell different things. From Godiva Chocolates to comic books, this mall has it all! Its in a very nice location and has lots of seating and places to rest inside! Very comfortable atmosphere.

Very convenient lunch and dinner stop after shopping and strolling through the mall.

With a large selection of shops and a nicely updated look, this mall is one of the nicest. We always enjoy walking around this mall. Lots for kids to see and do since it has a couple playground and 3 or so kid areas as well. Lots of fun and unique shops as well as many large department stores and many of the standard mall chain stores. Great food court, carousel, and movie theater on property. The company that manages the mall is always doing something fun and interesting do there is always something to see.

Took my son Trick or Treating here. So much fun! Its safe, well lit, air conditioned, and there is a food court and playground for your littles, when Trick or Treating tires them out. Did I mention a ton of stores participated? So many kind people.

Its a mall what more can I say lots of good stores but you do pay Mall prices!

This is always a great mall! We went here to go dress shopping for prom and homecoming and we got a beautiful homecoming dress for 16$ and a prom dress for 95$. It is sad tho to see so many shops that closed down. But afterwards we went to BJs and it was very good to. Overall, great mall I hope it continues to last longer!

This mall has become our go to. It has every place we like to shop at and more. We have discovered many new places here such as Pop Cult which is packed with anime items. Bathrooms are also very clean which is extremely important to me. I will continue to come to this wonderful place for the foreseeable future!

If youre looking for a laid-back shopping mall, no drama, no rush, no fake personality, in and out, this is your place for enjoyable shopping.The mall is pretty safe compared to its sister malls in the Bay area. There is a great movie theater in the mall, its very clean and attractive.The food court is a medium size and plenty of choices around. I love the Japanese steak place.

We enjoyed this Beautiful and Elegant Mall. Im sorry I deleted the pictures before posting it here. Trust me it was a fun Saturday family Time. Alot of people were enjoying walking around the mall with mask on. Everyone was friendly and happy shopping around. We rode on the Merry-go- Around. Delicious Foods to choose from the Court Area. I noticed one important thing that caught my eye. This mall has kids statues playing around themes. It took me when I use to play like that or others.

Its huge and clean. The air feels great and the store associates are super nice. The security guard though, not very nice. Will call your attention for anything.

Id like this mall better if it was open till 9 on weekdays. 7pm is when I would arrive after work. Id like to eat here and make it an evening destination mall but guess I will be going to malls further south.

I like it very much. But I think that they need to open more places to walk in to. They have close down some stores that need to open back and bring others.

This place has good stores love it

I was one of the few people shopping there. The place has many stores closed, perhaps due to the pandemic, these businesses have been affected. I was relieved to see that there werent many people, but at the same time I felt bad for the owners of these small businesses.

Good shopping mall. You could find good deals if you are around at the right time and search well.

We went there to accomplish a task today. We went to a place that dose certain customized items. Well apparently they are limited to only doing one option. Not much of a customizing store if the end product is all the same.
