Only had coffee which was good but really liked the Exchange building, plenty of open spaces and seating!
I gave this place 3 tries before writing a review, they really need to improve customer service, the coffee is amazing but the experience is horrible. They make you feel like they are doing us a favor by serving us a coffee.. not the way to treat a customer, they are Lucky they are in a nice place (Oxford exchange) otherwise I would never come back !!
The last few times have been disappointing. The customer interaction is poor. The coffee drinks are not consistent between baristas. The espresso machine shuts down 15–20 minutes before closing. The Oxford Exchange atmosphere is great.
The baristas were nice, there were several of them. Ordered a cappuccino, vanilla latte, drip coffee and banana bread. The cappuccino and latte were both good with nice depth of flavor from the beans. However the banana bread was dry and the drip coffee tasted like dirty water and the cream was curdled when we first used it (they switched it when we alerted them to it).
The staff is always so cordial and caring. I do love the elegant ambience, but the workers will still go out of their way to accommodate my tastes, and I’m reminded that they’re still human. Besides the fact that they genuinely care about my experience, the drinks are always delicious. For sure a favorite hangout spot on my days off!
Love the atmosphere and the smiling eyes behind their masks. Cant wait for the bar stools to come back!
I had a cortado with oat milk from buddy brew in Hyde Park and it was incredible. I thought hey let me get one today from buddy brew in OE...I think both are out of sync. Please grab a manager to go try out the cortado in both places during the week around 3p.m. and figure out whos not doing their job correctly. I know this coffee spot has a lot more to offer and for the two girls working at OE to hand a customer a cortado like this doesnt do the place justice.
Best place for coffee and breakfast in the area 👍🏻
Terrific coffee, Staff/Baristas are nice and super quick, very hip, beautiful wood interior. Very busy all the time but you never have to wait long. Simply its busy because they have really great coffees. Highly recommend! Also check out the jar program.
Wonderful atmosphere
Fantastic surprise. I dont often find excellent coffee well brewed South of the Mason Dixon. Buddy Brew delivered both. Kalita wave pour over and cold Brew were both amazing.
They close before 5 not 5:30
Great tea, nice setting, comfortable...
Ordered a latte to go. About five minutes later the barista made it and set it on the back counter. All four employees went to one side to talk to a customer. When I got the baristas attention, he told me to order at the register and went back to talk. Coffee was good, but not worth the price. Between four employees they forgot about one of their two customers.
Awful, overcrowded and no place to sit. Poor seating areas. We left without even getting coffee.
Excellent espresso. Mild fruity notes, nice finish.
I enjoyed the cold brew. They have a good recipe.
Sunday afternoon with coffee and family. Nothing better. Great atmosphere.
These guys have some of the best and most expensive coffee in Tampa. Their staff is knowledgeable and helpful. Service at this outlet can be a little slow.
I go there daily!
One of the best artizy coffee shops in tampa, also one of my favorite go to spots for the atmosphere and also for some pics
Keep in mind that you will need to go into the oxford exange in order to get here! No signs for buddy brew outside, just navigate to the oxford exchange and you’ll see it in the center!
Amazing pastries and such a calming atmosphere
Always a good experience. Love the everything here.
Americano was not awesome and no internet. Staff was nice enough.
Good location. Loud in that big open room though...
This place is amazing
