I absolutely love this store and make a point to visit it when Im in the Tampa area. The products are sensational especially the shampoo and conditioner and the hair gel as well. I particularly like confixor. The essential oils are amazing for bath & body and also to fragrance your home. The candles are also amazing and seem to be very fragrant. Kiana has always been a great help to me when Im selecting products or have questions regarding the product Im buying. She seems to be very knowledgeable and very easy to work with. I look forward to my next visit. Also the store is very clean as easy to find in the mall.

If anyone is in need of papering or beauty care, Aveda is definitely the place to be! The entire staff (specifically Wendy and Rhonda) are extremely knowledgeable in what they do and are always willing to go the extra mile for each and every one of their customers. Not only is service expert and fast, their prices are also fair. This beauty store brings welcoming and friendly energy, so you will never feel like just any customer, you will most certainly be treated as a VIP.

Rhonda R. is literally the saving grace of this store. Her colleague was also very nice and welcoming. The manager, not so much in the slightest.I was visiting out of state and looking for a gift for my mother with my little sister in tow.Thank you Rhonda and colleague for making my Aveda experience a lovely one. I appreciate the time and patience you ladies took to answer my questions and your help throughout the whole checkout process.

The worst customer service ever . Had an appointment for 2 pm. Apparently an employee called out but no one bothered to notify me . I drove 45 minutes to get there. And no apology or any attempt to make things better for me . What kind of company does this ? I have been a loyal Aveda customer for almost 20 years but this poor customer service is going to make me look elsewhere

Me and my seven-year-old daughter who has extremely curly hair stopped into aveda last night 12/30/16 at about 7:45. She looked at my daughters hair and was able to relate even though she had straight hair her hair was naturally curly she literally spent over an hour till about 9:05 after closing even working on my daughters hair. It was so cute the way she went back and forth with my daughter with the jokes and my daughter is quite a character she was able to keep up with her the whole time. The store clerks name was Henrietta my 18 yr old daughter was with me as well.. we went to Sephora, Dillards, Forever 21. The customer service was awful in all 3 stores probably because i was in my sweat pants. The only employee that i encountered in the whole mall that provided excellent customer service and went above and beyond trying a few different products on my daughters hair and picking her hair out gently was named Henrietta. I will definitely recommend this store to my friends and family. I also like the fact she got down on my daughters quirky level and really made her and me feel comfortable. And she also was educated within the industry she had attended school for hair styling. So Henrietta gets 100 gold stars in my book. We will definitely be going back. Also the mall was closing it was like 9:05 and she kept working on my daughters hair she didnt try rushing us out like other stores. Sorry to ramble but i believe in giving credit where credit is due. Tyvm Henrietta for making our mall trip last night a good one.

I absolutely love their products, but do not appreciate their insane prices. Plus, since they were bought out by Estée Lauder, their sales people have been more and more aggressive.
