The cashier roxanna has zero customer service skills and no desire to be working at all. She mutters under her breath and treats customers poorly.
I have been using this pharmacy for two years now and I think that in all of my monthly medication refills, they have had my meds together and ready all at once maybe two times. I will get a text saying it’s all ready, but then I show up and only one of two is ready. I often have to call and inquire several times before I make the drive to pick things up, because I have spent time and miles driving here only to arrive and be told I have to come back. The people who work here are nice but I genuinely am frustrated and will probably have to change pharmacies because this is getting really old. I work in health care and my clients would NEVER put up with being this inconvenienced over and over again.
Very friendly and helpful employees, very clean and well organized store, great location, excellent service
This is the best CVS around. They have great costumer service. The pharmacy is very quick and very nice to work with. I definitely would recommend them!! 😘
Came in here to pick up my photos after receiving the confirmation that they were ready. When I got there the employee tried looking up my information to give me my photos. I gave her my order number but she kept putting it in wrong. She then said they don’t have them and offered no further solution to help me. I placed another order to see if they would print. Prior to going back I called them only to be hung up on 3 times every time they answered. I even heard laughing in the background when they picked up. Eventually I got through to someone and asked for the manager. The manager then said the phones are broken and so is the machine. This was really a frustrating experience.
I have been going back and forth with the pharmacy since 8:00 a.m. to gets my sons prescription and they have yet to help me. Puts me on hold for 20 minutes and no call back.
I switched to this CVS because I had so many issues with the previous CVS that I used. Now I just think its a problem with CVS. Thank you pharmacist Miriam for telling me Im misusing my medication when you dont know anything about whats going on with me our my conversations with my doctor and how my medicine is to be used.
The pharmacy staff is TERRIBLE. Yes you get your prescriptions filled but you also get treated like dirt. As if youre the last person they wish to help. Poor, terrible, customer service.
There was no attention to Covid restrictions at all which is unbelievable for a pharmacy. The checkout lines are so close together it is impossible to keep a social distance. There were no protections between checkout persons and customers. The employee told me they had plastic shields sent but they could not use them because there was no way to check out items. For a while there were tables set up to keep a distance but apparently CVS said to take them down. The wipes container to wipe off carts was empty.I have always used CVS but this is completely irresponsible. I will change to another pharmacy.
I went in this store one evening and the cashier had her back turned with ear plugs in her ear putting up stock. She saw me and continued why does she have her phone on the sales floor she wasnt a manager. Not a good look.
The pharmacy is awful!!!! I called a prescription ahead of time, they lie and say it will be ready. I go to pickup and they say “oh it will be ready in fifteen mins can you just drive back around?” UGH! Obviously you guys dropped the ball! Did you forget to fill it or what?????? Now I’m sitting in drive thru again and guess what.. 4 cars ahead of me. I will be lucky to be out of here in 1 hr. Walgreens has NEVER made me sit in their drive thru this long and they always have my scripts ready! I switched pharmacies because it’s cheaper on my insurance but I’d rather pay more $$!!! I will never come back!
Ok
Lack of professionalism. An employee kept screaming at other employees and costumers. Overall the treatment left a lot to desire.
WORST CVS IN THE AREA ! Overfilled trash cans, the workers have NO SENSE OF URGENCY when ringing people up. The Cashiers are talking about their whole life stories with the customers while the line grows bigger and bigger! I HATE the this is the closest CVS to my house! I can’t EVER get in and out quick! THIS IS A PHARMACY NOT A COFFEE SHOP OR A SPA. Go talk somewhere else! Just look at the ratings this place needs to close down and a more professional pharmacy needs to be put in place!
My wife went to that pharmacy buying some Christmas cards & gifts and she asked for using the bathroom. No one gave her the bathroom key and after at all some employee told my wife to use the gas station bathroom across the street. My family and friends dont step in that place anymore. Promise...
The Pharmacy has always been the best
You lost my business and all future recommendations. Over the years, I have spent thousands of dollars through medications and store purchases. I was happy at one point, because I felt secure in receiving my medications. Its hell dealing with these conditions.I am now being harassed and questioned on my medications I have been taking for years. Due to my health issues and side effects of medications, my doctors both PCP and neurologist came up with a combination low dose approach between two medications due to the side effects and how they affect me at different times of the day.Now because of some changes to your systems and some bad attitude from some of your pharmacists. Ya’ll think you know better than my PCP whom has a backing education in pharmacology and my neurologist as to what I should take. Sorry, but no! Three times now they tell me they have to call my doctors and hold my medication for days ad I suffer my multiple health issues. Shame on you for not documenting the treatment plans that a doctors prescribe so we don’t get harassed each time. The first time this happened. I literally had one of your pharmacist say baby to me five times the first time this happened and accused me of possibly going around doctors to get my medications, like I am some junky. I am in my late 30s. I am a business professional, and I work in a very difficult IT profession. I got to work almost every day even when I am suffering multiple health issues. Now some manager Lacy is refusing to fill my medication. What is wrong with you people! If it were seriously up to me, I would wish for a cure to all of this stuff so I would not have to deal with this harassment.Call the doctors. Confirm it once and be done. Note the treatment on a patients record. They know better how to treat a patient. Not you. You are not the doctors. All you care about is not being liable, and not about the patients. You also need to address the attitudes of your pharmacists. We are suffering patients. Some like myself have multiple health problems. That is also bad business practice.Sorry, but you lost me as a customer. I know that maybe one customer is just pennies to you guys, but this is profoundly inconsiderate and demeaning to your customers. I used you guys for years and these are medication I have already been using for years. Shame on you!
I called the pharmacy to check the price of a medication. The RX is currently sitting at Walgreens but I wanted to see if it might be better to work with CVS. The young lady seemed very busy so I tried to be quick about it. She gave me a price. I then wanted to know if that was a cash price or if it would be the insurance contracted rate. Her tone went sarcastic and condescending while she told me they would not know that without my insurance information. I am aware of that and would have provided the information but rather than work with me to get my business, it was easier to treat me like a moron. I really wanted to do business with CVS again (I used them years ago when my previous insurance allowed them). So sad that nobody has time to see if they can help a person.
The pharmacy here sucks. The first time we had my sons prescription sent there, we were told they were out of that particular dosage and that they would call back in a few days when it came in. Ok, no big deal. We called back, 3 TIMES, that day just to verify that our sons info was in their system and that all we would have to do is come pickup the medicine when it got in. They confirmed everything was set. We never got a phone call. When we contacted them a week later they said they had no record of our son or his prescription. We called corporate and filed a complaint and, naturally, we received a call saying they found it minutes later and that an employee had deleted that prescription record.Today my girlfriend took his prescription to them and the employee looked at the prescription and handed it back to her, telling her they didnt have that medicine (the same medicine from the incident above). When asked if she would call another CVS to see if they had it in stock, she refused. She was absolutely no help at all. I never had a problem with my old CVS before we moved, but the pharmacy at this location is a disaster. Well be going to a local Walgreens for now on.
The pharmacy at this location is constantly closed. 7:05pm on a Saturday and its shut down. Not everybody has weekends off people, apparently those patients arent deemed important. Pharmacy closes at 8 every other day of the week when the store closes later. I would have assumed being called CVS PHARMACY youd have better hours. We wont even talk about how clearly miserable the pharmacy staff is when they are open. I have no idea what their malfunction is but this place is an embarrassment.
Its OK employees I have encountered have all been nice but pharmacy seems to be closed more then open
Super Staff, great smiles! ! ! Thank you ♡Who ever posted this place a one star needs to go and see other pharmacys and get back to this pharmacy.
I always get online discounts. Saved $2 on a gallon of milk.
Their cosmetic section is horrible. Always a mess and never have anything in stock.
Contrary to what is posted online and on the door of the building, they close earlier than 10pm. Showed up at 945 trying to get my husband some cough medicine and was turned away and told to go to another location. Pretty ridiculous
This place is a joke they tell me they are 300 prescriptions behind the place has flys flying around place is so gross
Omg, how do these people have jobs?not capable.
This pharmacy is NOT open 24 hours, if you have an emergency in the middle of the night, do NOT go to that location.
Hate this location, recommend going elsewhere
Everyone is very friendly but outside is a bus stop and some times you have to deal with strange people in the parking lot
Excellent workers
Excellent. Come and get the COVID 19 vaccine ..
If you speak only Spanish, they dont answer you and they just hang up the phone. In addition, the treatment is terrible on several occasions
This CVS the treatment by the pharmacist with name Miriam is terrible has no sense of emergency because it has made me wait to finish the line to send me my medication because she could not stop serving her customers to call Walgreens to do the transfer of a medication that I needed urgently having arrived before everyone in line, upon claiming her, she in a very inappropriate tone answered me saying that they were short on staff and could not leave the counter to call Walgreens and ask the medicine. I really do not understand what your clients know that I know she is not a doctor and none of those present received another service that was not the requested medication, these are the cases in which a patient feels mistreated, perhaps marginalized and discriminated against because she had to respect I arrived long before everyone and I had to wait for about an hour for her to decide that it was the right time to call Walgreens and ask for the transfer of my prescription.
