I dont usually shop here but maybe I should. The store is extremely clean and the sales associates are really great. They act like they really enjoy being there and helping the customer. It was wonderful. I went in because my daughter was looking for something, they didnt have it but somehow I walked out with a purchase. I didnt realize I was needing anything. If youre thinking about shopping there, just do it and say hi to Haley. Haley has a beautiful personality and can help you find product you didnt know you needed. The prices are extremely reasonable and are more like drugstore pricing but the store looks higher end. The shop is spacious and nothing is sloppy or feels crowded. Great shopping experience.

I walked in and was immediately greeted by the staff. I really hope I am remembering the correct name, but Frank was super helpful. He helped me shade match two different foundation formulas while also giving me several tips for application. He also helped me pick between a few different eyeshadow pallets and overall made my experience phenomenal. I just wanted to make sure he received recognition for his outstanding customer service, as he made me and my friends feel very welcomed and comfortable.

The entire staff was very friendly and welcoming. I was helped by Melvin, who immediately greeted me and not only helped to answer every question I could think of having but it was in a way that made me feel listened to and respected, rather than making me feel inadequate because some of what I asked were actually pretty obvious questions.Any time I thought of something I needed or believed I needed, he had an answer or a better alternative. The experience genuinely felt like I had already been friends with Melvin for a time before. Thank you Melvin and the Morphe staff. Everything is and was appreciated very, very much.

I bought a Jeffrey star highlighter from the store as a Christmas gift. The box was in perfect condition, and there were multiple of the shade “money honey” on the shelf. When opened on Christmas Eve, the highlighter was wrapped in scotch tape. This was a tester that was put back on the shelf. It had been searched so many times, the right side of the stamp is completely worn off

This is my favorite store to visit when I come to this mall! Everyone was super helpful especially Frank. The people who work here are super positive & it’s clear they enjoy their jobs!

The staff is so knowledgeable of the products and made my trip very nice. I went during the grand opening and felt like if they could handle that amount of foot traffic as efficiently as they did then, this store is going to rock it! I cant wait for the store to open in Orlando 😊

Had a great experience shopping at Morphe International Plaza. I was greeted immediately after walking in the store. They asked if they could help me and I said I was just looking. After looking around for a couple of minutes Alex asked me if she could help me with anything. I was actually looking for a foundation brush and a highlighter brush. She showed me what works for her and also gave me options. She knew her stuff! She was very helpful and friendly. I purchased both brushes and am very happy with them. Just came here to do some shopping for my birthday and I was helped out by an amazing associate named Melvin. He was very knowledgeable on all of the products that he recommended for me and his personality was bright and cheerful which made me feel comfortable with asking him questions. Overall fantastic experience!

I visited Morphe for the first time last Sunday. I was impressed, excited and incredibly grateful for the help and suggestions that the staff were enthusiastic about giving. Michelle was awesome, she was very knowledgeable about EVERY product and what would be best for my particular skin type. Michelle was super friendly, the atmosphere was very laid back and welcoming. I have been using my Morphe foundation, primer and their AMAZING compact filter powder (#3) for the past week and I am completely SOLD. Quality products at such reasonable prices are hard to find, especially when you are used to using the,best of the best and finding yourself disappointed every time. Morphe is pretty awesome. Michelle and the rest of the staff at Morphe International Plaza were incredibly accommodating and down to Earth. I have been referring everyone in the past week to go switch out their makeup, it will not be a regret! Thank you Michelle and all the members of Morphe at International Plaza! I will be back very soon!

I’m visiting and was in need of products I have been out of for awhile.I spoke with the manager, Shauna!The store was rather busy but I felt 100% safe due to the hard work of the team and that wonderful girl.She was all over the place helping everyone, checking people out and whenever I needed help, she was there! Let me just say how much of an amazing experience I just had at this location. I’ve never been to Morphe before and honestly because of Max and the amazing staff there tonight, I will be back. Max took her time to test out different brushes and products on me. I was so clueless on what kind of brushes I was interested in and she really broke it down to help me understand what works best for the makeup I use. I could tell she actually cared about my experience and my happiness with getting the right products and she was so patient with me. Not only did she hook me on the Morphe concealer but on there amazing Brushes.Thank you Max, for being so good at what you do!

Michelle is AMAZING. She makes you feel so comfortable, confident, and gorgeous! I went in for a “morphequickie “ where I went in to learn how to do a very bold Smokey eye. I normally don’t give reviews, especially if it’s a good one. However, I had such an amazing experience in this store I just had to. Shawna stopped what she was doing to help me and gave me the best service! She helped me pick out a color that worked for me, suggested a beauty blender that I absolutely love and took time showing me the fun stuff they have in store. I don’t usually shop at Morphe, but I will now!

Maycala was so fantastic! She did such a great job with my make up and made me feel fabulous. She was very talented and kind and provided me with ideas and excellent service. She is truly talented with make up and Morphe is lucky to have her!

We stopped in today to get makeup for my daughter’s homecoming. Max helped us select a great eyeshadow set and brushes. She was very patient with us and taught my daughter how to get a great smokey eye!

I brought my mom into the store yesterday because she was looking for some new makeup! I love Morphe products but I ended up loving the Customer Service even more. Dana helped my mom by testing colors for her skin, answering a lot of questions, and even showing her some application techniques. So I have been to 3 makeup classes taught by the amazing Dena Renee. I love that morphe is doing this now . It truly makes me feel like I am in the moment and Present in one of the many tutorials I watch on a daily bases. Every time I go I totally feel like I take something new with me. I definitely don’t want to leave the other girls behind who are literally at My beck and call grabbing me anything that I may need to buy while I’m watching the tutorial. I truly feel like I’m a Kardashian when I’m there. Morphe at international Plaza is definitely my happy place.😍🥰🥰🥰

The products are great quality for the price . It’s nice and clean all around . The only problem is that I had to ask the employee to help me because no one would even bother to ask (these events happened multiple times through out different days).They’re nice people for the most of them but they do go to a corner and gossip all the time which bothers me because I also work at a retail store and I try to give my 100% to costumer service.

I honestly have a better experience shopping online than going into this store. The girls would rather sit in a corner and gossip with each other than help you. I was in there for 5 minutes before someone even acknowledged that I was in there, by that point I already knew where everything was. I felt like a high school girl being judge by the popular kids. Don’t waste your time going into the store just buy online.

This Morphe store by far provides the most positive and enjoyable shopping experience out of every cosmetic store I have ever stepped foot in. I used to work and shop at a cosmetic store that was extremely toxic and would discriminate against certain customers. (I’m sure everyone has experienced this at this particular popular cosmetic store) The Pride event this week at Morphe in Tampa proved how much the management encourages inclusivity by training their employees to value each and every customer. In addition to having so much fun while shopping! They prioritize our beauty preferences over their own and genuinely wants every person to leave with a smile on their face.

Honestly the BEST first experience of my life! I’ve never been into a morphe store before until today and it has been the absolute best experience ever. The quality of the products are AMAZING! the staff were BEYOND sweet, brilliant and super supportive. JoJo, the absolute gorgeous and the brilliantly talented who did my full make up with lots of love and positivity, and brought me so much self love and self confidence. Shawna, was the most beautiful and the sweetest manager I have probably ever encountered. She was not only gorgeous but so so genuine and overall fabulous. Everyone was just brilliant, sweet and so genuine. You can truly tell that the staff love what they do and genuinely love their customers. Definitely recommend seeing the place and the staff. I recently moved to florida and was so excited when i found out there was a morphe in tampa! i had the pleasure of being helped by mycala, and was very happy with my overall experience. she really took the time to find my correct shade and helped me pick out which palettes were best for my specific wants and needs. mycala is so informative and the sweetest!! this store is amazing !

I was in this store for fifteen minutes this afternoon. I went in for three things. There were at least five employees, standing around, talking. Not a single one asked if they could help or even said “Hello”. The store was also filthy and not very well stocked. I left with one thing I went in for and left extremely disappointed, especially after an hour drive.
