I love shopping at Walmart and they always have everything I need. I love that Superstore you find everything you need and more. When I go there Im almost there 3 hours or 4 because I enjoy shopping there. And the people that work there are so friendly. I love their prices too.💕 I go to three times a week.

They really need to schedule more people. It is always busy and there is always a long line. Overall they pretty much always have everything i need when i visit there.

Bi-lingual staff. Somewhat oddly-placed clothing sections, but overall, a pleasant shopping center.

Too crowded to park, too many people walking around without masks, makes it dangerous

Ordered a bicycle online, pickup set at Largo. Largo could not find this bike and transferred our order to Tampa. Drove to Tampa store from Largo store and 1st went to pick-up outside. Told the order was not ready, we should go inside. Asked for bike. Waited 1-1/2 hours inside at customer pickup. Being ignored. Decided to go get the bike off the floor ourselves. AT 530 PM WE WERE TOLD THEY WOULD NOT RING UP THE BIKE UNTIL 730, BECAUSE IT WAS A 730PM PICKUP ORDER! (We didnt know that.) WE HAD THE BIKE!! My daughter said Just refund my order and Ill buy this one! And they did!! This is a worst case of bad customer service. This even after a manager was requested. I dont expect Macys customer service at Walmart. But this was just pure apathy and laziness. Heaven forbid someone on the clock should actually stop socializing and do some work.

The store is always jam-packed. All the aisles and not completely empty. They dont have enough cashiers the cashiers if they do have or super slow. The place is a madhouse at any given time. And the only best time that Ive seen to go is right when it first opens

Really great experience here today. Got the few things that were needed. People were nice and pleasant. I like this store more than some of the others in better neighborhoods. This store is always well stocked. The employees at this store are usually very nice and I have never had a Walmart moment at this store.

This Walmart almost always have their shelves stocked.

Store is poorly stocked and there were insane lines lol they up prices drop workers welcome to 15 per hr hey Walmart please open up more self check outs just saying I dont care if you cut the workers just dont inconvenience me while pinching pennys

It was a good experience and two of the workers were very helpful, needed help to get water and they did it with a big smile and pleasing voices

A little more hood than other Walmarts. Was also extremely busy and out of many items. But it was fine.

This is where I work and you can get whatever you need from here especially anytime of the year . So just remember they are open from 6-11 at night

Very compacted when going through the aisles and trying to get to the checkout 🏧 because there is so much freight 📦🔄that hasnt been put up and so many shoppers🛒 that dont want to move🛑. I found also that ALOT of there items are either ⬇️🚫low or out of stock. The items that dont sell often are overstocked. 🤔🤔🤷‍♀️🤷‍♀️🤦‍♀️ The cashiers all look like they are burnt out,🦍🐺 and need a break. I think the government thinks people dont want to work because of the stimulus checks✔️☑️💲 💸but I disagree, I believe its because of the way employers treat the employees😡😶🗣️ Underpaid🤑 and underappreciated! 😫😩😵 Who the heck wants to work like that? 🥵😴🤯 Walmart and fast food restaurants are just a couple of examples of this. 😒😓

This is by far the worst Walmart I have visited and I will not be returning. Let’s start with that fact that this Walmart is smaller than others so the selection at this store is lacking quite a few items. The shelves are not always stock. When ever I do visit there are alway employees on the middle of the aisle. You would think they are working stocking shelves but that’s not the case. Employees are usually looking at their phones or talking to each other. Don’t bother asking for assistance either because walmart employees won’t hesitate to show you they are annoyed at you. When it’s time to pay for your items good luck you’ll be waiting for a while every time I visit there is always long lines for self checkout and regular check out lines in my last visit I waited for 20 minutes in line to pay for my items. Last to add insult to injury on the way out there is a Walmart employee and Tampa PD officer standing guard at the exit to check the purchases customers have made to ensure that no one is stealing. What bothers me is that and let me make this clear, is that the only people that are not checked on the way out are white. If your not white you purchased will be check by the Walmart employee at the exit, and if you dont cooperate the police is right there to assist in the situation. I will not be returning and I will be telling others to steer clear of this location. I have been to many Walmarts in Florida but I have never seen one like this this is terrible.

Filthy parking lot. Item that broke not in stock. Nor were there any items similar to buy. Registers at Electronics and Pharmacy not operational. Mostly disgusting people shopping there. Yuk!

Checked online before I went to make sure what I wanted was there. It was not. Walmart always lies about their stock. Their parking lot was blocked by a douchenozzle dropping a container. The aisles were blocked by employees dragging pallets around, which violates OSHA safety regs. Shopping here is hell on earth.

I asked many times if the Walmart near my house would get my favorite creamer, International Delight Southern Butter Pecan flavor yet they will not do it. When I first moved here 5 years ago they carried it all year round. Then they just stopped carrying it.

This Walmart’s fresh produce isn’t very appealing… doesn’t matter what time of the day you come, the line are huge! Not enough people working the registers.

Been here before and liked this one. I needed a motorized chair and they had a plenty. I was impressed for a 10am visit to store . The parking lot was a challenge but the side lot was a savior. The store was well organized and was clean. More cashiers should have been available but the wait wasnt bad. People seem to go to the 1 st cashier but a little walk to end the cashiers are not as busy. Whenever Im in Tampa this is the Walmart I use.

Chyanne was the only person in the pick-up area servicing 12 cars by herself. Walmart as a whole needs to do better. Sweat was pouring down this young lady face. She had no help whatsoever. She was really sweet and professional but Walmart itself is sad! Thank you Chyanne. You definitely need a raise.

Not one of my favorite Walmarts, but not the worst either. Selection of items could be more diverse & not just your mainstream selections.

I was happy with my visit. You can see that you have a very large capacity of customers; you should concentrate on you product ordering and stock so that you can keep the things in hand that customers need. You out of thins quite a bit

If I could give a zero I would, just for this expertise alone !!! Because I am injured and cannot walk, I did a pickup order, not even a crazy big one either. Got there ON TIME and the person there said my order was canceled, and yet I never received an email stating it was canceled, and never received a refund either. I was then forced to spend an entire HOUR calling pickup and customer service, only to never get through to anyone. I finally gave up and dialed the speak to associate line, only to be talked over, given an attitude, and bounced around to different departments before reaching a manager. I hope they get it together. Oh, and a note to all of you bad attitude and lazy employees not wanting to do your job right (not all employees, just these ones): if you don’t wanna work at Walmart, don’t freaking work there !!! It’s not the customers fault you’re unhappy !! We’re just out here trying to get our groceries !! And for these reasons, I will NEVER shop at this Walmart again !!

To be in a hurry they had a generous selection a baby clothes but not enough preemie clothing

This store is awful. Pick up orders take forever if they’re fulfilled at all. There are never enough registers open. More than half the staff is beyond rude. Nobody answers the phone. I don’t see how it could be more poorly managed.

Im not sure how many stars, I should give this place. reason being that I couldnt find what I needed, and there were no sales associates to ask, and I know from past experience wasnt no sense in me going to look for one because they could care less whether they make a sale or not, because they make whatever they make per hour whether they make one sale or no sales. On the other hand I did find another item that I liked and I bought it and when I went to the self-checkout line, check out was a breeze,and the associates that were Manning the self checkout lines they were friendly, if they just have more associates noticeable on the floor, working the floor so that the customer should get help if they needed it, then I realistically could get this place a five star. But they dont have that, so Im going to go somewhere else make a second stop to get the much needed item that I came for.

I would like to say that while I was shopping I was looking for a basket because I just wanted to buy a few things as soon as I got in there were no baskets I had to take a car I have a walker because Im handicapped so it was kind of hard. Besides everything else it was good

They need a zero! The workers are LAZY! I called and was connected to electronics. I ask the lady if she could check and see if they had a device I needed, she put the phone down and didnt go check. Started checking out customers like I wasnt on the phone. Call from my other phone to ask for a Manager didnt get one.After 45min on the phone/ another worker checked for me. Lazy worker

The store manager on duty today is NOT a people person. I bought my groceries and used the self-check. The machine did not dispense me Cash. One of the cashier call called for assistance. The manager came and had details of the issue. He never came to me to just acknowledge ME waiting for the issue to be resolved. He sent someone to put money in the machine, still no luck of having my cash.. At that time he went to his office while Im waiting.... I have to asked several times what is going on? How long do I have to wait? There was no communication between any of the employees to me unless I asked.... I was very desapointed of the behavior of so call manager/ supervisor....A pregnant cashier helped me at the end by going to the supervisors office and probably asked him to give me my cash because the machine is not given me my money back....

Good store that always have whatever item(s) you may need but where its located isnt that great .staff is friendly for the most part but they pretty much hide from customers when they think youre gonna ask for help.

Dirty Dirty Nasty worst Walmart!!! This Walmart was even worse than the Walmart on Fletcher!! Rude employees way under stocked

I had to make a quick run in around 9:45 last evening and I counted four employees stocking shelves with no face coverings in sight. There were also some customers walking around with no masks and no employee stopped them, couldn’t find a supervisor to speak to. They are always out of sanitizing wipes for their carts. This is a busy Walmart so this is pretty irresponsible on their part and really turns me off to shopping at this location. I’ll be shopping elsewhere until it’s safe to be in there.

Over crowded very slow service and nobody knows anything about products or merchandise.

The thing I like about Walmart the pricing .As usual, it is always difficult to shop at aWalmart for the first time due to the size, product location, isle size and the number of check out stations and methods.Two issues that seem to be constant is the difficulty in finding an employee to help locate a product and the constant lack of check out clerk.Suggestion: can Walmart install product location kiosk terminals with product isle locations. Probably too expensive and a hugh database.

I just mainly look at Yu-Gi-Oh jawns at Walmart. They aint got it.

If I have to go to Walmart Supercenter I like to go early in the morning and get the items I need it’s convenient and quick. Everyone is always helpful and courteous!

This location was bright, clean, stocked and i checked out rather quickly. Note that i shop between 9 and 11 pm. Security in parking lot. And Cadbury bars 1.64 cents vs 3 plus elsewhere. Bring a jacket. The AC works very well!

People say support small businesses and I’m all for that but how can you hate on Walmart there are so many door prizes and giveaways that you can’t help but sometimes just go in and browse and be happy to be in such a nice environment of available goods. No problem navigating there store, easily able to find the items I needed. The only problems I encounter is that everytime I shop it seems they are stocking the shelves, mind you I shop during a busy time period. Maybe they need to work on this logistics problem and also have the cashiers focus moe on taking care of guess and less gossip amongst themselves.

If I could give it zero stars I would. Here I am so happy to have a Walmart closer to me. The costumer service is non-existent. They roll their eyes at you, they service others before you, the manager is a push over. If you ask the costumer service rep for help shell complain her voice is too dry to speak. Seriously this store is a joke. Go to Publix.

I went to pick up a walmart to Walmart money transfer, and it took three stores before I finally found an open service center.I tried to call first to several places, but the phone was never picked up by a service representative.They gave no reason for not answering the phone, or having there service centers closed except because of their computers not working.It took me 2hrs and finally a forth store to get the money.

You more cashier? There was ONLY 1, ON THAT DAY. DO U NEED ME 2 APPLY AND HELP WITH THE LONG LINES. IT WOULD BE MY PLEASURE.

We asked for help and the electronics and the sporting goods and the help said they couldnt speak english. Everybody else I asked for help gave us attitude and dirty looks, this is the worst Walmart Ive ever been in!

This place is where you go when you have no other options. They are consistently out of common items in the grocery. Also they try and replace items with others thay make no sense. Example: Ask for gluten free bread and instead of substituting to a different brand of gluten free bread, they sub in a regular bread. Go somewhere else if possible. But their prices on meat are hard to beat.
