This was the second time I did business withDiamond Banc the first time was a great experience dealing with Kyle and Kim, the second time not so much. I did business with office in Tampa Jodi was great but I also had to deal with Devin you could tell he was the beanCounter didn’t care about any thing else I understand it’s a business but he had no compassion at all . I had triple bypass not long ago and that’s the main reason for the loanI had some problems a few months ago and ended back in the hospital my pulse was going from 120 down to 30 and they found a enlarged blood vessel in my brain, Devin was a lot more concerned with the payment but that’s not what set me off. I emailed him that I wanted to pay off loan and he gave me numbers I got ready to pay and emailed him about picking up my ring and he told me that Jodi was on vacation for a week and I would have to wait to get ring. I don’t want to give him the money and wait for ring so I waited and he charged me another 200.00 dollars because his employee was out on vacation. I’ll pay twice the fees if I every need a loan again.
