I have dealt with this shop Everglades times for repairs and to sell watches. On repairs, he completely rebuilt an Omega Moon Watch. It gives the best time of any watch I’ve had. He has purchased IWCs and other luxury watches from me, always at a fair market price. His personal style is a tad diffident. But I’m no Bert Parks myself.

I had a Rolex GMT II that broke while winding it up, it also had scratches from everyday use. I was told by other dealers that to send it off to Rolex would take months as they are backed up. Also, it would cost $1,000 for Rolex to just open up my watch. With that being said, I explored my other options and contacted Sean at SWC. He was very accessible with all things considered during COVID.When I went to drop it off, he provided some good insight as to the value of my watch that I purchased about 8 years ago (Rolex GMTs are great investments BTW) and suggested I not buff out the casing, only the band. He immediately knew why the watch didnt work (main spring) and quoted me a very fair price to fix and buff the band. After a few weeks, he contacted me and the watch looks and runs as good as the day I purchased it. Hes very timely, knowledgeable and professional. I had needed my watch bracelet resized. The gentlemen that helped me was very polite and helpful. However, I had called to make an appointment for first thing at 10am. I arrived about 15 minutes early and no one was there at 10am to open the store or service my appointment. I sat outside and waited for thirty minutes and then I had to call several times, leave a voicemail, call back again before I got a response. The person who answered said they would be there in 20 minutes. So what was a 10am appointment turned into an 11am appointment and Im not sure that if I hadnt called several times; would someone have even showed up at all. Also, the gentlemen on the gentlemen on the phone told me a bracelet resizing was $20, even after the tardiness on the servicemans part, I was charged $25.

He has worked on a few watches for me from a Rolex and Omega to a Bulova and Eterna always been fair timely but most of all listens to my need.

This is the BEST and ONLY place to go to for watch repair!! The owner is wonderful, knowledgeable and friendly. I had a repair done, and went back TWICE for additional work that I chose to have done, and he offered that free of charge. I would definitely look nowhere else to have your watch fixed. They have a great selection of high end watches as well.

My grandfather gave me his Rolex before he passed away last year and I had been meaning to get it fixed. I stumbled upon this place after having a quick bite at Little Greek on my lunch break. The gentleman at the front of the store, David, was very friendly and helpful. I left my watch and came back at the end of the work day to see my watch ticking like new! I told some of my coworkers who are big Rolex fans and they couldnt get over how affordable the service was compared to others in the area. If you are looking for quality craftsmanship at great prices, this is the place for you.

I am so glad I found this place. Shaant (the watchmaker, who actually knows about watches, its not like a jeweler or salesman) has been very helpful with fixing my watch for a fair price. Brian (the guy at the front desk) is very polite helpful as well. I had a bad experience with a jeweler in largo, who messed up my watch and stole some of my watches and jewellery, so I was very careful in choosing the next place I chose to bebring my watch to. Theyre great guys.

I Left my watch after I was told It would take 2 weeks to fix it.Came back after a month that no one has contacted me, watch wasn’t repaired.Definitely not a store I would get a service for my jewelries.

I received the refurbished Rolex earlier this week and I couldnt be happier. It looks like a new watch, better than ever! The band is perfect, exactly what I wanted. Shaant did an excellence work on my Glycine Airman GMT aligning the GMT hand properly, fair price and great customer service, I left another old watch with an ETA 2836-2 in need of adjustment, will review when e completes the work. Highly recommended

I brought them my fathers watch to fix the band as a surprise & they fixed it quickly helping me give him a surprise fathers day gift!

My wife has a vintage womens two-toned Tag Heuer dive watch that stopped running. SWC was was the only local show who said to bring it in for a look. They serviced the watch and got it running. That was in 2013. It ran until the battery needed replacing, then it ran again until that battery wore out. I found Shaun to be courteous, knowledgeable, and professional. I recommend this watch repair shop if you ever need one.

Took my Rolex for repair to SWC as it was running slow. They cleaned and repaired the watch and now it runs and looks new. Price was fair and exactly as they quoted. I also had a battery replaced in my Pulsar and my wife found (and we brought) a beautiful set of gold earrings. My wife and I are very satisfied with SWC and rate them FIVE STARS. Thanks SWC!

SWC has maintained and overhauled two of my cherished watches at a very reasonable price over the past eight years. One is a white gold ladies Rolex dress watch with diamonds surrounding the face. The other is a ladies stainless steel Patek Philippe Nautilus. I would only entrust these personal heirlooms to a Rolex and Patek Philippe certified watchmaker such as SWC. In the past I felt gouged sending the Nautilus to the New York “official” US representative, which one time sent it to Switzerland because a stainless steel pin fell out of the band. The bill was $1500...and that was 20 years ago! I highly recommend SWC for the quality and value of their work!

The watchmaker is fantastic. I was very pleased when my Rolex was serviced. The finish was second to none. I will return.

Terrible customer service. Services are horribly overpriced. Not to mention they will charge you before you get you merchsndise back. Told me they would with an estimate almost 2 mos. lapse before I called them, and then couldnt even find my property. I was a new customer, and that is how I was treated. In my opinion, if want to have you time pieces fixed, find another place for a much better experience, and to be treated like a valued customer.

Brought in my Rolex GMT Master for a complete overhaul, runs better then ever. Service was great repair was done in 10 days. I would recommend SWC

Great place to go if youre needing a watch repaired, cleaned, overhauled or if you just want to buy a new or used fine timepiece. I have been dealing w Shaant for many years and its always an enjoyable experience.

So after taking my Rolex to ANOTHER jeweler to have it cleaned and serviced I got it back and it wouldnt keep time. It kept stopping about every 24 hours,plus when I showered with it on it got water in it. There was no way I was going to take it back to that jeweler to work on. A friend RECOMMENDED I try taking it to Shaant at SWC Jewelers, so i dropped it off and told Shaant my experience with the other jeweler. He told me dont worry that he would take care of it. When it was time to pick it up I couldnt believe my eyes not only had Shaant cleaned the watch to the point it looked better than new but since Ive gotten it back it keeps time better than it ever has in the 30 years Ive owned the watch, everything, day, date time works perfectly. So yesterday I smacked it on the door jam at my house and one of the diamonds came loose from the face,,, so I guess you know who I took it back to for repair,Shaant. I had my Tag fixed here, Sean did a great job and the price was fair too. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking to get there watch fixed or looking for a great deal on a used watch.

I went to SWC from a recommendation through a friend to sell some old jewelry I had. They were very helpful and fair with prices the jewelry I had put on consignment and everything went very smoothly. I also sold my gold to them and feel like i got the best price around town. SWC was nothing but helpful andfair I would do business witht them again.

I dropped off my Armani watch for battery change (sorry it wasnt Swiss).They said theyd give me a call when its ready to be picked up, but never called.So I gave them a call on the afternoon of the promised time (they promised in the morning).I was told to come pick it up in an hour or so.It sounds like to me, they forgot to work on my watch.Extremely unprofessional.
