I love the array of olive oils and balsamic vinegars that have been pressed and brewed with herbs, spices, and fruits. I have given several as gifts and appreciate the friendly staff.

Very cool experience in a small store that specializes in balsamic vinaigrettes, which you can sample in store! Very excited to try my new bacon bloody Mary mix!

First time visit on Saturday 22 June 22, 2019. This is the first place Ive ever seen tasting vinegar samples. Lots of different sauces and olives and rubs. Nice little store and very friendly staff working here. We enjoyed our visit and recommend checking it out

Oh my gosh!!! The coolest place. Kinda walked in by accident but it didnt take long for Gabby to give us a one of a kind experience! We are so going back! Seriously, make sure Gabby gives you her personal tour of the place. Youll miss out of you dont!

Love this place! The staff is always so friendly and the flavored oils and vinegar are amazing. They really take my cooking to the next level of flavor.

Loved a girl over there who used to work there, her name was Crystal! While she was there the service was great! But when she wasn’t the service was Horrible!!! I stopped going there after she left!

Heard about Fig and Julep while at work one day, so I decided to pop in after lunch at Bar Taco. I loved everything the store had to offer! So many unique flavors of balsamics and oils and olives! I love olives! I also love to entertain, so was impressed that I could get a nice charcuterie made if needed. Customer service was great! Will definitely return again! Thanks!

Now open in Hyde Park Village, this is the 2nd location for them. A small, high end store featuring locally made jams, pastas, sauces. There are several olive oils and balsamic vinegar available for purchase. They have specialty meats and cheeses. The best part, you can sample everything in the store, just ask! Employees are knowledgeable and very helpful. This is a great stop if you are looking for something unique or special or need to put together a charcuterie

Didn’t have any gift cards and Mother’s Day is this weekend and not willing to make accommodations. And won’t mix any flavors as every other store will do. Said they weren’t told how to mix tow flavors. How about 50/50. Disappointing since great experiences at other ancient olive locations in Sarasota and St Augustine.

Very friendly and wonderful selection of olives, olive oil, artisan cheese, cutting boards, oil for cutting boards, chocolate, crackers, etc. Very delicious indeed!

Great gourmet food store that specializes in olive oil, wide selection of olives, cheeses, gourmet soup mixes, nibbles, unusual serving pieces/kitchenalia. Friendly, personal service, and you can taste-test most every item they offer, before you buy. Other locations in Sarasota, at St. Armands, historic Winter Park, FL, and two other locations.

Love the olive oils, only complaint is rubber corks are extreme difficult to remove
