Granite Counters of Tampa Bay installed granite countertops in my house in Tampa and more recently cabinets and granite countertops in my condo. They did an excellent job. Charlie and Carmen are awesome. Their customer service is the best. Their prices are very competitive. I highly recommend. You wont find better customer service.

We recently updated our 20 year old kitchen and started the process with Carmen at Granite Counters of Tampa Bay! Not only did she walk us thru the process, but she had GREAT recommendations! The quality of the quartz we got is beautiful, the installation was superb and timely! The whole experience was really great! When I redo my bathrooms, I will certainly use this company again!

Carmen is amazing, she really showed us that she cared about us. We visited many places in the Orlando and Tampa area and they all gave us prices almost double than Granite Counters Tampa Bay. The others all directed us to the most expensive through sales techniques. With Granite Counters Tampa Bay we felt very comfortable since they were very honest and gave us the freedom to decide for our budget and need.

Very happy with my granite counters from TAMPA Bay Granite and the only place where I found a jumbo size slab for my islands which I liked. The service and quality were excellent, Carmen was very professional and easy to work with.

I gave it a ONE star because I couldnt move on without rating it. I would have giving it a 0 star. I do NOT recommend them. Carmen is terrible. Granite was installed over a month ago and I am still waiting on the window seals which were ordered when I initially placed the order with Carmen and have been paid for. Apparently, they forgot to include it. They now blame us for not reminding the installer that we wanted window seals. Every time we try to schedule the appointment it is a different story. Carmen never listens to anything you tell her and then she tries to put the blame on you.Like for example, at our initial paperwork my husband gave her measurements of approximately how much granite we though we needed. Still, we paid $150.00 for her to send her guy to come measure the counters. Prior to installation we paid half of cost. (She never mentioned at that time anything about the difference in measurements). The day of installation she calls my husband and tells him that by the way you owe $$$$ this amount difference because the measurements were more. My husband asked why she had not told him that before? Carmen told my husband that it was his fault for giving her the wrong measurements. However, we paid her $150.00 to go out and measure.I agreed with the other customer that had issues with their backsplash. Be careful with this place. You cant trust Carmen. You get what you pay for. I have learned my lesson.

I dont recommend at all!! The estimator came out did not speak English and so when the installers came, who also did not speak English, the back splash I ordered was not there even after I went over with the estimator who measured that I wanted 4 back splashI said it four times.And the installers did not line the sink up correctly. I didnt notice at first just thought they knew what they were doing and I did not get the back splash as it became an issue so just said forget it.So the language barrier was I think part of the problem.So if u use this company make sure you get what you ordered and watch them install it.Carmen did discount for the sink offset but I expected to get what I wanted .Price on granite good but if not installed correctly then where is the savings.
