When trying to find the perfect person to complete the final steps of our kitchen, JR made this search so easy! He was very quick to respond, if we didn’t take so long to figure out what we wanted this all would have been done within the same week. We finally had him come measure on Tuesday and he was there on Friday ready to install. which took him less than 2 hours! His pricing was absolutely affordable and competitive compared to all these big branded places. He was very attentive and always messaging us showing us new counter top colors and stones. He was BEYOND patient and understanding that this was a big deal. Which also meant we had to be patient with him. Never pressured us and just made us comfortable the entire time. Overall Julio (JR) went above and beyond to help us achieve the goal of our dream kitchen and was just kind throughout the process. You could just tell he’d do everything he could to give us the best prices. We have two family members currently working on their kitchens and I am HOUNDING and highly encouraging them to go to JR for their counter top services, because if you’re looking for 110% customer service, seek him!

From the selection process through measuring, to installation, JR Granite has excellent product selection, talent, and customer service. Very good customer communication and sticks to the timing as promised. JR made the whole process a pleasure. Highly recommend and I hope to work with JR again on a future project. This Company is awesome. I contacted them and he came in for an estimate. he gave me for $20 per square feet which is a great price. i told him to do it. he came in at 9:30 and did the job. it took long but he did not leave until it was finished. workmanship was great.

JR is great!!!! We contacted him and he was quick to reply and provided a reasonable quote for a upgraded granite. He showed up on time and installed our new bathroom granite countertops.
