We bought a cake for my husbands bday and we even had kids, if you notice in the cake there is MOLD!!!!!!! this is horrific. the cake didnt even have an expiration date or the date they made this cake. if you plan to get a cake from here i dont recommend it.compramos un cake por el cumpleaños de mi esposo. tenemos hijos en esta familia y el cake tiene moho. esto es un ridiculez. no tenia ni fecha de expiración ni fecha en que dia hirieron este cake.

If you can find 1 friendly/helpful person let me know. Between some unsavory male customers being ungentlemanly and cashiers that talk over your head so as not to have to stop their very personal conversation, I think Id rather go hungry than go back to this Fresco y Mas. I do know how many children the cashier behind me has and how old she was when she had them though, so there was a little tidbit that I learned today. Also, if the floor ever sees a mop, Id like to know what kind just to make sure I never make that bad purchase. I would be ashamed to work there.

Limited options but a great lil grocery store

Great produce and bakery, always have great deals. Since Im accustomed to Publix mentally I gauged price at $26 with tax. It was $17 I was like what,why so cheap? Alot of items you got were on sale. 4/6 items were on sale. Saved 3.50 due to sales and rest of savings is from their cheaper prices. A++

This supermarket has everything you need from food to medicine and liquor. It is well organized clean and the staff is always helpful.

This is soooo much nicer than the old Winn Dixie. We finally have a Latin grocer in the heart of West Tampa. I LOVE the deals and prices. Between this and the authentic restaurants, Fiesta Plaza is hidden gem of diversity.

Worst produce section Ive ever seen. Far from fresh. I wouldnt feed my dog out of that section. As a chef I was disgusted and know how many people getting sick from them is countless. I live right behind it so its the closest grocery store to me ..Ive yet to go shop there and find fresh produce. everything is a day away from rotting away or is already welted before you buy it. 100% not good for the community.

Always enjoy coming to fresco y más. Although the staff should work on being more available to the customers. The lines were huge the day i went and its not a pleasant feeling when youre getting out of work, going grocery shpng and want to get home as soon as possible to cook dinner. Hope management works on that.

I have couple of problems with this Fresco y Mas. First thing is that there is a guy/ customer who is harrasing an employee from the place. What I know he have already a Traspasing Warning from the police. The manager Johny doesnt care about his employees about whats going on. Also likes to touch the ladies in a inappropriate way. The same way he is doing investigation of who do wrong I would like someone investigate this supermarket completely. I dont support Supermarkets who doesnt watch for their employees wich are one of the most important part of the business.

Bad experience yesterday,I have seen new staff that they know anything about Spanish costumers, cashiers they didnt know how to handle the machine well, I never have any issue before

There is something to be said for a full grocery store, multiple registers open, and being in line for less than 5 minutes.Its always good to get through a line quickly

Disaster or desastre in Spanish. Place was good for the first six months then it went to hell. Cant ever find an employee to help answer a question. Lines are always super long and management is always m.i.a. to help. I come here as a last resort. Dont recommend this location at all.

The lady at the cash register was very rude and throwing the food around care free. The meats were smashed and everything was handled very poorly. I told her she needed to be more careful and the manager told me to watch my mouth. Very rude service and we came home to smashed food.

Most interesting visit.I go to the grocery store very late and get the entire place to myself! No Covid wall to wall at that time esp for this non Spanish speaker. Everyone is masked. The store is being restocked so everything looks pretty good and so i take my time and shop... Store is clean. Full. Although Winn Dixie s sister Latin store, items vary in price. Closing time is 11pm. The manager and check out lady are most courteous and helpful. I ll return. The only suggestion... Fix your sanitizer dispenser. None function. Frustrating.

I have been coming to this place ever since they opened, and before that, when it was WinnDixie . After it became Fresco Y Mas, there were a couple of times I bought Cuban sandwiches there, and they were burnt on the bottom . Today I went and ordered 2 Cuban sandwiches . I told the young lady who waited on me to please not burn them . When I got home I was so happy that I had gotten a perfect sandwich I just had to brag on it, so give Fresco Y Mas a try for your next Cuban sandwich, you wont regret it !!!! Best Cuban in Tampa .😍😍😍

Great selection, cleaner than Walmart and better prices. Check out their mail ad (they keep some at the front of the store) for great deals. The deals arent always shown at the actual item price tag so you need to already know about it.

I like the prices. The problem is that you have to watch the registers because not all the clerks know what theyre doing. I really do get great meats and when its on sale you cant beat the price. The meat department alone is worth the trip.

Waited 25 minutes in line. Marcia was working really hard and the manager Johnny was just fixing random stuff while 20+ people are waiting in 2 active lines. He could have tried to help but just decided to walk around with his mask off and act like he’s working. Ridiculous. Hard working cashiers but terrible management.

If you arent Spanish speaking you may feel like an outsider. Loud, but MOSTLY friendly staff, who dont go out of their way to be helpful or efficient. It isnt Publix for sure, meaning asking for help usually gets a shrug. Not terribly clean either, but bakery is good and you can find most general groceries.

Needs customer service, employees need to be knowledgeable on which aisles the merchandise is located

My experience and that supermarket it was fair although they have a lot of products that Winn-Dixie sells is what I see.

Fresh produce, huge wide aisles fresh made to order food, lottery and ample parking.

Very clean very tidy bright store could find everything at ease Love the signs with the large letters so you can go directly to the area and need and find what you want plenty of my old Spanish friends ingredients in the store that we used to buy all the time for cookouts on the weekend and on special occasions when I stayed over there with all of my Spanish friends God bless and take care

This store never fails to surprise me with finding my tropical fruits/veggies. I just found Passion fruit and I was BEYOND surprised because I havent seen any since I was on vacation/visiting my home country in the Caribbean.

If I could give 0 stars, I would.This is a very dangerous place of business to shop.The produce dept. left the cellophane wrapping that covers up the merchandise on the pallets on the floor next to the watermelon bin. I didnt see it laying on the floor and I tripped over it spraining my ankle.I complained to the management of the store and they gave me a nonchalant attitude. They couldnt care less if someone fall and break their neck.I see a lawsuit from Morgan & Morgan in this grocery stores future.

Great Spanish cuisine-focused grocery that stocks non-Spanish essentials. Their attached liquor store is very clean, staff is friendly/helpful (I have yet to walk in and the cashier is not already actively chatting with customers), and I always feel comfortable there.

I go there as a last resort. Employees are always angry and there is always a conflict. Good meat choices, but it seems that there are management issues. Everyone is always stressed out and there is a tense environment.I will avoid going there at all costs.

Looks like this place is not aware that we are in a pandemic. From about 5 employees I saw inside only 1 was wearing a mask. Almost no customer was wearing mask either and the personnel was mot enforcing it. Not going back ever since they don’t care about the customers.

Was in the area and decided to buy lunch from la cocina. The rotisserie chicken had no flavor was bland. I got sweet plantains and were frozen. Bought a quesito and it was dry. The congri didnt taste fresh, Im sure it was old as well as the black beans. The supermarket on the other side was very clean, employees were very attentive. You can find anything in this place.

Clean store with vast grocery selection, especially Hispanic seasonings. Fresh produce often includes rare fruits and meat selection includes option of entire roasted pig. Kind staff with minor issue of waiting a bit for checkout.

COVID-19 Response: There is none1. Theres no sanitation station set up for the carts.2. The carts obviously dont get cleaned, as the personal lysol wipe I used on the handle bars turned black.3. Theres no aisle direction so everyone is packed in like sardines.4. They just left carts of stocking merchandise in the aisle creating a fire hazard.5. Theres no 6 Foot markers for people to stand, so they just stood wherever.6. Theres one exit so entering and exiting is a traffic jam.The plus side.... They had clear protectors thingies for their cashiers. At least they did something right. Screw the customers though. Geez...Fresco y más is acting as if were not living in a pandemic. I dont feel safe there. Ill never go there again.

Cashiers have overcharged me every single time i been to that store.

They have very good meat and poultry and good prices on them. The store is very clean and the associates are helpful. they have pretty good sales but their overall prices are in my opinion much more expensive than other supermarket chains. Their sales are good and their meat and poultry prices are very good. The meat quality is very good too. They have had their handicap carts stolen so as for now they only have one. I hope this changes quickly. Ive only had one complaint and customer service handled it very well and efficiently. The parking lot in this plaza is old and it shows, though the Winn-Dixie part has been renovated with the store and signs.

Very low prices on meat and produce. Their deli absolutely rocks. Could be a little more organized which is the only reason I couldnt give 5 stars.

Some of the workers are rude always looking at you side ways. Another time I was there the BOY cashier had headphones in his ears and was not listening to what I was saying.

I went in to get two items and ended up getting a whole shopping cart full of everything. Their prices on certain meats and vegetables are insanely low. I also like that the place is very clean and organized and the the staff are very helpful. The butchers are very fast and efficient.If you want to check out fast go to Judith she is the fastest most efficient cashier ever and very friendly too. She made my shopping experience so much better. Overall a good experience.I will definitely recommend and keep going back.

Great local and fresh produce. Latin foods items you can not find anywhere else. I left Tampa a year ago and I still miss this grocery store so so much. They carry a lot of IMUSA items for the home as well.

Good store, meats look very fresh nice and red but most things at this store is expensive. Few things are cheap or good deal at this store. But over all great customer service, friendly people and great store to shop at if you have the money to spend.
