Just a humble store that serves the folks in the hood. They sell food cooked by order as well as fresh meats. They run two cash registers, even when its only one cashier. The cashier flip flops between the two registers and that allows a line to form in front of each register. With that, your wait is not bad considering its a convenient store.

In case you couldnt tell from the pictures, this place is not the ShopRite grocery store chain. Its a small local grocery store and deli, so the options are much more limited than a regular ShopRite.The people here were very nice and helpful however. I called for a certain product and the person on the phone went looking for it in the aisles to make sure. The interior isnt so great, but the stuff being sold seems fine so no real issue unless you refuse to shop anywhere that doesnt have pearly, marble floors.

Like others have said its the rudeness, call for the deli rudeness, inquire about something rudeness. Learn to have some patience especially if the customer never been to that store before. Make them feel welcomed tocome back and spend money continuously. Sure I could have kept it moving but to put me on blast for inquiring about something. Corner stores tend to do this when they have a large black/latinx customer base as if we deserve to be treated with disrespect on sight. With the influx of white people coming into the area you know they wont put up with it. But yall prolly do code switching anyway. The only place where I get the disrespect which is why when asked people say dont go to shoprite go to Ali instead(low-price) rudeness and prices were sighted as the problem.

ShopRite is a traditional corner store thats in the tradition of corner store they have the certain items that the biggest stores dont have can go in and get out and grab what you need and keep it moving
