I have used the services of Wave AV Technology for both my home and business and I cannot say enough positive things about their knowledge, professionalism and work product. If you’re looking for a reliable and fairly-priced company for either your home or office, I would 100% recommend them.

Lacks professionalism, no respect for customers time. Scheduled appointment two weeks in advance to obtain afternoon appointment. Received call from them about an hour before the scheduled appt., called them back within 10 minutes (after I had moved client appts and left work to be home in time)… they indicated I called them back too late and already turned around. Really!? You cancel if customer does not call within 10 minutes. They promised to call back the next day and would make it up by a possible discount after assessing the job. Never heard back from them.
