I always have an excellent experience when I come here to get shipping supplies even if they dont have exactly what I need. I run a small ecommerce business and I come here if I need special boxes and poly bags. I use to order all of my boxes and bags online and used to have to wait for them to arrive. I love the fact that I can just call them up and come it and pick up my orders the same day when I need them. Also, Cindy is AMAZING! Im so glad I found this company.

Cons:I went to get help with finding shipping solutions for keeping something cold without using styrofoam. The sales gentleman was not friendly (some would say rude). Also, he showed no interest in helping with what I needed. It seemed like he just wanted me to walk in with item numbers for what I wanted. He had me go on the website to tell him if there was anything on there I wanted rather than attempting to show me options or solutions. His words were “I’ve never seen anything like that, but if you see it on the website I’ll order it.” I’m sorry, sir, but I should not have to do your job for you.Pros:For some reason he turned pleasant after I told him I was purchasing, and the other employee was very friendly to her customer.The website does have what I will need, but I’m not going to be purchasing from this location in the future. I probably won’t be purchasing from this company.
