Do not do business with this company. Faulty design and they rely on builder referrals which equates to the cheapest product available.

FCC reworked our pool enclosure and replaced our screen with “Super Screen”. They had all the materials with them (no back and forth to supplier), and a few guys worked a long day to knock it out, so we could use our pool for the weekend. The workmen were very respectful and worked hard; no one standing around.I also hired FCC again to replace the composit roof panels between the house and enclosure. Another great job by Hank and his team.

Called and asked for a quote. Provided all the documentation and have never hear back from them. Followed up 3 weeks after the first discussion and never received a response back. Went to another company that provided me a quote the same week I contacted them!

We like our LANIA, but DONT ASK THEM TO INSPECT YOUR LANIA 3 YRS LATER IF YOU HAVE SUSPICION OF POSSIBLE DETERIORATION OF CAULK ON THE ROOF AND WILLING TO PAY THEM FOR SUCH WORK,THEY GET YOUR $9OR $10,000 WHEN TGHEY BUILD ITG BUT God forgive if any help is needed later am so disappointed in the companys attitude after the fact now I understand why they ha ve 1.2 stars
