Just finished our sunroom. It was a no mess, no stress project. Everything they promised they delivered on. All the paperwork and permits were completed by them. Glad we used their electrician, as we have a completely finished product now. The only decision we have left to make is how to furnish our room. Love the finished product. They handled everything, from permits to cleaning up materials.Once the project started it was completed in a matter of about two weeks. We had Lifestyle build out a covered screen room that extended our existing unscreened patio. The work that they performed was outstanding. Their prices are a bit higher than others but you definitely get what you pay for. Everything is legit in terms of permits, things being up to code, etc.Our project took about 3 months to complete from the initial sales consultation. Honestly, the longest part was getting the city to review and issues the permits. But, its a completely stress free experience. They handle all the paperwork for you. Their customer service is also excellent. They always keep you up to date with what is going on and are very responsive if you send them emails with questions.I highly recommend this company! You wont be disappointed.

We absolutely love our sunroom! We originally had a portion of our patio enclosed by Lifestyle Remodeling 4 years ago. It was built with such strength, it withheld during Hurricane Irma without any problems. We decided this year to expand the sunroom & add to our already existing Lifestyle Remodeling sunroom so we can enjoy the backyard even more. We were provided a step by step guide to follow the project that was easy to follow. The Company stayed in close contact with us throughout. They installed my sunroom almost 5 years ago and we LOVE it! We had a minor leak following torrential rains and again after the tropical storm. The owner Jay contacted me directly with my concerns and sent out his team quickly who resealed the area in question. Let me first say that we did not have our work completed by Lifestyle Remodeling, so I cannot comment on their work. From receiving 4 different quotes - their cost was more than double what everyone else quoted, therefore we went with another company.Rich came out to view the area we wanted to add a screened in patio enclosure to. He was super friendly and attentive to every detail we provided. He was able to mock up a rendering of what the addition would look like on the back of our home. He went through each piece of the addition, the material, the quality, the timeline, the process, in great detail.While he was at our house, he provided a full written quote including each item included, the breakdown of the pricing, and how we would move forward. Again, this was in writing at the time he was on site - something none of the other companies we had quotes from did. Yes, this took more time, but we got the information right away.Review Update: After posting about the cost differences the owner, Jay, reached out to me to find out more. He was willing to come out to our home and take a look again, see what the reason was for the price differences and what he could do. I declined because we have already signed a contract with another company, but am happy that he cares so much about his company that he took the time to reach out both on my review here and via a phone call. I understand that we might not get the same customer service with another company as we would have gotten with Lifestyle Remodeling, everyone Ive spoken with at Lifestyle Remodeling has been nothing but professional and I appreciate that.

All the work was flawless and done in a quick and professional manner, especially in this time with the Covid 19 virus going around.We had taken 2 trips(about 26 total days) in the last year to Europe and also Israel and spent about same amount of money as we did for the new rooms. From the trips, we have memories and about 2000 pictures. Lifestyle recently put up a sunroom for us. It is awesome! Everyone involved was very friendly & professional. The room was completed well before the projected date as well which was a big plus! I would highly recommend them if you are considering any add os to your home. I have no photos to include at this time as we chose to do the flooring ourselves so we are waiting for the concrete to dry completely before we can do that.

After years of having the typical Florida screened in aluminum porch, we decided to take a look at Lifestyle Remodeling. The pictures they post in their ad looked like something we would like. Second, my husband wanted something stronger if we ever did have a direct hit hurricane. Closing in the porch area was the right choice for wind protection, looks, heat and cold issues, a porch/open air feel. Lifestyle Remodeling sent someone to help us design the room. Then we got a a step-by-step checkoff list to keep track of the progress. They all answered emails and phone calls promptly. We originally wanted to install panels in our already screened in sunroom to make it more year-round friendly. When the contractor came out to do an estimate he had informed us that it wouldnt be possible with the setup we currently had. he was very honest with us and gave us the exact reasons why. He expected us to get second opinions as most people do and warned us about things that other companies may try and sell us. He was very upfront after his inspection of our space with saying that he could replace the screened-in roof and add walls that would keep the rain out however the brick fireplace that attaches to our screen room would still leak water. Even though they were unable to do this project for us theyre very honest with us which you dont get from many companies anymore. Expect the most honest opinion possible out of this company.

When my mother purchased a home in need of repair we noticed that the lanai was wet and moldy. We decided to enclose it and update the look. Lifestyle offered a vinyl window/screen with a very secure base. Not only does it look beautiful, but it stood the test of the latest tropical storm! Be patient since the permitting phase could be a couple of weeks, after permitting, construction prep and set-up happens quite fast. Lifestyle work with employees and specifically contractors that have been in their employ for number of years, these folks know their craft, they are friendly to talk to and if you happen to be around when construction begins, it is quite an interesting process to witness. The job site was always clean and neat. Any question or inquiry was met with a friendly response.I would at any time promote Lifestyle Remodeling and here is why. During my sunroom and screen room construction, we ran into 2 issues. One was an incorrect measurement, the owner Jeff stood by the agreement and absorbed the issue, no issues. Secondly there were stains on the concrete slab that was poured, Lifestyle had never experienced such an issue, it even baffled their concrete crew, it baffled us all quite frankly. This issue was brought to Lifestyle’s customer services department, after final payment was made, and here the character of the owner and his company became clear. THEY TOOK CARE OF IT! Jeff himself handled this issue. He made sure that I was happy with the final product.So yes you might get a quote from some other company that is maybe a slight bit less expensive, let me just warn you, you get what you pay for. If you choose Lifestyle you get the VERY best. The best product, service and after construction care.

I have nothing but praises for Lifestyle Remodeling. We have lived in a construction nightmare for two years and were taken advantage of by two unscrupulous general contractors that left us 10’s of thousands in the hole and in a tangled up mess with county code enforcement, through no fault of our own. But Lifestyle literally came in and took the burden off our shoulders. They went above and beyond to help us not only resolve the issues with the county, but to get us to a completed, quality sunroom that is exceptional in its look and quality.The room is so professionally constructed and it was a matter of just a few days for installation. The completion schedule was quick and efficient. They were more than willing to take our calls and answer questions. We opted for the solar windows, which we have also been very pleased with. As thrilled as we are for the room, it has by far been the people and the excellent customer service that sets this company and its staff apart. We had a screened in porch that was a total eye sore and just a pain to keep clean and it seemed that we were always replacing th screens. we contacted Lifestyle Remodeling to see about converting the porch into a sun room. The longest part of the project was waiting to get approval from our HOA. Once we got that everything happened in a very timely manner and we were kept informed along the way.
