Wow, the blonde manager is super rude. She was too busy yelling at an employee to get my drink right. I have mild nut and dairy allergies so I politely asked her to remake it and apologized to her, but she seemed super annoyed...She remade it and gave me the exact same incorrect order. She seemed like she was more focused on taking her frustrations out on the employee then making my drink. After the third time of me clarifying my order, apologizing, and politely asking her to remake it, she took my drink and started mumbling insults at ME. I was very nice to her and I understand that everyone is under increased stress lately, there was really no need to insult me... I hope she takes a vacation because she seemed very over-worked and stressed. I got a refund and will not be back due to this experience.

To be clear this review is for Taos Starbucks in Smiths. 3 strikes you are out. Giggly baristas & drink made wrong AGAIN...granted they are young but work is work. You could tell I was not the only customer bothered by their unprofessional attitudes. Theres nothing wrong with having a little fun at work, but when it affects a high price drink, its time for management to take control

Cant go wrong with Starbucks, but this ones counter staff were very friendly.

Love it. I was craving for coffee so bad and I had no idea where to get one, this was 2 years ago when I first moved here. I was so used to coffee oclock at every corners in new York. Finally opened one in Taos and I am thrilled. I barely made it to to most coffee place and nothing stay open late. Where was coffee at 9 pm? Now I can enjoy a cuppa at this place.

There isnt a whole lot to be said about a chain coffee house in a grocery store, but Ill try. I think this location does pretty well to live up to a full-on Starbucks. The service is general pretty quick, and the drinks are always consistent. Consistency seems rare in Taos coffee shops, so thats a big plus for Starbucks. I go here about once a week, and its the only coffee shop I frequent anymore. Check it out and find out for yourself.

Thirsty for a Great Coffee Iced or Cold. Theres no reason Not go Stop at Starbucks you can walk in order sit and drink it there or go through the drive through and get your coffee to go.Grady Ferguson

The starbucks in Albertsons is great and the speed they get their drinks out is pretty fast. The only time I have encountered a line was in the morning when most people need coffee. The only negative thing I have to say is some of the staff is unfriendly, I just wish they would at least have a smile on their face and say hello in a nice way.

This place needs a new manager. The baristas are over worked. 1 barista behind bar for a whole 8 hour shift is unacceptable. This is not the first time this has happened. Again this location needs a new manager

I know taos is a small town and we want to keep taos local but, we have to hand it to out local Starbucks employees. They get SLAMMED every day and tough it out, short staffed and are still friendly. The employees are always friendly and open to making your orders how you request. Convenient location.

Love the coffee, as usual, but there was only one employee there in the evening so my husband and I had to wait approximately 10 minutes to receive service. The girl was very polite, but obviously tired and overworked. ( Hope she earns over minimum wage!) And then theres the prices...

Who knew Taos got a Starbucks? The place is beautiful and cozy. The baristas are very inexperienced, but theyre working hard. The young lady that served my coffee was very pleasant and kind. I really enjoyed the experience. And unlike many grocery store Starbucks this doesnt seem to be a limited kiosk, but a full up store.

Staff is friendly, but the coffee is often warm not hot, theyre often out of honey and today, 11/26, theyre out of grande cups.

I dont agree with their political shove to their point of view. Ergo, I dont contribute to their bottom line. My choice, you make your own.

This place used to have friendly staffs but the new ones are rude, impolite and unproffessional. I work in a customer service job and I will never treat any of the customers like they treated me and my friend.

First Starbucks in Taos. Its inside Albertsons. I like that its open earlier then the other coffee shops in town. Sandwiches, pastries, and coffee all pretty good.

Order taker was chatty even with many customers waiting. Coffee was made quickly and was excellent.

Typical in grocery store Starbucks. Quite busy at times. Could use additional labor at busy times of day. Other than that, service was excellent.

The new Starbucks in Albertsons in Taos has a long way to go. I find a lot of negative attitude from many of the young staff. They leave the countertops filthy.

I ABSOLUTELY HATE THIS PLACE. THE EMPLOYEES ARE JERKS AND DO EVERYTHING HALF ASS AND MY COFFEE WAS HORRIBLE. I ORDERED A ICED CHOCOLATE MOCHA AND THE GIRL STUCK A FLAT LID ON IT. The Coffee spilt all over the cup and she handed it to me. I will not be going there again and I advise you not to either.
