This is a really nice store. They have a very nice variety of things available here for decent prices. One should be able to get most if not all of their grocery shopping done here!I would love to give it 5 stars, but the aisles do seem a little narrow. It makes it a little difficult when pushing a cart to comfortably get by someone else pushing a cart as well. The area between the aisles and the check out lines was pretty similar- it was just a little odd. Other than that, very nice. The Starbucks within the store is a plus as well.

Was at taos market on nov.29/2021 in the am. The store was well stocked and a real live checker/cashier was their to help. Yes! Parking was a breeze. Only observation was eggs that needed to be sorted out. As many of the boxes were wet with broken or cracked eggs. Probably got stocked to quick. Hand sanitizer and masks were worn by all. Good way to get the day off and running!

Wear your walking shoes. A typically large, busy Albertsons with meat and produce on opposite sides of the store and a jostling hike in between. Enough variety of goods to satisfy most; shelves are rarely lacking product.

Good produce but never more than 2 cashiers at one time. Lines with literally 25 people in them.

Rude cashier. Apparently if you dont have a Albertsons card they wont offer even if you ask for one they wont do it.

The checker, I guess wanted to go home. She said because I bought some bags I had to bag my own groceries. Because I want to see how much Im paying for my groceries, I stopped to look before paying. She started bagging my stuff, she put cans on top of my cake and cookies. I told her she was very grumpy. Whatever I will not go there again and anybody that asks I will tell them not to go there. People dont like their job 😕

Stellar!! I got the special which was buffalo enchiladas with red, green and a chipotle sauce. Im in town for a week and will be back for sure, and let me add that the service was just as good.

Albertsons has been in a constant struggle to keep well trained staff. It looks to me like they are winning by a small margin. They clear lines at registers well and service areas like the deli may be slow but they do have them staffed. The store is acceptably clean. During a pandemic that cant be easy and I for one would give them credit for getting it done! They earn 3 stars and I give them one more for extra credit during the pandemic.

Amazingly, this store has managed to stay well stocked, and does enforce Covid-19 state capacity guides, even the day before Thanksgivings. Nice selection of organic produce, ethnic products, and Made In NM products.

Ordered our first Streetside pickup, waited two days, drove 30 minutes to store, and they had no order ready, advising that “person didn’t come to work” and we’re “trying to figure out the system.” No solution from manager or discount. Nothing. What a fail!Had to contact the corporate folks to get a response, and then they were able to get the food prepared the next day, and even threw in some coupons. Still, not an incredibly great experience, and during this pandemic, store should be going out of their way to make contactless experiences the norm.

This review is in regards to the online grocery pick up. Since I am unable to mask because of a disability, I am using online ordering and parking lot to pick up as a courtesy. I have been shopping this Albertsons since I’ve moved to Taos some months ago. I have always been allowed to shop here, and for that I am grateful. Seeing the new round of extreme lockdown, I decided to use this service, and I am disappointed.The order process is exhaustive. Each change causes the site to reload. It took quite a while to get the order in. Since I ordered mainly fruits and vegetables, I put in specific instructions as to size, quantity, and appearance. When I got home, I realized my order was incomplete. Many of the non-produce items I ordered were sale items. Apparently you are advertising items for sale that you do not carry, because the sale items were the majority of the missing items.As far as the produce goes, I’m not real happy with the selection I received. Three out of six apples are bruised. I received no pears or ginger root. (How do you run out of produce?) The navel oranges were replaced by another variety. The order stated medium to large sweet potatoes. I received two of the smallest sweet potatoes I have ever seen. One quarter of one is almost completely dried up. Would YOU purchase this for yourself? (See the photos) I know you have better produce than this. I’ve seen it in person. I am very disappointed in the selection process. This is exactly the reason I did NOT want to use parking lot pick up.I called the store to resolve the issues, I was transferred to a department where there was no answer. So, clearly the issue was not resolved. That’s why am leaving this review.I don’t know that I will use this service again. In-store shopping seems to be the best bet.In the photo...the sweet potatoes I received are tiny...the other two I bought last week and they were the medium size in the bin)

Worst service at an Albertsons ever! The kid in the deli didnt have a clue. The lady monitoring self checkout (4 ft away from us) never looked up from Facebook to help with the machine. We shop at Albertsons at home but never again at this one.

Very Nice Selection of Grocery Items, from A Great Produce, Frozen Food, Bakery And Meat Dept. to An Exceptional Deli Dept. Where You Can Buy Fresh And Hot Foods, Such As Fried or Baked Chicken, Burritos, Barbeque Ribs, Tamales, Various Freshly Made Salads, such As Caesar, Chicken, Macaroni, Tuna, to name a few, All ready to eat. Also, this Albertsons Has A Nice Flower Dept., Possibly the Nicest in Taos, Although there is A Locally Owned Independent Flower Shop Across the street That Has Been A Taos Fixture Since The 1980s That Provides Great Flower Shop Service And Selection as Well. This store also has a Liquor Dept., A Pharmacy And A Starbucks was added about two years ago. Finally, the entire Store Inside was remodeled and upgraded within the last year, giving it a fresh modern look and feel and the Employees are Very Courteous And Professional.

Beautiful store. Awesome friendly team. Except for one extremely rude cashier named Darlene. By all means dont go to her register. Dont. Just dont. If I recall last time she had bagged my groceries she threw them. Darlene has brown hair tied back, heavy set. I was drinking water that I had purchased. My mask was off for a few moments until my water was finished. Darlene had the nerve to call the store manager on me for that. Luckily the cashier who waited on me stuck up for me. She said Hes alright hes just drinking his water. Then Darlene proceeds to call the store manager again. I thought that was unacceptable. Im drinking water for a few moments and youre calling the manager on me for that? What? Want me to pour the water on my mask Instead? The cashier who waited on me apologized. Should I shop there again? As long as Darlene Isnt there. Upset what happened. Ive been shopping there for years. Im not crazy about 2 other cashiers there either. A tall caucasian guy with short brown hair, and the older spanish lady with short hair. These are day time cashiers. One thing Is go at night they have friendly cashiers at night. Or go to any other cashier. Autumn works on the cash register shes friendly. Just about any other cashier besides the ones I listed are nice. The lady cashier who stuck up for me was Kristen K. She was very nice.

I hate Albertsons. The lighting is depressing and the aisles are narrow. Prices are high too! I rather go to Smiths down the street.Update, August 2021: Whew! Way better than the last time I was in here a few years ago. Well lit and the aisles are decently wide. I was shopping for an elderly friend, and she gets items I dont get, so it was hard to tell if prices were higher or lower than Smiths. I was shopping quickly, so I didnt really comparison shop. I used the self check. The area was clean. Only paper bags were available. The worker monitoring the self check area was pleasant as I was leaving. I am VERY disappointed that they took out a post office location to put in a Starbucks.

Waited for 20 minutes for help in the bakery department and no one came even after the deli guy announced over the speakers for a manager.

Clean wide aisles. Brightly lit. Prices a little higher than other places. Good selection of organic foods. Florist shop, deli, bakery, bank and lots of other amenities. Excellent donuts selections. Wide variety of fresh vegetables. The fresh meat section is clean and well stocked. Restroom available on the second floor.

I had a pleasant experience during my shopping trip recently. I had driven from Angel Fire where we have vacation home. The store had everything I needed and more, especially compared to the nearby Walmart, which was a disappointment. While there are a limited number of Albertsons store where I live in the DFW area, this store was so much better than the ones I am used to. And the prices were pretty good, too.However, the thing I most noticed was how nice and helpful the employees were. They seemed to be very happy to be there, and given the stress associated with this type of work during the Covid-19 pandemic, this speaks volumes.

Employees nice. crowded but fairly fast checkout. my 2 lb rolled amish butter was $11. i bought it for $10 every other store that carries it. i do not shop here often to know pricing.

Very well stocked. Friendly Checkers. Pharmacy, Local Bank Branch, Bakery, and a Starbucks are in store. Good wine, beer, and hard liquor selection.The first Wednesday of every mouth is 10% off the total purchase for Seniors and Veterans. I highly recommend.

Went to get some money orders from the service desk at 8 am and they were closed. I went back at 9 am and still closed. I asked what time do they close, they said at 8. Went back at 7:35 pm and they were closed. I asked what time did they closed, they said at 6. I asked what is the schedule like. They said some timea at 8, 9 or 10... Depending who they have working that day... This is a poor excuse... Manager should be aware of what is going on with his or her customer service desk.
