The most well put together Publix I have ever been to. Very professional and very clean. Brand new self check out section that just makes sense. It’s nice at the bakery offers Greek baked goods during the Easter and Christmas holidays. This is my one and only Publix.

Very clean. Associates were very kind and helpful. Always able to find exactly what Im looking for. Best location Ive been into!!! I think Ill drive the distance to come to this store. The others closer to NPR need some work!

I do a lot of shopping here so I am in this store pretty frequently. My go to items or vegetables for salad and Flan for dessert. It’s always a nice place to shop, and everyone is super friendly.

Publix is an average grocery store at best. There is nothing really special about them. There prices are higher than the same stuff at Walmart. In this area they are behind the times when it comes to adding self check out lanes. There is only one in the whole county that Id even consider shopping at. The management treats their employees horribly at this location and in this area. I have first hand knowledge of this. If I were you Id make the trip to the one on East Lake and Tampa or just shop at a different grocery store all together. I heard Krogers has a distribution center here that has an excellent online order process. I havent checked them out yet, but I will soon. I know some people wont shop at a store that treats its employees bad. If that is you stay far away from here. If you dont care about things like that then enjoy your average experience at this average chain store.

Just moved to Tarpon springs and my new Publix is as nice as my old Publix. Feel at home already 😊

Loved this location! The staff was very friendly and helpful. One of the workers were kind enough to offer my boy a wonderful picture to color which held their attention and made it a little easier for me to shop while being with the kids in the store. Definitely will visit again soon! 👌

I had a terrible experience with my first curbside pickup order from here.I hit the app button reading on the way when en route to the store. Was directed by the app to select the Im at the store button once Id arrived. Forgot an item on my list and decided to run into the store before accepting my pickup order. When I arrived, there were only 2 pickup spaces and both were full, so I went inside without verifying I was at the store.When I went to checkout at customer service, I let them know I had a pickup order and there were no spots available, so I would be ok with taking my order since I was already in the store. A middle aged manager with light blonde hair then came up to me, projecting her frustration and stated, Weve been looking for you for over 10 minutes. Explained to her I never verified I was here since I had to run in and they didnt have enough spots available. I then recommended her team wait until the customer verified they are at the store as I was directed in the app, and she responded very short and dismissively, Uh yeah, well do that, and looked away ignoring me in the middle of our conversation.I am a customer service manager in my profession and I do not appreciate being treated as though I am doing something wrong, especially when it is due to a stores disorganization. Also, to receive an attitude from a manager as a customer supporting the business is despicable. It was extremely unprofessional and I will not be using this service again or shopping at this Tarpon Springs Publix. Will return to using Walmart pickup as they have always been organized, have enough pickup parking, and do not bring orders out until a customer has verified theyve arrived and are ready.Last suggestion: To avoid regular customers being tempted to park in the pickup spots, put these spots on the side lot instead of the front main lot and put plenty of signs directing where the area is located. Most in-store customers dont park on the side of the building, so you will have less spots being inaccurately occupied. Or, if curbside spots have to be in the front lot, put them on one of the very end rows, as most people will try to centrally park, and account for adding a couple of extra spots that will be regularly taken by walk-ins or people who have an in-store pickup order and think these spots apply to them. Two is just not enough for a chain as large as Publix and for a store located in a fairly densely populated area.

Call ahead same day to have a Happy Birthday message written on a cake of the month cake. I was reassured there are plenty available, so I was just requesting a message be already written when I came to pick up. Unfortunately was told that they wait until you get there in which is not great customer service, due to my specific need that I called to ensure took place. Very unhappy with this publix.

Consistently friendly, helpful staff. Always clean and orderly store. They go above and beyond in customer service. Produce, bakery, and bakery are all top quality. Lots of delicious prepared food, too.

Shawn from the Deli didnt know how to make the garlic and herb tofu sub. He seemed like he didnt want to be there at all. Instead of using actual avocado, he used this cheap paste which the other Publixs do not use. Very disappointing with this Deli.

Clean. Well stocked. Super employees. A bit pricey but the products are of superb quality.

The store is fine but the pharmacy needs help. I have been going here for a couple years for very expensive kidney transplant meds. I was trying to get a 3rd Covid vaccine because I dont have antibodies and was unable to make an appointment online I agreed to wait an hour. Being immunocomprimised I waited in my car and at 50 minutes I went back in. The pharmacy was completely empty of customers and vaccine recipients so I sat down. I waited and watched 2 techs and a pharmacist not doing anything. I asked if they were going to help me and was told they were too busy Shocked I asked for a manager and explained that I waited already and she goes it hasnt been an hour . I go to this pharmacy weekly and they know me. Asked for my Medicare card which I didnt have but I fill RXs there 2 days ago. Im very disappointed in the way I was treated and when I spoke with Mike the GM he said he doesnt know how a pharmacy works. He missed the point its the staff members he should be concerned about. I asked him to check the cameras and he refused. Nice job GM

Very nice store per Publix standards. Went for Covid vaccination and to shop afterwards. (Not my usual store.) Pharmacy associates super nice and efficient. Sales associates/management on floor unresponsive. Greeted associates, but got nothing in return. Felt like I was in the way while they were stocking. Cashier more interested in talking to flirtatious male customer behind me. Had several bags and empty hand basket, but no one asked if I needed any help. Granted, not my usual store and no one was rude, but it felt weird.....

Nice, helpful staff at this location. The store is clean and well organized. The store isnt discriminatory towards anyones personal choice on mask wearing. It should be the individuals choice and I thank you for allowing this to be the case. I enjoy shopping at this location and will be back soon!

Publix shopping is always great you cant go wrong if you shop at Publix there food choices the mist important is the top quality of all their food even their name brand. And no one can tell me that Publix is any higher than Winn-Dixie at the end of the day cuz Publix buy one get ones or a true buy one get one the prices arent added to Winn-Dixie I dont think you get a true buy one get one cuz nobody spends $14 on six pork chops if you know what I mean anyway anybody to shops at Publix understands what Im talking about its a 100%

I always enjoy my shopping experience at any Publix stores but I do have a fondness for this particular store as its bigger than Holiday and carries more. Theyre very clean and helpful as well.

Publix is really a great place and I am happy with for the most part without except for the beer dept ever time I am shopping here they never ever have the beer I drink out in the coolers where I can buy it. This week it is on sale Amstel Light and not one single bottle or can was out on the shelves for purchasing so I ask the clerk and he went in the back and said he 19 ..12 packs on hand he ask me what I would like bottle or cans. He bought me out a very HOT 12 pack bottles and did not stock any more on the shelf. I would really like to ask the store manager what is the problem with Amstel Light beer and why it is never ever on the shelves for purchasing BUT always in the back when I ask for it ? It is not good to have a sale on any item and then not stock the shelf especially when you have it on hand keep in mind this is not the first or second time this has happened.

The ladies in the bakery helped me by making some breakfast bread to take back home to illinois!

Advetises that they have the j&j vaccine, but only has moderna. Tells you it will be a 15 minute wait only for it to be 45min. Then to be told i forgot my liscense because she forgot to return it to me

Pharmacist was extremely rude and would not admit his error for letting my prescription sit for months unfilled claiming doctor wrote wrong. Very condescending I wouldnt accept his lame excuse as gospel. I confirmed with doctor written correctly and had it filled at Walgreens.

The store was really quite nice. Had my very 1st pub sub and must say that it was the most over hyped over rated mediocrity I have ever consumed

Publix sandwich subs are great. This is an italian sub, with cheddar cheese 🧀 and sub sauce. Its worth the trouble, to park, walk in, and deal with possible crowds on coupon day. Lol. ( Dont go on coupon day).

Very frustrating.I went specifically for marshmallows and after going up-and-down every single aisle except for the greeting card aisle, because why would marshmallows be there instead of with the marshmallow cream, I decided to finally ask somebody if they even carried marshmallows. They did. Instead of putting them with the marshmallow cream which seems to be in a very logical spot, they put them with the candy which is on the greeting card aisle. I was very frustrated, but at least got some exercise.
