Had to go in Verizon today to buy 2 new phones (shattered mine). We were greeted automatically by a very upbeat, personable, funny guy named Charles! Let me tell ya about Charles... You will never want to find another sales person again! He was patient, explained things clearly, and wanted what was best for us! He never pushed us in anyway which I know everyone can appreciate, we sure did. If you need a new phone, update plans, or just have general questions, go see Charles at Taylor Verizon!

Nick and Charles are absolute life savers! Ive always had such a good experience at this store in Taylor, but they went ABOVE and BEYOND today. Last night, my phone completely died. I called Charles and he assured me that they would do all they can. I recently lost my father and all my pictures of him were on my phone not to mention our sons wedding and our granddaughter and grandson. Within 10 minutes of arriving at the store, they had worked their magic and recovered all my contacts and most importantly my pictures! Truly, these guys were life savers. They are empathetic, professional knowledge and miracle workers. If you need a cell phone go see Charles and Nick. You wont be disappointed!

Extremely helpful and took good care of our family. It even made our teenage daughter glow with joy! I spent the last 4 days and too many hours on the phone with Verizon customer service trying to get a new phone activated. I ended up going to the Taylor store and Placido Olguin had my issue resolved in a short 30 minutes. He was friendly and awesome to work with! I would totally recommend working with him rather than trying to do everything online or with the Verizon customer service!

After being convinced, by my wife and family, to upgrade our phone service for better reception in our area, we went to the Verizon store in Taylor, Tx.I wanted a flip phone, however as wife wasnt having it I was convinced to get the Moto g7 & wife got the iPhone XR, of course.Jonathan Evans was above & beyond the best in helping us understand and especially helping my wife port everything from her old iPhone to the XR, as well as assisting her to the features and functions that she would benefit for work and family.Jonathan was a comedian, having us in stitches laughing, however, very professional in getting our service up and running and making sure we understood our phones, answering our questions, and making sure we were satisfied with our decisions.Jonathan even followed up with us to check in if we were still satisfied with our purchase, service, and if there were any inquiries for him.I personally wasnt a fan of Verizon, however, Jonathan Evans professional & personal demeanor will have my wife and I return to him to do business with.Thank you Jonathan.

I started my Verizon service with Jonathan Evans, he was the best. He helped me modernize my husband with cell phone service and was very helpful and kept us laughing and having a great time setting up our service. Jonathan basically held our hands thru the entire process of setting up our phones and making sure my husband understood his which was a feat in itself lol. Bary was very good at explaining every thing to us. We had difficulty getting the home phoneset up, and he came to our house and helpedus. Soon afterwards, we had a severe winter stormand the electricy was on and off a number of timesover several days, and the house phone stopped working. Again, Bary came by and showed us how to reset it.

My wife and I switched to Verizon this past November from AT&T after having bad service for a long time. The person that helped us at Cellular Sales in Taylor has always been incredibly professional and knowledgeable. He made the switch easy, and made us feel comfortable every step of the way. PLUS, I think the biggest thing, is hes been an advocate for us over the last few months as weve been trying to track down some promotional gift cards we were supposed to receive after switching to Verizon. I contacted him numerous times trying to see when the gift cards would get to our house and every time he was kind and said he would do everything he could to track those down. And I knew he did because today we finally got a text that the gift cards were on their way. This wouldnt have happened if our rep at Cellular Sales wasnt persistent and good at what he does. Thankful we switched to Verizon and because of the guy weve been working with, my wife and I have been pleased with the experience and customer service weve received.

We have been Sprint Customers for many, many years but just didn’t get good reception where we live now.We got 2 IPhone XI’s and a Jet Pack. Solved all our phone and internet problems out in the country.James was are Verizon Rep. and we couldn’t be happier. He was very knowledgeable and handled the whole transfer and set-up quickly and efficiently!

My daughter has been begging me to upgrade her phone ever since I gave her my old galaxy s3. Finally we came into a little bit of money and decided to come into this location to get her an iPhone. First of all I was impressed just entering the lot. The handicap parking is very convenient and they open the door for you. I was greeted with a big smile, my daughter was thirsty and without even asking they brought us water. The store chairs are really comfy the waiting area is pretty and the selection of phones is great. I thought buying a new phone was gonna be a pain in the butt, it def was not! I’m happy I came by and I’m happy I came into this location because the last time I went into a different Verizon store they were extremely rude to me. This is my new forever store! Did not feel welcomed when i walk through the door. The gentleman who greeted me stayed seated, and it seemed like I was bothering his day. Tried to upsale me. Prices did not match what I was quoted online. He told me its more because some is doing the work for me. Didnt have the phones i needed in stock. Then proceed to tell me insurance was not optional its mandatory. I will not be switching to Verizon because of this experience.

I was having issues with my daddies phone cuz it would not ring. I cum in and the guys fix the issue right up so fast and made me so happy. The rep even gave me a free tablet which I absolutely love! Verizon is the best.

Great location. We had issues ordering a phone online so we came into the store. Luis was great with not only resolving the phone issue we had online, but he helped resolve issues we had with porting the number over and obtaining the correct account number from the previous carrier. Luis rocks and made us decide to stay with Verizon versus going to another carrier.

We had the pleasure of working with Kevin Turner this morning. He drove all the way to Taylor to take care of us despite the fact that he was actually working in Copperas Cove for the day. I thought this was very impressive. He took his time explaining the plans to us and was very patient. Overall, we had a fantastic experience with Kevin at the Taylor location!!

Was able to have the problem solved and then they allowed me to graduate my old phone to a new phone and help transfer everything over. Go ahead and skip this place and go to a corporate store instead. Our salesperson had zero interest in actually helping us. I had gone to a corporate store shortly before this one, they ported my numbers, got me a new phone and gave me a SIM card for the other phone. Despite the phone being purchased outright through Samsung, it wouldn’t work on the network. So we went here to get a new phone because all the corporate stores were already closed. Since we had tried the SIM card, this store wasn’t willing to give us the $300 trade in for new customers because I “wasn’t a new customer” at that point. He then charged us $35 for “device set-up” when he did none of the setting up. I did the set up. He simply pulled the phone out of the box and grabbed a cord. When we tried to pay in cash, he asked for exact change because that’s all they take and they don’t have change. What kind of store doesn’t give back change?! I was already frustrated when I went into the store and by the time I left, I was livid. I called Verizon today to discuss my concerns, they vehemently apologized, credited me the rest of the trade in value for the phone and even graciously credited both of the activation fees (and the upgrade fee that the salesperson told me I would have but would be removed if I called). Even the Verizon rep on the phone was baffled by everything. I have no clue how this place has such a good rating, because we truly received some of the worst customer service that we’ve ever dealt with.

Super duper happy with the service! Made the switch about a week ago. It was an easy transition. I got offered some great promos. Overall I’m just happy I came in. 10/10 experience.

I recently moved out east of Taylor and my AT&T service had become extremely spotty and unreliable. I stopped by the Verizion store in Taylor to see what my options were. When I walked in Kevin greeted me. I let him know I was looking to switch from another carrier. I told him my Pixel 2 XL was unlocked and he said no problem. Kevin had me up and running in about 15 minutes. Yes, I completely switched phone carriers in 15 minutes, and yes that included porting my number from my previous carrier. I am happy to report my coverage is much better than it was before Verizon.

I am SO THANKFUL for Tyler Daugharty at this store! This morning, after I dropped and broke my phone, I drove 30 minutes to Taylor because its the nearest Verizon store to my home. I was super aggravated that I had to interrupt a busy day to deal with the headache and financial hit of buying a new phone, but this helpful young man made it as painless as possible. I asked a lot of questions, to which he gave clear, straight answers, with none of the patronizing that can sometimes happen when young people help someone 25 years older than them with a new device.When I finally had a minute to sit down and set up the phone this evening, I realized there was important information related to my business that was not retrievable, and would be nearly impossible to replicate, so I called Tyler. He gave it a moment of thought, discussed the options that might work, then talked me through the solution.....which did the trick. My thanks to Tyler for the great support and service that this small town store provides.

It isnt often in todays day and age that you will find employees willing to stay almost 2 hours past closing time, and do it with a genuine smile.Ryan and Betty went above and beyond for me. They are the definition of customer service. I am thankful!! GO TO AN ACTUAL VERIZON WIRELESS STORE!! Be careful, this is an authorized retailer and not a normal Verizon store. Here they offered me less than half of what a real Verizon store did in Pflugerville as far as for my devices to switch over and other incentives. This store has to profit way more with their so called offers and specials. Save your money and dont be ripped off, go to a real Verizon, best buy, Wal-Mart or where ever else. They are kind of friendly but thats about it.
