Definitely recommend this place to get ride of old games and systems!! 100% better than gamestop! I brought a GameCube and ps2 and some games up there and left with 152 bucks! Ill definitely be coming back here more often! Great staff and great selection of movies, games of all sorts or systems, along with laptops, TVs, headphones, posters, and collectables! Just know the more you bring to sell the longer itll take for them to test and make sure everything is in working condition, I didnt wait any longer than an hour! 10 out of 10 definitely recommend coming here! The one thing that I did not like that disc replay was, ONE, one hour to look at same game,TWO, Third party rock bank guitar, uh ONE thing its a controller FOR a GAME. I see nintendo game cube controllers that is a third party Brand. Please fix this for me please. 🙏 BUT great service 👏

I was only here for a few minutes, but I wanted to stay for hours the place had everything you could imagine. Its not just video games. Theres Pokemon cards, TV screens, smart watches, phones, computer monitors, action figures, Funko pops, collectibles, models, posters, movies, CDs, and to get back to the games they have games for Atari, Sega, Nintendo 64, PS4, PS3, PS2, PS1, Xbox, Xbox 360, Xbox One, Nintendo switch, Nintendo DS, Nintendo 3DS. Basically anything you can fathom they have here. They also repair consoles as well. I highly recommend going here.

Great store! Everything is pretty much in order. Not just for games either. I went into find my son a playstation 3. Not only did i get that but i bought about 15 DVSs an blu-rays. Awesome selection for movie lovers! And pretty much everything a gamer would need. Staff is also very nice. Definitely going back.

Im a semi-regular customer but not after today when I came in with a bag full of stuff to trade-in and planning to spend a fair amount and i stood at the counter while three kids sat at the back desk (seeemingly doing very little) while the fourth employee (the only one who NEVER WEARS HIS REQUIRED MASK PROPERLY, HIS NOSE IS UNCOVERED EVERY SINGLE TIME WE HAVE COME IN AND HE WEARS NO GLOVES NOR DOES HE SANITIZE HIS HANDS) My Policy is the same as your stores: no mask, no service and wearing a mask incorrectly is the same as NOT wearing it. You wont be getting a penny of my business any further.

They did not have the game I was looking for but the customer service was friendly and the store was clean. I would definitely go back again.

Ok I bought homefront the Revolution game and today went to play it and it was rainbowsix siege in side the case I called them and said I need my receipt and I just want my game I dont even like rainbowsix

This store has EVERYTHING!!!! From vinyl records, to Saga Genesis games. From PlayStation 1 games to dreamcast games. The customer service was excellent. This store is far superior to the other gamer stores. I will be a repeat customer!

This place is dope, prices are 10000x better than gamestop and they have everything. You want a gameboy? They got it. You want the latest ps4 game theyve got it. It is very cool to be able to get new and retro games in the same place. Also their trade in values are fair.

I bought some used headphones and they are pretty great. This place is very cool.

Ive always enjoyed my visits to this place, and despite the ever rotating selection (which one simply CANNOT judge them on as they ARE a resale shop not a distributor) there is ALWAYS something I want there. Mostly, though, its the staff that go out of their way to make each visit truly enjoyable. Theyve even been friendly and personable with my daughter, being that she is shy. They were patient and kind as I tried to get her to choose something for herself. Ive been visiting here for years, now, and though the staff itself has changed the atmosphere has not. Always with a friendly chat, these guys are ever accommodating and will speak with you on anything they can. If they has any idea where to find something they dont have, theyll definitely share their tips. Not just in finding Merchandise but in gaming, streaming, trading- these guys arent noobs to most things they have. I highly recommend at least stopping in and giving it a chance. If nothing else, you will have enjoyed the company.

Maybe have masks for customers if you want them to wear them in your store. It’s the little things.

I’ve been wanting to purchase a Wii U system for while now but was very hesitant because I would feel like I would get a bad quality console. However, today I decided to go and purchase one with my friend and it was a good decision that I made. I went to this location and I was helped by a helpful employee who took his time to get find a console that was in great condition and I really appreciated that! I also bought games and they were in good condition as well! If you’re looking to buy an old system or used games, I’d recommend this place because they have a variety of consoles and games to chose from and the employees will help you out!

They had a pretty fair selection of used electronics, smart watches, activity trackers, and such, staff was not helpful though.I was there at least 20 minutes looking at watches in a case, and was never helped.

Im a regular customer here, management and staff is top notch. While the pricing for everything is competitive or down right better than every other store. The selection is massive, they literally have something everyone could want.

Well I gave 5 stars because the experience was awesome..however when I got the games home and played them a few days later..neither worked..and I couldnt get my money back..I lost the receipt..I get it..but Im there quite often and they knew the games came from them.. couldnt get an exchange either even after the employee looked at the discs..which were wrecked. I will return because that is the first time that has ever happened. But this last visit..UGH

Used to have great selections. Now its kind of bare. They seem to be always changing their mind in what they want to do with the store. Theyre alway looking for new things to B/S/T(for in-store credit), which is great; until weeks later they no longer honor it because it didnt work out as planned.

This store goes from being great to being OK every 6 months of so. The are again very unorganized with titles. They need to farm their sections do alphabetize better. I get it, that costs one extra person who could be doing another job but they lose sales because people cant find what they are looking for.

Went there today looking for Vita games, they only had a few which wasnt an issue. Customer service was the issue I wanlked in with another guy and not one time did the employees stop laughing and joking with each other to attempt to assist the only 2 customers in their store. When asked questions they all acted like junior high kids on lunch break. The store itslf is interesting with what theyve chosen to sell, but I wont be back

I brought a PlayStation 4 controller and the buttons didnt even work I took it back and got another PlayStation 4 controller and this one dont even work I dont know about this place

Came in on 06/22/2019 to exchange a PS4 controller that I got with my console. It was not charging. They exchanged it no problem and were polite about it. They made sure the controller they were exchanging it for was indeed charging before they gave it to me. Very friendly and excellent service. 5/5

Ive been there at least 5 times before and spent $60+ on one purchase using a Debit Card and for ID I used a school and college ID. But today I go to buy 2 games using my card and the same ID and they tell me I cant buy them because its not a state ID but they have done it at least 5 times before. I told them about the other times and they all looked at my like I was crazy and one sarcastically said Sorry.

Ive sold a fortune in gaming equipment to disc replay and have never had a negative experience. Better buyback prices than gamestop, but dont expect a fortune for your used items. They buy old gen/new gen games and consoles, newer tvs, laptops, dvds/blu rays, digital cameras, laptops and more. Friendly and helpful staff.

I love what Disc Replay sells, but most of their employees drive me crazy. I frequently leave this location purchasing nothing, because the employees dont seem to want to sell anything. If you stand at the counter, you will hear interesting things from the employees (on yesterdays visit two employees were comparing vodka tasting notes) but you will never see them engaged with customers enthusiastically whatsoever. So depending on which day you visit disc replay, it will vary from a 4 star experience to a 1 star. I guess I could interrupt employees that huddle together and do nothing, but why do I have to literally beg someone to sell me something?

I brought in near perfect Nintendo Switch even turned it on before I came in and was working perfectly, then they said while behind the counter that it wasnt working or even turning on after asking me if it was okay if they could factor reset it. Im now taking home a 300$ paper weight. Do not, I repeat, DO NOT TAKE YOUR COUNSEL TO THIS STORE BECAUSE THEY WILL BREAK IT!

This was my 1st time here, I was even a bit nervous to go here because of the reviews and also because Im a rookie when it comes to video games....however, Max J. and another guy greeted me right when I walked in, and plus Max J. helped me a ton. Gave me advice, actually walked me (not pointed like most people do) to the area of specific games for the unit I was buying, and even helped me get a 15% discount by signing up for rewards. I was pretty impressed with the level of service I received, this will be my go to spot when Im buying games for my sons. I highly recommend this spot and Max J. was a rock star! Thanks so much!

I called them this morning and asked them to hold a ps2 then they sold it and I got there and picked out a bunch of games got to the register and the ps2 was sold

Great prices with knowledgable staff. I personally like buying preowned to both save money and a little to do my part in cutting down on waste. Good selection although it does seem a little like they are cutting things down a bit. Nothing dramatic, and it feels more organized, but slightly emptier.
