Workers there were very friendly store knowledge. Store was not packed at all. They gave you the option of wearing a covid mask if you had be vaccinated. It was your choice. I will definitely be returning the next time I need a tool.

Simple budget tools budget price surprisingly I bought a grinder for $12 put a diamond blade on it and cut marble with it I was amazed it cut as smooth as my $100 Makita I dont know how long its going to last but it helped me finish a big job so I give much thanks to harbor freight to that fair prices I use them as backup tools I havent had anything burnt out yet including Sanders and grinders

I don’t expect top notch quality with the tools I buy, I know what I’m getting. But Harbor Freight has the specialty tools needed for a lot of various jobs at very reasonable prices

Staff need to be more helpful and try to help you find things. Prices seem to be rising and the old system of coupons and freebies seems to be gone. Wish those old coupon books would come back.

I live in Hutto and this HF was nice and empty when I arrived and unlike the one in Austin, no wait to check out.

The tools at Harbor Freight or not always the highest quality, but you cant beat the price. I love the coupons, where you get free items with any purchase. We got a round press on light with LED bulbs for the bathroom. It has been fantastic. Best of all it was a freebie. The guys love going in browsing and picking up items.

Taylor tx harbor freight is the best one to go too. They have most things in stock. But my favorite part about this store is very short lines and very fast to get you out. I’ve been to Palmer lane and Bastrop locations stood in line 30 min or longer Bastrop I finally just set my stuff down and walked out place was a joke. Go to Taylor it’s great

Good tools at a good price

Just had an amazing experience at this store. Ran into a problem with refunding of a gift card I had trashed. It was a difficult process dealing with corporate and making sure I was actually issued a refund. Brandi the manager went above and beyond to ensure everything was taken care of, just earned a customer for life!

They had the concrete scraper scraper for $8 what a wonderful deal

I cannot recommend this location enough, I would give more stars if possible. I purchased a large tool chest and despite having a large trailer, it was still difficult to load due to how the pallet was oriented. The staff stayed late, were patient, and extremely kind despite the challenge. I will drive across town for future large item purchases just to work with the folks here again. Thank you for the awesome customer service!

Well long story short we come to Harbour for the more than fair price on supplies. Theres almost everything here that you could need and Im always satisfied when I leave.

Everybody is always very helpful at this location and honestly, most of my tools from Harbor Freight have lasted just as long as the ones Ive gotten from Home Depot and Lowes. While the selection is smaller, I usually find what Im looking for and you cant beat the prices.

I get that if you are a professional who uses their tools for their livelihood you may not be the target audience. However, this place puts specialty tools within reach of the average weekend hobbyist/handy person. Good selection and great prices. I have also personally found that you can find higher quality items if you shop carefully.

Man I cant tell you how many times Ive been in this store and just blown an hour looking around. I rarely buy stuff here that costs more than two or three dollars, but... if you need a 20 volt cordless drill for 12 dollars or a mini bench lathe, or a $99 110v tig welder, head on down to Harbor Freight. some of their products all joking aside are really impressive for the price. Look up the purple sprayer... you would be amazed at how many people swear by this inexpensive well-made part.

Great customer service. I was asked by three different employees throughout the store as I was shopping and browsing. I had a question for each of them and they stopped what they were doing and showed me where the item was. There were several great buys, only if I had the money to get them all. Lol

Always good prices, better if you have coupons. Always something for free! Hand tools have a lifetime warranty, but power tools you are best buying a warranty.

Harbor Freight has tools and supplies for tools. Many of their tools are not professional grade, but great for a DIYer. With light use they will last for years, and are significantly less expensive. Ive never had any problems with tools not working when I bought them.

Update Harbor Freight has discontinued freebies and the 20-25% discount coupons! Not sure why because it was an incentive to shop there. Without the incentives I dont find there prices or products as attractive and is No longer one of my favorite places. I used to give them 5 stars however now no more than 3 as I usually shop elsewhere now....

Purchased a, Predator 4350 generator and had to return it. 2 of them actually. Do not buy one. Trust me.HOWEVER- this, Harbor Freight location will always be my go to because of the manager, Karen. She made 2 really bad days a little easier. She is worth the 5 stars even if Im totally unhappy about the equipment i purchased.

Usually not busy and very friendly staff. I prefer to shop here versus the regular Austin North location. I get to save the toll fee and I dont have to stand in line for and hour to checkout.

Went there to buy chainsaw sharpener none where on shelf asked one of the girls if they had any in stock she said she would look too k a long time had to look for her when I asked about the sharpener she said they showed on inventory but could not find then personal think she never looked left store without sharpener.

The Taylor, TX Harbor Freight is always a joy to visit. I stop at many different stores based on where I am and none are as nice as the Taylor store.
