I went in with a list of items and due to my hearing loss I struggle communicating. I was sent to the back of the flooring department where I encountered Denise the dept mgr. To say that she went out of her way really doesnt say just exactly how much I appreciate all the help she provided. From someone who has worked retail over 30 yrs in mgmt...kudos to the detail she gives on customer service. Thank You so much Denise for all your help.

Found my flooring, my ceramic tiles, bathroom vanity and top and a free standing cupbord within 1 hour of entering the store. Tom and Andrew were great. They helped me through each step. Thank you. I love your store.

I love this place. I wish they were in Florida. Its clean, its well laid out. They have everything and I do mean everything including groceries. Very good store. Once you learn that some items are outside in the covered area.you just tell the people at the desk in the back. You pay for the items and drive around the back and load your truck or car. No double handling like some big box stores.

We purchased cabinets from Menards and initially the person helping us was not very helpful. Although, he eventually changed his demeanor with my contractor, my husband and myself. We just received our order of cabinets and I am very disappointed because the quality of the cabinets are poor. I contacted Cardell about the cabinets…because we requested plywood and was told that the cabinets were going to be plywood. However, to find out they are not and they are of a cardboard consistency. We requested all soft close door hinges to find out that we have only one soft hinge on the doors, so they are not soft close.Cardell informed me that I should have got an upgraded version of the cabinets for them to be all plywood. Also, because my cabinets are “basic” they would not have the soft close option. I don’t do basic! It is very disappointing to have a salesperson give inaccurate or not being forthcoming in informing the customer of what is needed to get the merchandise they requested. After spending thousands of dollars for a poor quality of cabinets that I did not ask for…I’m blaming Menards staffing for not informing the me the customer of what would be needed to get the quality we requested. Is this the quality of service Menards provides???? I wasn’t shopping on a budget… I wanted good quality and I guess that was my first mistake going to Menards😡😡😡

Lots of variety of everything. Bought ceiling fans, cat food, cleaning supplies and some people treats. Store clean and organized. Plenty of help around to assist you if you need it. First time shopper, I will come back.

Typical Menards. They have return policies and by god they will follow them. They don’t care how confusing their website is. Same SKU on multiple items? Not their fault.

Honestly had never been in a Menards today and I was blown away. The store was very clean, staff was easy to find, friendly, and very helpful, and they have EVERYTHING at the best prices Ive seen in other home improvement stores. I cant wait to go back!

Maybe you should go over with your employees how to treat people. i am a heavily tattooed person, wasn’t in close perimeters of anyone just waiting for my mom. two employees said how disgusting my tattoos were and that it’s trashy. i have art work but no amount of money can fix their ugly attitudes. i’ll be making sure my family, friends and coworkers don’t shop here

I was very happy with our run to Menards. Very friendly staff, we have been working on our babies nursery and Sydney in flooring was super friendly and helpful. Took us right to what we were looking for and made our trip very enjoyable!

Went into the garden center, there was 3 cashiers there customers including myself walk through the doors and we here one of them say Im going on my break. Not only 1 but all 3 of them went on break. So me and others are in the center waiting for 30 minutes. Then I go and ask another cashier to call someone on to the garden center she did we wait another 15 minutes no one show up. So I go ask another cashier to call someone back there and he tells me the garden center is closed. Come on people why not put a sign up saying garden center is closed please pay inside main store or something.

This is the first time Ive been to a Menards and it was awesome this is a really good store. I got everything I needed. Even things that were out of season I was so lucky to find a space heater. And the prices were really good. The staff was courteous and helpful and the store was very clean I had a wonderful first experience and I will definitely be back to shop there are multiple times Im sure.

They will take your money, but when its time to pick up your order it wont be there. Menards will blame the vendor and offer you a refund after wasting your time.

I have no idea why anyone would go hear for lumbar or building supplies. You have yo pay for them but if its a large order and someone else, like your contractor, is going to pick up they tell you if someone else buys it off shelf youre out of luck...even though you paid for it! The manager just said e dont pull orders for you----even if paid for and pending pick up.Thats absurd. When i looked at what they sold me that my contractor had to come get and pull off shelf himself, the boxes were opened, rummaged through, spewn out on floor. I couldnt believe it. The only reason they are getting a 3 star is 1---their employee Larry in that department was wonderful and 2--seems like they have alot of stuff there---i just would never go there for any large scale building project.

Very disappointed with Taylor Menards. We were there on Sunday July 18 th and priced a water softener for $549.00. I have a picture. 3 days later we go back to purchase it on July 21 and it’s $599.00. It was not on sale before, these are regular prices. They told us corporate makes them raise their prices randomly. $50 in 3 days, this was stock from April - the box is marked. Also, the water shut off valve went up $10 in 3 days. So now you know how they make up for their 11% off sales, price gouging. Service desk asked the manager for an adjustment since I had a pic of the price, “she” said no, she can’t help you. I will not purchase another item for my Lakehouse remodel from them, price gouging is bad business. Shame on you Menards.

Not friendly associates. Cashier was a little like a Zombie...spent 200 bucks...great xmas stuff!

Needed a bathroom blind cut to odd width. took the old one in and Menards had a good selction and computerized set up and it fit perfectly. took the time to work with me.

Sold me red cedar posts and when I went to pick them up in the back they didnt have all that I needed. I needed 8 all I could find was 6 worth getting. Not good.

Has a big selection of products.I wish that the sales associates had more knowledge about the products and their location in the store. Today I was at the building materials desk and asked for a specific product. After looking around in the computer for a while and asking other people I was told that the self adhesive roofing roll was at the front of the store by the gutter stuff so I went there and looked for 6 or 7 minutes and didnt see it. I saw an associate stocking in the next isle so I went up to him and asked him if he knew where it was, He took his earpiece out to hear my question. He just looked back and forth without answering then someone else asked him for something he answered that question and put his earpiece back in and went on as if I hadnt stopped him and asked him a question. The item I was looking for was out behind the building materials in the outside lumber yard area behind the store. Lots of unnecessary walking and time wasted. Thats after I ordered a custom order door and paid for it then noticed it was the wrong door. I was in the store for over two and a half hours for four items, after spending an hour there last night building the door so it would be quick !!!!

The store is always clean and neat whenever you go everything is less expensive than other stores late July and they still have nice plants available they have groceries and appliances and a little of e e everything including a realy nice pet section a bargain everywhere you look but they only have two electric carts but you can see them from The door

They had some of the things that we wanted, and alternatives for the stuff that we didnt have. Its also nice that they frequently have 11 percent off everything.

No barcode on some items, cashier and head cashier Trisha tried to overcharge some items. Head cashier Trisha refused to call store manager and lied that she did. Store manager clearly didn’t understand the matter of my concern. His customer service recovery skills reflects poor customer service in the store.

This store always I have what ever I want. The staff so friendly and very helpful and polite

After experiencing horrible service at Loves furniture, a friend of ours told us that Menards had furniture. So decided to go look cause you never know what we could find. We ended up getting a sectional and we’re going to have it delivered. The quality and price were both amazing, and the delivery was quick and right when they said it would be. Very happy with the choice me made.

They have everything you need for your home. You will end up buying more then what you came in there for. There are items that you may have been looking somewhere else and Menards will have it at a better price. Its neat, clean, and well organized there. Be warned: if its your first time visiting Menards, try not to fall in love there.

Place is great. Overall been Taylor location 6 times since they opened. Not giving five stars as I bought a powerwasher and the rep told me if it went on sale within 30days I would get the difference via store credit. Well I was in the same store today and saw the price dropped $20 on the exact one I bought. So I happily asked the staff again what I should do and they said as long as its been 30 days bring ypur receipt in and they will issue a store credit for you. So I drove back home and we came all the way back for a presumed $20 credit. Got to customer service and I explained my story, the lady sternly told me sorry sit its 14days not 30. In my case I was at day 19. So I asked for a manager and she said the mgr was on break and she would tell him. We were so over it we walked out and emailed corporate in Euclaire WI. Waiting on reply. Hope your experiences have been better. Before this all has been ok. Customer service rep was terrible and didnt seem to caremy advice get a different job.

Do not order a custom cut counter top from Menards. I am trying to get a quote on a custom cut counter top for over a week now and still have not received one. They keep telling me they are waiting for an email. It is only 1 cut and a easy cut. this is totally unsatisfactory!! If I did my job like this I would be fired. I am going to take my business else were.

Going to Menards makes me feel great like a kid in a candy store

Never had an issue with this place until today.Set aside 30 bags of concrete onto a seperate pallet paid for it went around back to pick it up. Told an employee nearby we needed it loaded on the truck. With the Hilo its 1800 lbs of concrete......The employee said Go Ahead and didnt want to help so we got another employee and she took care of it in 2 seconds

Was there today looking for supplies for wainscot and looking for some nice tile for the bathroom laundry room. A new stand up shower my third bathroom. The tub is just not a good spot in that bathroom

So you like candy coated licorice bits ( think Good & Plenty- but softer, slightly larger, more sweet, less bitter!)- youd like Wiley Wallaby Licorice Beans- and guess where youd find them? Along with an impressive collection of chocolate- cov e red peanuts, malt balls,and a ton of other candies, as well as potato chips that taste EXACTLY like eating a roasted, buttered, ear of sweet corn ( Herrs)! -In the food section @ Menards! Butter-braid Spinzels ( those delicious mini-twisted pretzel sticks they give you in teaser packs on airplanes!)- but in big tub size! Who knew hardware was this tasty?!

The lady who was working on the floor while I was there really took her time to help me. I was looking for a 25x22 vanity sink and she didnt settle for not seeing what I was looking for. She went and got a ladder to move a sink that was in the wrong location and found what I was looking for behind it. Good job.

Lawrence in the home cabinets/ bedding section was PHENOMENAL kind super helpful, VERY INFORMATIVE GENUINE, COURTEOUS and professional! Miguel in the Door department was outstanding as well! Great friendly and professional as well! The Ukraine woman was very pleasant and a sweetheart helping me find my way where I needed to go! Last the front desk woman was very nice as well (forgot her name, couldnt see a name tag)

Defective special order return policy is absolutely absurd.I had a defective special order, so I had to return it and exchange for a similar product in stock at the store so I could get my already in progress project complete without waiting 3-4 weeks for a new exact match to my product to come in.Manager told me there was a 25% restocking fee that he couldnt do anything about and basically told me either have to pay it or reorder another exact same product and wait 3-4 weeks for it to come in.Ridiculous, I have worked retail before and manager 99% of the time can waive fees like this.They lost me as customer over this, terrible policy and terrible way to deal with a customer with an issue. Keep the 65$ restocking fee and Ill shop elsewhere from now on.

Walked me half way across the store to make sure I got exactly what I needed. Very uncommon for a“Big Store employee” and very appreciated.They usually pass the buck. He made sure he answered all my questions before we parted ways!I usually don’t shop at Menards. I will be in the future.

Store is nice for off brand stuff. Rebates take approximately 8 to 12 weeks. However, dont expect a check. They sent it as store credit

Dont believe the ads Everything is 11% offTrue ONLY if you are willing to complete a form and MAIL it in. My wife just bought $16.64 worth of stuff ($15.70 plus tax). Shes eligible to get $1.73 back if shes willing to take 15-60 minutes to locate the form, fill it out, and spend $0.55 in postage, then wait 6-8 weeks.What an insult. And she still has to pay sales tax on the rebate amount.Try Lowes instead. With a Lowes credit card, ALL merchandise is discounted 5% IMMEDIATELY at checkout, BEFORE sales tax. It may be a smaller percentage, but at least its honest.

95% of the staff there was very helpful and welcoming. One lady was kind of blase, and obviously didnt want to be bothered but other than that, maybe she was just having a bad day.One young lady who was stocking shelves in the pet Department took the time to greet me and asked me if I needed any help. Nowadays? Thats almost unheard of! It was very nice. I was able to find most everything that I needed and the cashier was very helpful and informed me about the rebate that was available to me.Prices were average for the things that I bought. They do have a very nice selection of everything including food. Very nice store.

First time at a Menards and it lived up to the hype. Home depot plus more. I got a great deal on curtains. They had everything I was looking for and some things I wasnt but had to have.

New clean store

2 special orders. One in 2008. Everything that could go wrong went wrong. I said then I would never order anything from Menards again. Now my second special order. Different location, thought I would give it another try. Same cluster bleep as the first time. Never again.

I can always find what I am looking for as they carry the best brands and more of them. They also were very diligent in sanitizing card readers after each customer.
